GREAT experience all around. The guy on the phone did a phenomenally thorough job understanding what our issue was (leaking shower and bathtub faucet), and they had someone available the next day. I had Tony out for an examination of a potential leak from my shower drain. He did locate a small leave due to the old design of the shower or altered drain spout. He reccomend a full remodeling to properly fix the problem. I spent 4 weeks with a home warranty company fighting them to cover the repair. Tony did not have to be so helpful but through the whole 4 weeks we communicated very well and did everything possible to get the horrible home warranty to cover the repairs. Unfortunately just like all home warranty companies they refused. I ended up having to file a home insurance claim and boom things got rolling and within a couple weeks he got paid and did the full replacement of my shower. The awesome home decorator that he is picked out an awesome looking shower that is so more functional. I am very happy and so reccomend Einstein pros for plumbing. The office people are friendly and very responsive to your needs as well. Tony is a very hard worker and very good at his trade. Thank you for the hard work and being there for my needs when I know other companies would have not been so helpful.

These guys did a really good job installing a new drain pipe under my kitchen sink. Technician was very responsive and provided me the lowest price compared to other plumbers I looked at. I would definitely recommend this company!

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not a good one. I hired them to install a new water main, which they did, however they also cut off my irrigation line and told me they were not hired to do any work on that line, they drilled through electrical wires when installing the new line and had to pay my electrician to fix it. The parts they brought were wrong and materials needed were not thought out ahead of time, so they were at my house until after 10pm. I have water to my house, but I have a LEAK in the EXACT same spot where this all started. The owner of the company drove from Bend to look at things and after a very brief glance told me it looked fine. I asked how it could look fine when they leak was under the gravel and that he would need to dig and find out what was causing the leak since his team should have capped that line. He said I am not digging many times and spoke in a condescending tone. He also said that I could hire someone to look at the leak and that if in fact his men did do something wrong he would personally come back to fix it. HE DROVE 3 HOURS TO TELL ME THIS :) How much easier it would have been if he had just dug the 18 down to discover why it was leaking again since his crew were the only ones to work on that leak in the first place. I am hiring a professional company - Oregon Pump - who will not leave me stranded with a leak or offer shoddy workmanship. The Salem crew is no longer with this company, which I knew since they told me they did not care for the way the owner ran the business. I would recommend using a 5 year old to do the job before hiring these people. Call Judsons or anyone else who will stand behind their work and not leave you with more problems than what you started with. See attached photos, it is a large leak coming from the exact spot where the line should have been capped off.

Tried to call, but switchboard only allows local area codes, i have a 360 area code but own property that needs work in salem, tried to call for a bid and the switchboard software merely stated that service isnt allowed in my area and hung up.
