I was at the Dollar Tree on Lancaster in Salem. Nothing stocked. Stock on the floor but no one to put it on the shelf. One cashier with at least 25 people in line. She wasnt friendly but who could blame her. No one was happy with the line this long. Most people had a lot of merchandise.

Ive been visiting this store for years. Great People working there. Always very cheerful and ready to help me with any questions I have. Always the best place to stop and get all of my shopping done.

Ive always liked this store. Yes its cheap and yes the product you buy here often reflects it, but I often find myself pleasantly surprised with some of my purchases. Also the fact that everything is a dollar or less makes it that much easier for me to keep track of exactly how much Im spending if on a budget. This store isnt quite what it used to be but it has a ton of potential and I hope it goes back to its glory

Love this specific Dollar Tree. Usually clean. Wide aisles. Good selection of merchandise. Could use a few more shopping carts.Have been in other Dollar Tree stores where there was merchandise thrown all over the floor and snarly employees.

I have always LOVED this dollar tree. Today, I was reminded why. I asked for 40 balloons for my husbands 40th birthday. They had them ready in 20 minutes!! They were some amazing ladies today for sure. ❤️❤️ Thank you so much!

This dollar tree is conveniently located right near highway 22 in Salem, Oregon. Theres a large selection box so many different items for one to be able to purchase.Be it cookies, soda, soft drinks, green tea, or kosher items for those who care about such things.The parking lot here is large enough to be able to allow an individual to easily be able to if theyre allowed to operate a motor vehicle during the green new age.

Shelves were extremely bare. Not sure if due to lack of employees, however, there were five employees in the store.

Hubby and I love to shop any Dollar Tree we get a chance to. Grab a plastic bucket and see what we can find to fill it! Sometimes each one has something different you cannot find at the others. Its our cheap adventure, and a chance tontry new things. Dont like that spice? It was only a dollar! Want to try a Moon Pie? Only a dollar!

Nothing wrong in particular but nothing good or that makes it stand out from the other dollar tree stores. Will update more as I continue to visit.

This Dollar Tree store is Ive of the largest ones that Ive ever have been to. One is able to purchase soft drinks, as well as snacks if many different types.Also there are the occasional electronics that Are available for one to be able to purchase as well. This Dollar Tree is near WinCo and the Sportsmans Warehouse. Which has WiFi.Ive had a very good experience here.

Most of the time I go this location is out of alot of stuff and they dont have enough people working the registers during busy times, but it is the biggest dollar tree and has a bigger selection of items also one of the more organized and clean ones Ive been to in town

Awful service we had 15 items they didn’t ask if we wanted a bag just put the stuff on the side and they were so slow about it we had to ask for a bag after the fact it was as though the cashier was on drugs how she helped us

They have lots name brands. Lot of great Christmas stuff.

Its very frustrating when so many shelves are half to empty on items that are not essential. I dont know if its because of less employees or people are sick. Its been an ongoing issue.Whats sad is, many ppl rely on going here for items they can get cheaper vs same item at a regular boxed store maybe twice or 3x higher. Cant find those items now😔.One other thing. Before the pandemic, theres never been enough checkers.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Janet, the Stock Manager at my local Dollar Tree, store number 2731. She helped me put together the best Valentines gifts for my girls to take to their classes. Her creativity, desire to help, and friendliness saved me time, money, and hassle! Could not be more thankful! Karley helped me with my merchandise, and was excellent at genuine small talk. Great job ladies!!! You two deserve recognition for excellence!!!

Staff was very friendly. Balloon quality is excellent and theyre only $1. Large store and well stocked.

Lack of cashiers, other then that it was great. Oh, and bummed there is a tiny selection for St. PATRICK and it hasnt even been a week and its pretty picked over.

As always, bought more than expected. Was disappointed they were almost completely out of birthday wrap and large gift bags.

Usually a nice little store for those few cheap thing I like to get here. The one problem I find here is is shelves get messed up from customers pulling things out to look closer at something and then not putting it back in its place. Sometimes its kids doing it. No matter, employees arent checking. I was there just after opening this morning and shelves were messed up. I have to say that I have seen worse and this this doesnt come close to that.

Love the dollar tree, and this is the best one in town. Great selection and has cold and frozen food,whichever the other dollar stores in the area do not. Very large with lots of great stuff. And the staff is polite. Only complaint a good number of shopping carts have wonky wheels.

Usually well stocked with quick checkout times. You often get what you pay for, but some Dollar Tree items are quality products. I buy most of my laundry items there when I use a laundromat.

