Good grocery store with many products at fair prices.

The prices are kind of high for some of their and you can usually find it cheaper other places but it is clean and quiet. Its not as chaotic as some of the other bigger grocery stores which is nice it makes it easier to get in get what you want and get out. There is never much of a line at the check out. All of the employees Ive dealt with have been super friendly

I had a gift card from Thanksgiving and since I was in the area thought I might as well use it. Prices are higher than what Im use to paying. Store was clean. Staff friendly and good at their jobs.

Its an OK place to run when you dont want to run into town. But I swear Id have to take out a 2nd mortgage to shop here on the regular.

I shop here sometimes cause its close and not Walmart. The produce leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty good selection for its size.

Customer service was above and beyond. Everything clean, well stocked, good variety, fresh meat and produce. Bakery is delightful too.

Bad experience there the guy at the front was really rude and mean Just because I wasnt wearing a mask. He told me that if I dont put one on then to leave the store so I left and will not waste my money there. Will not go there again

Its okay to grab a few items from here but there are many other places to shop in Salem including Walmart and many other stores in town in Salem

Manager is an ok guy... not warm and fuzzy and naturally suspicious... BUT thats his job, AND to his credit he is like that with EVERYONE! He doesnt appear to profile... ymmv.The staff, every ONE of them are helpful and friendly..As for high prices... dude really???Have you shopped at Giant Eagle? EVER?The deli foods ARE better than fast food... and over all I have never been disappointed.The bakery though is a gsm.. you will be amazed at the Apple fritters and the multigrain soudough!

Ordered a cake for a birthday party went to pick it up after the bakery was closed. When I got there as instructed I ask head cashier to get it from the cooler and she cant find it then manager comes he cant find it we waste 15 minutes the mgr. Cant find the bakery mgr phone number to call and ask her where it might be. So we head to Giant Eagle got a beautiful cake and a clerk offering to write on it right then with a smile. I no where Im going from now on. I will say when I followed up with Sparkle bakery clerk she apologized said the cake was right where she told head cashier.

Clean, but small. Definitely has more than you would think. Prices here are better than Walmart and Giant Eagle is several cases

For as long as I have been going to Salem in the 6 years Ive lived near there, I had no idea a Sparkle even existed. The location could use some exposure but its a nice sparkle with a decent wine selection. One of the only places I can find a particular brand.

Cant believe it. In driveway taking out a few groceries and Sparkle already posted me. Boy they sure do track you. Always use Sparkle. Close by and always clean and cashiers always friendly.

Its convenient if your needing something quick but the prices are kind of high. When they have sales happening you really cant beat some of the sale prices though. Especially the cheese prices. I gave it three stars because of the pieces though. Otherwise its nice for a quick shopping trip as has a good variety of stuff.

I get food from the deli to eat at work. Its close to my work and the food is better than fast food places.

Name brand foods, if you need anything just ask. Theyll help you take your groceries to your car and load them. Very nice and bright place.

Its ok

One of the best Sparkle Markets in the area! In my mind the best is Columbiana Sparkle then Salem Sparkle! Usually always can get what I came for and the employees are always nice and helpful! The store is clean too!

Personally, I feel that their prices are rather high. However, the produce is decent & the deli is really good. I, basically, go there just to get lunch meat from the deli.

I was very disappointed in this store. The only thing I liked was the lady that helped me in the deli, she was an absolute gem. Otherwise the produce was brown and going bad, the Italian bread was stale like it had been sitting there for a couple days already, and when I asked if it could be cut into thick slices like the Columbiana and Austintown stores do, the lady said she couldnt slice it thick, that if she slices it, itll just be like the other loaves on the shelf (which were super thin). Ive heard that this store is the worst out of them all, but it was truly worse than I expected. I dont believe Ill be going back. Ill drive to Columbiana instead. They have a bigger selection and have fresh items in the bakery with ppl who will slice the bread thick, and the cashiers are so friendly.

Pretty pricey anymore it seems...but still one of my top places to shop quickly.

Was told I better have 10 items or less teller was very rude. There might have been 5 people in the store at the time and none in her check out line. Manager and co-worker were equally rude, definitely scraped the bottom of the barrel to find their employees! Told them to put my items back after they were bagged, all 13 of them, never going back!

Sparkle is a pretty good, go to for when you need something quick, although, it seems when you need multiples of an item inventory is low. I think the shelves should be a little more stocked up personally.
