I can understand and respect covid precautions but whoa, this store took it to the extreme. We wore our mask up to the store where they had the door roped off. An associate came up to us and asked us several questions, why we were there, were we browsing or buying something, do I have a picture of what I wanted (all before we entered the store). She seemed disturbed that I asked to simply enter the store and look myself for what I wanted, and we had to make sure we walked on the arrows on the floor.. I ended up going on their website to find what I wanted because she seemed so wigged out that I wanted to walk around and look in the store. I showed her the bracelet I wanted she looked very quickly in the drawer and replied “we don’t have that bracelet” however I called earlier and someone told me they had it in every size in store. The girl was acting as though she just wanted us out of the store as quickly as possible.You would have thought you were shopping at Tiffany’s or something with how strict they were.

Found the perfect gift

I went today to exchange a bracelet, at the Rockingham mall and it was 15 minutes before closing and I was added to the list waited till 9:10 pm and the manager Aadreem and her co worker Alexis told me they can’t do the exchange because they where going to close the store they where very rude, disrespectful to all the customer that where there giving them attitude, don’t know how they can have people like this working there very unprofessional And disrespectful. The big corporate is going to be notified about this..

Love their bracelets and their charms

Called on the phone to see if they had an item that I looked for at another mall but the lady who picked up the phone very rudly interrupted me before i could finish my question saying sorry i cant check anything i have people in the store like okay? Why the hell would you pick up the phone if youre not going to do your job as a costumer service rep? Now Im going to have to drive the 40 minutes to the mall just to see if the item im looking for is in stock or not. Thanks a lot pandora, you guys really hire quality sales members.

I have been going back and forth with Pandora for 4 weeks over a single ring that was purchased and Ive been trying to exchange it for the right size. I went to 5 Pandora retailers, and finally one said they had my ring in my size, I drove 2 hours to get it, I get there and its a completely different ring. I then gave up and asked to have it special ordered, 3 weeks ago. I havent heard a thing, and when I called back I was told I never left my phone number...which I did. The woman I spoke to told me Id get a call back with my ring in a week. If she didnt hear my phone number, why would she not have said so? Apparently she only wrote down the first three numbers.. Im not one to write reviews or complain, but Im just so confused and done dealing with this and all Pandora dealers. After I receive this ring (who knows when) Ill be getting my jewelry at a better retailer.

Called today at rockingham mall got the manager Adreane and she was so rude told me she wouldn’t be doing any inventory checks as they were very busy I told her I was coming from another state and she still wouldn’t do a simple check for a ring rude rude !!!

I stop by today to get my daughter a gift present Costumer service “Nayellis L“ never ask how can I help, good morning or something so rude and after I pay she doesn’t even said thanks 👎🏼 Never coming back get someone else to do her job right.
