Here is a little gem in Salem, Oregon that has great meat. I’ve been here twice now to pick up marinated meat to make my own meals at home. Their service is friendly and so helpful! They are happy to answer the million questions that I always have about their products. We made birria tacos and cactus salsa from the last time we visited Carniceria Los Compadres Meat Market and they were delicious!!

Very friendly customer service and an amazing selection of large pinatas. The deli in the back is well stocked as well as their selection of tortillas and quesos. They have a small selection of pastries and donuts too. 😁

My favorite market ! Their meat quality is definitely better than any other market I’ve tried. Their customer service is 5/5 they are always so welcoming and attentive to my needs.

It is a good place to make purchases for your meetings

They do not have many vegetables and the little they do not serve. They lack several things that other butchers have, it is not very stocked. Apart from the customer service is not useful, the girls always with their faces do not greet or smile. I will never go again. I only went near my house but I prefer to drive to the torito and to be well cared for and find everything I need.
