Quality of staffs knowledge has really dropped over the last couple of years. When I go in and ask for something, the person usually differs to the other person for their knowledge. The next time I went in, that person was now the knowledgeable one (not really though). The quality of bowls purchased has been pretty bad. I continue going because I can get decent quality bulk parts at a good price from the back shop for my home made builds. I would recommend them for bulk part purchases. For single parts, Smokeys. For knowledge, go during the daytime when the owner and long time employees are there. They know whats up.

Always get great customer service. I was looking for a couple of specific items and the gentleman working was very patient and helpful and knowledgeable! I am extremely happy with my purchase. Do not buy any vapes here! Paid $20.00 for 1600 puffs. Went out when I got home that night and tasted burnt. I understand sales are finally but how was I suppose to know it was going to go out within a few hours. I called to let the employee know and he was completely rude. If you have a poor attitude do not work in customer service!!

They sell fake vapes and are completely rude when you let them know. They taste burnt and go out right away. Beware! It will work in the store when asked but when you get home they stop working. Employee was completely rude. I Went to this store often! They lost a loyal customer for sure.

If you know the bang puff bars habitually don’t work or stop working before someone gets 5 minutes away why do you sell the product. Not even 6 puffs and it’s already quit working..

Came in looking for 1 piece, and left with 2! They have plenty of cool looking pieces that are really reasonably priced, unlike other similar shops in the Salem area. Trevor and Christian are both super helpful and patient if you are like me and take forever to decide! Definitely recommend.

One stop shopping for all your needs

I understand everybody is having a hard time with covid-19 and masking. As a customer its my choice to stop put on a mask walk in and give money to a small business instead of using an internet home delivery service.I shopped at T-Zone Lancaster for years they were a 5-star place however negative customer service experiences have me trying really hard to give you a 2-star rating.One example, when the rolling materials I purchased regularly ran out of stock I was told to come back later in the week and even left my phone number, twice. After following up again a couple months later helpful employees suggested that they might be in stock at a different T-Zone. The cones were at the commercial location the whole time. Its too bad they dont share and restock inventory between locations in this case from the commercial store that had plenty to the Lancaster location that is still out of stock. This is an item I can buy off the internet, but its fun to go to the head shop right?Another example is recently came in looking for several items this trip one was a common glass adapter for my mother. The person helping me asked the manager for assistance they came over, gave a cursory re-glance through the drawers informed me that they were out and walked away without a word. While awkwardly waiting as several other customers selected their purchases and left I thought I saw a couple things that were interesting inside of a display case. I was again told by the manager they didnt have what I came for. However I insisted and when opening the case I found an adapter wanted and behind an old yellow sticker was the adapter my mother needed! Hooray! The joy of finding what I came for was replaced with awkwardness manager seemed pretty irritated and less than interested in helping me purchase more of these adapters at $10-$20 per piece. At this point I purchased the two adapters I had selected because I just wanted to take off my mask and get away.After almost an hour I would get back in my truck getting only one of the things that I came for.I have other customer service stories that make me wonder is it still fun to go to the Head Shop?

The large spacious size of the store makes shopping more comfortable, especially given todays social distancing requirements.

I remember when this place was The Rock Shop in the 90s and every step since, it has had its ups and downs. But, in an attempt to stay local (I am a reseller/vendor as well as a heavy vape/mod/etc user), I gave it a shot the other day looking for e-cig batteries. Was sold two that were new. Planned on returning for several more (and other parts). Upon using them, it became clear they are both clearly pre-used and drained, just re-wrapped. So, this $11.98 that they refuse to return/exchange is a very, very small price to learn for where I will not be spending my money. Just dropped around $300 in another local shop on products that the T-Zone carries for a few bucks cheaper, simply because they will take them back if they dont work. Fine line between not taking back used glass pipes and completely ignoring faulty, new products, guys.

Usually good place for paraphernalia, glass, CBD Products, t-shirts and the like. Today made me very confused when I picked up a nectar collector at an ok price but tried to buy 3 ceramic nails for said nectar collector at $7.50 a piece?!?! Um, did ceramic just hit its worth in gold? Same product, US Smoke shop, $2.50 a piece, that sounds more like what they are worth. Maybe they were trying to charge me for a whole bag marked $7.50 and accidentally charged per item the price for a whole bag?

Kinda spendy, limited selection for most things Ive wanted but they do have the giant cans of butane which I cant find anywhere else in Salem but they are more expensive than all of portlands shops that carry it

I use to buy my scales at harbor freight. I went to T Zone was greeted with a smile and had a great evperiance. Their teem seemed know their products. They not only calibrated my scale but also offered me the ability to buy the weight incase i need it when i change the batterys. With the recipr i was told also thatit had a 30yr warrenty. Yes 30. Wow

Horrible service! Not one did the guy stop serving us to answer the phone twice, but he decided that he was gonna serve customers that came in after us, alreaafter we had looked and decided what we needed. Three times he had stopped serving us to serve someone else. Not only that but he tells us an item is for $5 dollars so we decide to get it, and when he goes to ring us up he rings it up for $10 dollars and proceeds to deny that he told us it would be $5. It was the worst experience we have had here and it made us completely stop our transaction with this guy. Not only did he like to us and deny it. The entire time he was serving us he seemed to have an attitude like he didnt want to deal with us as soon as we came in. If you dont like serving people you shouldnt be working in customer serving at all.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Went in to buy some glass. The clerk was very helpful and knew just what I needed to fix my neon sign. They have a great selection of incense and the prices were very reasonable. Only problem I had was its hard to see if your travelling North on Lancaster drive.

For an old guy like me, it was nostalgic stopping in for a visit. The sights, sounds and smells took me back to the early 70s and the special vibe the original Music Millennium had in Portland. No winking anymore, now that Cannabis is legal. Good product selection, when browsing its amazing how much stuff you decide you cant live without. Plan on spending some time and money.

Ive spent 2g here alone in the last year. My company has an account. I send my employees here to get drinks n etc. Not anymore. Jeremy sold me a 25 banger that he stress tested by pushing on the joint stem. When i got it home and took it out of the box it was broken. Jeremy said his manager doesnt let him exchange things and to try another Tzone. Not true. Also he is the manager. Way to blow off a lifetime customer for 20. Good thinking T zone. The dudes at the downtown TZone are a lot cooler but this one is a lot bigger. Honestly the cool dudes downtown make me rather go there then this one, which is only a block away from my house. Ill buy rolling papers and things like that here but pipes and bongs Id rather drive downtown, especially if Im going to ask questions.

Its a good place to get your legal parafinnailia. Open air clean and calm type of place, with attentive and very knowledgeable employees.

Not only that they sell you things that dont work and when you come back to return it they tell you no refunds but oh dont worry they can sell you another thing that will make it work even though after you buy it to try and save your already 70 dollar purchase it still doesnt work. Would not recommend. They are scammers
