The first appointment was very thorough and professional. The second appointment was also very thorough and I got the information needed to use and take care of my hearing aids. I would advise to have customers clean the hearing aids before inserting into ear. They caused itching in my ear. Im happy with my hearing aids

His patience in assisting me to pair my hearing aids to my Android phone was so appreciated as well as fine tuning my hearing experience in the follow up visits. Yes I did and I would do it again right now Im listening to some special music for improvement of the eyes I have my hearing aids on the highest volume it makes it hard if there was something going on but its just me and the music its like they suggest earphones but this procedure works just as well you lower the volume Ive been listening to it for over 40 minutes and its just wonderful and thank you so much for the help my hearing aid for my right ear had too big of a cup on it I try to small one but now I have a super small and then I think its going to do the job thank you again

It was easy enough: someone look in the ears, then get in a room built like a box with egg carton foam on the walls where you wear like head phones and push a button when you hear three beeps. I hadnt done this since grade school over 30 years ago, and then it wasnt in a box, it was in school.
