I just turned 21 the beginning of the year, and mr nice guys was the first place I went to get some products. They are so nice and helpful each and every time I go in. this is the place to go especially if you don’t know too much about that stuff :) they really know their stuff!!

They lost a customer this morning. I bought 2 different carts on 4/20. THEY accidentally gave me 2 of the same. The following day (today 4/21) I brought them back unopened and with a receipt and they would not exchange one for a different strain. The excuse they gave me is that they can only take back “factory defects”. They screwed up and it’s on the customer. 100 dispensaries in a 10 mile radius. Stupid to lose a customer over something like this.

Moved here a year ago and we have visited nothing but Mr nice guys for our cannabis! Great selection, quality and prices. Iv never gotten a bad strain from here, ever. Top notch stuff at affordable prices 👌

I love this place but if you cant do curbside pickup you shouldnt offer it because almost everytime I do it they call and tell me I have to come in anyway I understand things happen but you should at least tell people when they order that they cant do it so we dont waste our time putting in an order when we have to come in anyway

I have actually had a horrible time every time I have visited !Most recently I went in and walked in when no one including staff were in the lobby. I waited at the sign read it and after no one came out I decided to just go look at the selection. After about five minutes longer I said Marco (like marco polo ) to no avail. I waited probably another couple minutes and said hello at the other end. I finally got to a point where no one came so I called the store inside the lobby. They answered and I let them know I had been waiting ... When I was greeted they said sorry we were ordering grubhub . I could hear females and males in the back. To have no help was a bit shocking after the time I waited.Another instance I came in about fifteen minutes before closing. The doors were locked. I could see two males at the counter on their phones. The man basically argued he couldnt help my argument obviously being they were still supposed to be open and finally he said that unless I knew what I wanted they wouldnt really be willing to sell me anything. I asked for a very specific item for them to tell me they shut the computers down by then (while we were on the phone) so I was out of luck this was approx 7 minutes before the closing of the whole store.I go to HomeGrown and the few times I have gone to Mr.NiceGuys I have been very displeased.

“Manager” was rude had a horrible attitude and slammed things around and when my husband mentioned he was a veteran the guy said to late if you come back again tho it’s 15% as he finished the transaction will be avoiding this location and advising my local friends

This is by far my favorite location and the people are awesome and very wholesome. Been going since I moved here and havent been to another dispo

First time going in. Nice building inside and out. Was helped by younger man named Chance. Who was extremely rude and condescending when I had questions on products. He seemed very annoyed and put off to answer my questions. I asked to speak to a manger but he said that it was him. I’m not sure if I believe him. I just walked out. Wasn’t wasting more of my time on it. Shops are a dime a dozen in Oregon. Maybe Mr Nice Guy should hire people that are actually nice and helpful. What a joke.

Super friendly to newcomers, and they make their edibles in house!!! Excited to talk about all the flowers they have and where theyre from, and very happy to educate in a wonderfully kind way- not to mention the happy atmosphere of the place. Ill be going back for sure.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Their new location on Market Street is a very nice building with awesome artwork on the exterior. I wish that Market Street had a turning signal to be able to get to them easier when traffic is heavy though. They also have a parking lot in the rear.

The Market St location has a beautiful interior, featuring Silver Creak Falls on one of their walls and a nice lounge area right as you walk in which always gives a clean and inviting welcoming. I’m always looking for high quality products at fair pricing and knowledgeable staff that are ready for questions and willing to recommend products. I’m impressed to say, Mr. Nice Guy on Market St exceeds my expectations. Serena (Manager) has taken the dedication to train her staff about not only product knowledge but also teaching the medicinal benefits of marijuana. She’s a seasoned employee that transferred from MNG State St location and how the shop runs, shows her passion.I “highly” recommend this shop to any consumer out there that’s tired of low grade flower and wants to expand their horizons to a better high or wants to learn about other products that would be more beneficial. The $100 ounce is the sweet spot in this shop!

WOW! i dont normally leave reviews but today was the day that Mr. Nice Guy really proved that they are the best dispo in town! i was in a few other times in between what i would call my normal dispensarys here in Salem and last time i had to deal with a shorter guy with a beard and i have to say i never felt more unwelcome in a shop. Today though i decided to try again since it was getting dark and i was driving by, like i said, WOW!!! today was so awesome! i was greeted with a warm smile right from the get go and was shown a few strains i would have never tried on my own (these really helped with my headache) and i couldnt be more grateful, thier amazing! i believe the bud-tender i got today went by Marie, Maria or Mary (im bad with names) and like i said WOW! best customer service ive ever had, really made up for last time i came in and she had to have been the most knowledgeable bud tender ive dealt with so far, I am definitely making this store my go to dispo in town after today. I couldnt be more impressed. Cant wait to come back, i hope she will be there again to help me or at least someone as knowledgeable as her. Thanks again mr nice guy for turning it around and proving your the best in town!

This store is a must-see if you are a regular purchaser of marijuana in the Salem area. Absolutley the cleanest and nicest dispensary around, with lots of friendly staff who really know what theyre talking about. Very impressed with the quality of service, I will be back soon.

Deceptive debit card machine they have. Charged me $4.00 as an ATM would have. I dont like using non bank member ATMs, they told me $1.50 fee only.

I had a previous review about how one of the employees whos attitude didnt seem to fit the vibe of the place, and I left a comment, that after reading, I found myself to be too rude about the issue.To reinstate a previous review, a woman (I dont know her name, she wears glasses and dark clothes a lot) seems to not enjoy her job, or maybe is too stressed, but she wasnt too pleasant to deal with in my time in the store. I always have happy vibes going into this place, and a few times with interacting with her, have noticed a slight let down in customer service.I made a comment about how to pay. I still do feel having to pay for cash is archaic, and multiple other places allow for card transactions, like Market Street Station Dispensary down the street, with simar prices.I do know the laws are tight with the federal law about how to accept money for marijuana, but its more common to use cards for everything nowadays, and I rarely carry cash, thus my complaint. I do take a star away for this type of issue.All around an ok place, but with whats noted above, I havent been back since December.

Place is beautiful on the inside, really well organized and high end. Kind of expensive but it goes with the territory, employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

This dispensary lied to me and said they ran out of 60$ ounces because of a bud drought. They order a limited amount so everyone wont buy them to turn a higher profit. Oregon is in a bud surplus thats why they passed a bill limiting grow licenses. Oregon bud company always has $60 ounces in stock.
