Willoughby Hearing in Salem had very good customer service. They have been very helpful and always answer all my questions thoroughly. They continually strive to help me with my hearing problems and never act like it’s a problem at all. They are also very good listeners. We purchased hearing aides from them over 2 years ago and have probably seen them in person at least a dozen times. We now see them every 3 months, but we can visit or call any time. R Ingram

Not knowing what to expect when I first went there was an amazing experience for me. Carrie was outstanding and made me feel at home right away and Tiffany was excellent with my hearing test and explaining the results to me so I could understand them. Ive been back twice since I got my hearing aids to have them tweaked to my prescription and I cannot say enough good things about everybody there and their service. The ladies are great. you feel more like family than clients. they are knowledgeable and sensitive. I am also vision impaired and they are very patient with me. i am so glad i saw the ad on tb and contacted Willowby two years ago.

In general. I am satisfied with the service provided. My concern is that I rarely see the same technician. The high rate of turnover does little to cultivate a relationship or generate confidence. I have praise for the technician on my last two appointments(same technician).

I have had a number of visits. At Willoughby Hearing and have found the staff. To be extremely knowledgeable patient and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who has a hearing problem.

I brought my mom here for the first time in August 2014 to have her hearing tested while she was visiting from Phoenix. We got her fitted for hearing aids, brought her back to make some adjustments and I sent her back home a month or so later. When Mom was here last month we scheduled an appointment just to be sure everything was working well. Holly and her husband spent a huge amount of time making some adjustments so that Mom could walk away hearing better and feeling comfortable with the hearing devices. They are so kind and patient and they are very dedicated to helping their clients. Dont hesitate to contact them first if you are considering hearing aids. They dont push you into buying something you dont want or dont need. They give you all the information you want or need to make an informed decision without pressuring you into spending money. Hearing aids are very expensive, but their are options to help you pay for them - if thats the route you need to go. Give these guys the opportunity to educate you and help you!
