The clerk wouldn’t stop staring at me. I get they are worried about theft but it completely made me uncomfortable. I’ll go somewhere else the next time so I can look around

Purchased a defective device and it took back to the store to exchange and I was told that I could not according their return policy. They said that I had to go through the manufacture, basicallythe loophole BS and then they would replace it though I purchased it in the store and not from the manufacture. $25 was not worth the stress or time so they basically stole $25 from me. So know that if you purchased anything defective here, no return or exchange. There is another store down the street that has a great return exchange policy, Go there.

I visited this establishment with a couple of my girlfriends, it was clean & well lit. they had a large selection compared to other businesses of this type ive visited before. lady behind the counter was nice, professional and helped with the questions we had. very laid back vibe. well be returning again soon ;)

Customer service is the worst. Make sure you ask if the toy you buy isn’t discontinued or out of business. My boyfriend spent 170 on a toy, that was broke and the manufacturer is out of business. Store offered no help.

This place is clearly under new management or whatever. Much cleaner than my last trip out here a couple years ago. No more judgy gross guy working there anymore!! It felt much more welcoming to lgbtq. The woman who was there knew just about everything about their toys and they had a big selection of rings and related gear, could stand to expand their bdsm section though.

Unreal that employee there is a joke on 6/12/2021… she was rude and has no good customer service… maybe u should hire people who know about sex.

Bought a defective toy here. Tried exchanging or returning it, to which they said I couldn’t. I will never shop here again, seeing as they basically stole $35 from me 😡
