The Marble Center worked with my schedule and explained which projects should be complete before granite installed. They were efficient and professional. The seam at the sink isnt noticeable, beautifully done! When I thought I had a problem, someone was back first thing the next morning and explained the issue helped me correct it. The countertop slab is more beautiful than I imagined it would be. The installation was quick and beautifully done. Seems are not visible and the team was very professional. I used the granite for my kitchen island, countertop and for my built in entertainment center. Very reasonably priced with a timeless look. I love it.

We just completed a project with The Marble Center, the most recent of many over the past 20 years. All aspects of the project were handled very well. We appreciate the great install team who worked until almost 8 PM to complete the job. We have a finished project that we love - its was priced fairly and generally very on time.

Roman and his crew did a magnificent job! Very careful and made sure we were taken care of from laying down drop clothes where they were working and vacuum on during any grinding and drilling, and then they cleaned up after they were finished, almost as good as my wife would do:-) Thanks again, we were happy to recommend one family to you already and will look forward to telling others about Marble Center!!

The Marble Center provided great customer service from start to finish. The sales staff was extremely helpful, all the way through to the installers who did a fabulous job ( they even cleaned every surface). We are thrilled with our quartz countertops. Bought some beautiful Ibiza Quartz through the Marble Center after being referred to them by Creative Concepts, and it turned out beautiful! Installation was quick and painless, and I am constantly getting compliments on how gorgeous my counters are!

THEY DO NOT FOLLOW OREGON MASK MANDATES. I am a caregiver to my elderly mother who is at very high risk for COVID. We had a quote all ready to go from here. We went in their store today to pick out the granite for our countertops. Out of the 5 or so employees in the store, only 1 wore a mask (incorrectly mind you her nose wasn’t covered). My husband and I were irritated by that and finally said something when one of their employees kept standing close to us, unmasked. One of the ladies overheard my husband and I confronting 2 of the employees who didn’t have masks on, and literally came running from the back upfront to her office, where she put on her mask quickly. My husband and I went from the showroom to the managers office where only ONE person out of 6-7 employees was wearing a mask! We told them “this is why we’re in a pandemic at risk a year later, because people like you don’t care enough to wear a mask.” The manger apologized, yet everyone in the office looked at us like we were crazy, keeping their masks off. Then as we were pulling away in our car, one of the employees (still unmasked) smirked at us. My husband asked him if he had something to say and the employee just shook his head at us like we were crazy. I’m sick of wearing masks and being in a pandemic. And as long as businesses don’t enforce this, we are going to drag this pandemic out longer than we need to.

We have had four counter tops (at two different homes) installed by the Marble Center Inc. (The most recent in October 2020). The quality of their Granite and workmanship is excellent ! . The entire staff is top notch. They take the time to answer your questions and they can show you a specific lay out on the slab of granite you choose. The installers are very polite, professional and excellent at performing their duties ( a big THANK YOU to our latest installers, Martin & Arturo ). We highly recommend The Mable Center Inc.

We had a granite countertop installed on October 26, 2020. We absolutely LOVE it! All of the people we worked with from the time we picked out the granite (which took awhile to decide since they have so many to choose from) and granite was installed have been awesome! The guys who installed it showed up at 11:30 and were here until almost 6:00! They did an amazing job and I can’t stop touching it every time I walk by!!! Thank you all sooo much! We will definitely refer anyone to you that needs any countertops!

We had been to several out countertop stores in the Salem area, should have gone to Marble Center first. They were so professional we found one we really liked they could not get it. They obtained one very similar that we really liked. The whole process was painless and actually not much more in cost than formica would have cost. Our old nasty kitchen is beautiful now. SO I am the first to admit when I have made a mistake and I made a big one in my first review of the Marble Center.. I am not a patient person and totally did not take into consideration that Covid 19 was going on and things we slower than normal.. No matter, The Marble Centers staff and Alex the Owner took care of me and my issue with my first granite. I received my new granite today and am so very pleased. Alex worked with me allowed me to pick new granite and installed. Thank you to all the Staff and Alex for all they did for me.. You will not be disappointed when choosing The Marble Center in Salem, Ore..

We are extremely pleased with our experience with the Marble Center. Everyone we worked with, from our showroom visit through final installation, was outstanding. The two gentlemen who installed our counter tops were very considerate and conscientious. They did a quality job installing the counters and caulking around the sink, in addition to mixing a great color match of caulk, which was placed between the counters and the walls. They took the time to answer our numerous questions while they worked, as well as address any concerns we had during the installation process. They took great care working on our new floor and around our new cabinets and range, and left our kitchen as neat and tidy as when they arrived. We absolutely love our new counters! Our experience with the Marble Center has exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough great things about the Marble Center. I was so happy with the quartz product they installed in my bathrooms and laundry room, that I recently decided to have their quartz product installed in my kitchen. They deliver a superior customer experience throughout the process. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and professional. Their in-home measurement consultant is precise, and their install crew was on time for the install and left the area clean. Most of all, the product they installed looks fantastic! I would highly recommend the Marble Center for your hard surface needs.

This was my second experience with The Marble Center and if there is a need for a third I will definitely go back. I was lucky enough to get Lynn on the phone when I first called and she was super helpful from the first phone call to the last one. I had many questions and she either answered them by phone or by email and she never, NEVER, made me feel like I was pestering her. As for the job that was completed in my kitchen, I could not be happier. Here again, I was lucky enough to have two installers, Martin and Arturo, they were AWESOME, so respectful of my home and obviously take pride in what they do, they had good direction from Adalid as to what I was wanting, Adalid was the nice young man that measured and listened to me about what we could do with depths, heights, etc.Granite is not the least expensive material to do countertops with but the Marble center was super reasonable and the job was FLAWLESS. I am a very happy customer and I believe if you give them a chance, you will be too. Thank you Lynn, Adalid, Martin and Arturo, you made this a very enjoyable experience.

A wonderful job from start to finish. The staff was very accommodating to changes I made in my order over the course of a year when I changed contractors. I had to change everything from the material Id selected (granite instead of marble) edge style, backsplash, and even the sink. I expected an eye roll with that last change, but no...they were very nice about the whole project. Great staff, perfect installation, and fair pricing. Could not be happier.

We used The Marble Center for new counters in our bathrooms and our kitchen. For the bathrooms they measured and installed about a week later. For the kitchen they were able to measure and install two days later. We couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out. Lowes wanted over $1,500 dollars more than the Marble Center for pretty much the same product. I wasnt home during the installation, but our contractor said the installers made sure everything was perfect and they measured precisely. If youre in the market for new counters, call The Marble Center. Theyre the best in town.

I came here to buy a small 16x20 inch remnant I was going to use for a small project. I waited 15 minutes before the blonde lady at the computer said Someone will be right with you without looking up at me. She had me fill out a piece of paper with my name and address while I continued to wait which I thought was odd because I was there for something so small. When a sales lady was finally able to help me I told her what I was looking for: a 16x20 inch remnant, unfinished, and I didnt care what color it was or anything like that. She quoted me $150 which was completely outrageous for something so small and an unfinished remnant. I can get a 16x20 inch marble cutting board off Amazon for $50. I ended up going to K & L Building and got a finished piece of granite for $20 that was perfect for my project.

The marble center did a wonderful job on the granite in our kitchen. It was harder than the average kitchen, yet they did a great job!

They have installed the granite in our kitchen, one bathroom, and our fireplace hearth. We are currently using them to do a second bathroom, and will have them do our master bathroom next. Very professional, timely and great quality of work!
