I knew exactly the look I wanted and they put it on paper and guided me through each decision.They carry a variety of cabinet lines, which was nice since I wanted a more custom option.The installation was great and they were able to make it all work.Thank you!

We ordered our kitchen cabinet, hardware, and counter top. We had a wonderful experience. The whole process went so smoothly but mainly because of Brandon Noyes. He was so responsive, professional and supportive through the whole process. I would do business with Norfolk anytime as long as Brandon was helping.

I worked with Traci to develop a plan for my kitchen. One part of the kitchen actually had an original metal base from when the house was built in the 1880s.Traci did a kitchen design that is beautiful and functional. I highly recommend Norfolk kitchen and Bath in Salem. I also highly recommend Traci as she has excellent knowledge and contributed significantly to the design

Jennifer was so helpful during the entire process and the kitchen and the vanities came out absolutely beautiful. She really took care of us all the way from initial consult, through the design and installation phases. She is very thoughtful, careful, detailed oriented and had many great suggestions. I highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen and Bath!

Our design consultant, Paula, matched our kitchen ideas with the perfect design! Everyone who was involved from Vickie who coordinated the install for the cabinets and the granite to the installers. Kitchen came out beautifully!

I do not recommend this location. The sales associate was always busy, misquoted, continuously interrupted me, and raised her voice when I asked questions. I’ve been in sales for 24 years and thus gave the sales associate a second chance after I was abruptly spoken to on day one. At the third encounter, when I inquired to my revised quote (that was already late) the communication was worse. I will be giving my business to a local competitor.

My husband and I worked with Jennifer at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to help design our kitchen. She was extremely professional and helpful. We met with her a few times at her office, and she even made multiple house visits throughout the planning process. She stayed true to our style, making our dream kitchen a reality! We will definitely be using Jennifer and Norfolk for future renovations!

Jennifer in the Salem NH office has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning designing of our kitchen to the end, needing to replace couple of pieces done smoothly and in a timely manner. Paula was very helpful with the kitchen design and accommodated our own design preferences readily. The kitchen turned out beautifully except for flaws in installation. The installer they recommended quit without straightening out the cabinets which were hung crookedly after saying they would fix it, and the light rail molding was installed with nails that were too long that punctured 24 holes in the front of the molding. It was not all corrected because he ran out of molding and didnt want to be bothered. Then the under cabinet lights went out and stopped working right after the molding was put on. He refused to respond to calls to have the electrician who wired this to fix it. Nor have I been able to get another electrician to fix it because they said they didnt know where the other electrician put the driver. The hardwood floors were scraped, as well, and had to be completely refinished, which he did take care of. He was a nice person but took shortcuts at times that caused problems and more work in the end. Norfolk, though they recommended him, has yet to make sure he finishes the job adequately, so until that happens, I cant give them what they would otherwise deserve as far as a recommendation.

We had a very good experience with everyone at this location. Jennifer did a super job in designing what we were looking for. And the installer they sent, Ira, was great! We were trying to match the cabinets in a home we were moving into, and the original manufacturer had sold the company off, so it was a challenge, but Jennifer did a terrific job, went way out of her way to find just what we wanted.

Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Salem, NH was a delight to work with from start to finish. We worked with Paula Foley for our remodel and she was amazing. Paula knew just the right questions to ask and suggestions to make so that we ended up with our perfect kitchen. The installation went smoothly. Rick was professional and made sure that everything was done perfectly. We had a small hiccup with the delivery of the cabinets but Paula took care of it immediately. We also had a concern about how two of the doors opened and again Paula took care of it. Tom, a second installer took care of the doors for us and again it went smoothly. Everyone at Norfolk in Salem, NH is knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend Norfolk Kitchen and Bath.

I found this store through a colleague who had a good experience with them designing his kitchen. We went to Paula as she was recommended by him. She was an amazing and creative designer, very patient and always responsive. Even after delivery, when we saw a couple missing pieces she ordered them right away and collaborated with us in every way. The quality of our cabinet was great compared to the price we paid. We had a very good experience with this store and overal Norfolk company.

I have been using Norfolk kitchen and bath for several years now. Jen Charbonneau has created designs that have fit all our different budgets and styles. Even with the smallest of budgets she has come up with elegant, quaint and contemporary styles, If a problem arises I just give Jen a call and we can usually come up with a great solution. I highly recommend them

I wish your design consultant (Judy) was as excited as we were about renovating our kitchen for the 1st time ever! We chose a company that actually wanted our business and more than doubled our original budget. Judy made us feel like such a bother.Mr. Rosen,Thank you for your response. It is clear that blaming the customer for bad customer service is your motto. How dare I walk into a public showroom and shame on me for going to that business to take advantage of special that you were advertising.

This is the 2nd time we used NKB as we performed a kitchen/dinning room renovation in our old house approximately 5-6 years ago. Working with Jen at the Salem, NH office was extremely easy. Her depth of product knowledge coupled with her great personality allowed us to chose a functioning kitchen/dining room. She listened to what we had in mind, provided multiple views offering many options and helped us determine the best layout. So, when we moved 3 years ago, we already knew who we would go too for another kitchen/dining room remodel and Jen did not disappoint. The Showplace line is made in the U.S and is all wood. Our contractor was impressed with the cabinet product and especially liked the countertop supplier. He called us during a recent job and wanted to know if he could drop by with his customer to show them our kitchen. Not sure you can receive a better recommendation than that! Two kitchens in one lifetime is enough, but if we move again, I know my wife and I would not hesitate to contact Jen at NKB Salem, NH. Bought hardware for my house received wrong hard hardware and they refused to exchange for correct set wanting to charge me full price to get the correct ones.