The cashiers never know how to deal with a transaction of multiple types. Such as wiping out a card balance n then finishing in cash or another card. What gives?

This is the best Dollar Tree in the Salem area in my opinion. It is a large store. The aisles & shelves are usually clean and neat. There is plenty of easy parking. Only downside is often you have to wait in a long checkout line and they dont call anyone else.

I was there today the cashier was awesome however the manager is very rude the cashier I had new and needed some help with my transaction so she called for Manager the manager opened her office door and said “WHAT DO YOU WANT” to the cashier and as she told her something the manager replied with “I can’t help you” and shut her door as the employee was finishing her sentence I found it very unprofessional of the manager

Very helpful staff, good selection of products.Being a gimp it would be nice to have chairs to sit on or even better, a driving cart, i could stay in the store longer.

Much bigger than our local Dollar Store and much more to choose from. Employees were nice and the store looked clean. I love how open it is, and not cramped like the smaller stores.

Its just as one would expect. Everything is $1. Cleaning supplies are an awesome deal. And the same goes for party favors and gift cards. They have everything you can think of; from hygiene products to tools to toys and groceries. The longer you stay, the easier it is to fill up your cart. I can spend $20 in a few minutes. So be careful with your wallet. 😨😳🤓🤑

Huge store! Great layout. Clean. Most everything was neat and organized, which is uncommon for Dollar Tree. Cashier was super friendly. I will definitely make this my “go-to” Dollar Tree, even though it’s quite a ways from my house.

Just a fun place to go and look around. Usually can find some fun things to buy. Like crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzle, etc. The dishes are of good quality.

Great place always something I need

One of my favorite places to shop. This is the first store I go to on my once a month shopping trip. Here I can stock up on cleaning supplies, reading glasses, childrens toys and snacks, dishes & paper goods all in one stop shopping. The prices cant be beat either. The Dollar Tree I go to is directly off of the freeway with lots of parking and easy access.

Always Friendly staff, pretty nice selection, you really cant go to wrong with the dollar tree. I mean, everything is a dollar or less. Great spot to get decorations, snacks, dishes, and many other thing for just a buck! It cant hurt to take a look around.

Very bad, manager would not jump on and help check only one checker and 31 people in line that I counted and few more in line after that. Her responded was I cant check and said there will be another checkbook here in a little bit after almost 15 minutes in line waiting another check or came and then had to just stand there because you didnt have a till

This store is always in disarray! There is always only one cashier and a huge line at the cash register. Sometimes if your lucky enough a back up cashier might help. I feel sorry for the workers here.

This is the best Dollar store location in town, they carry all the things you cant find at other locations. The bathroom situation here isnt great and sometimes you have to wait a while in the checkout line depending on how busy they are. The parking lot is often busy in the late afternoon/early evening because of the bingo place next door, but there is enough parking there will still be spots available. Also be aware that unless you leave the parking lot at the light it can be tricky to get out of the parking lot during busy traffic.

I am consistently impressed with their diverse reading of products. Many of the cleaners are truly some of the best cleaning products I have used and integrated into my cleaning business.

Terrible one cashier with at least 10 customers waiting in line not happy people taking cuts getting upset with cashier I do realize she is not at fault but just need more cashiers would be great I ended up walking out

A bit disappointed in the selection they had for matching plates, bowls and cups. Their selection was slim to none. Im not sure when they get in new stock items, but other times that I have visited this dollar tree I have noticed the same issue.

This is a huge dollar store with a great variety of products. Dont forget a 20 ounce soda on the way out the door. You cant find those chilled and priced at a dollar anywhere else.

I enjoy every time I go there by just looking around and buying useful things that I need.

What a piss poor example of management, leadership, and efficiency.You are the very reason why it is best to spend the extra 38 cents for service and available registers.Do you drug test your management? You should because nobody can be that dumb to only have 1 register open!

We came in to grab a few things like 2 minutes before the store closed. The staff was still very friendly, helpful, and accommodating - which is surprising. Most people hate you when you show up just shy of closing time.

This location has the best employees.mthey are super helpful and happy to help you. The store is always well-stocked and tidy. The size helps with that claustrophobic feeling you can get at a strip mall Dollar Tree.

They have everything you could possibly think of that if theyre the biggest Dollar Tree in Salem they have lots of Isles so if you need some quick dont go there but if you want to walk around and look for stuff its great for doing that has a freezer section at has so much stuff great Dollar Tree
