Just purchased a New Holland tractor and Brayden and Mike were awesome! Brayden didn’t push me around, mince his words, or oversell. He also pushed my paperwork through quickly despite the crazy season going on right now and before I knew it, my tractor was ready to go. Mike showed me some attachments and features I didn’t know about when I picked it up and answered questions I didn’t realize I had. I got the tractor home and found it blowing a fuse a couple times. Called Mike who helped me troubleshoot and sent me the part I need! The difference between a good dealer and an excellent dealer is customer support after the sale has been made, and these guys just earned a customer for life. Looking forward to years of sales and service support with this team.

They made us a great deal on a New Holland Workmaster.Carl was great to work with answer emails quickly and we did all of the order from the tractor through email and phone called. Answered emails quickly, it was great with answering all the many questions I had.I would highly recommend working with Brim and Carl to anyone who is in need of a tractor.

They have a lot of small farm equipment that is relatively inexpensive. I have mixed feelings about their service. I have asked for a service, had it scheduled...and no call back and a no show. I have ordered parts, been called that parts are in... travelled to the store and no parts to be found.

Crossing I-5 on Brooklake, Brim tractor service truck pulls out in front me and I have to slam on brakes to keep from hitting him. Good thing my truck was empty. Hit the horn, and I get a reach out arm flipping me off.Don’t do business here. Clearly unprofessional.

Unfortunately I did not get my tractor from them, but Brims service department has been wonderful to work with. I have bought my accessories and attachments for my tractor from them. There are my first stop for anything for my tractor.
