$50 to $100 million in revenue YEARLY and theyre so stingy that they cant even pay their long term employees a decent living wage AND fire them when they ask for a bonus they more than deserved while continuing to reap the benefits of a hard working employee who brought them a new huge account? Tell me, Thermal Supply, how exactly is that being insubordinate?! Ill wait. Thermal Supply is a clear example of greedy corporate America. Companies like this are ruining our country. Money should NEVER come before taking care of solid and loyal employees. A reputibal $100 million revenue earning company wouldnt blink an eye at paying a more than deserved employee a $1k bonus for doing as he was asked and meeting said bonus criteria, let alone terminate them for asking about their promised bonus. Perhaps if Thermal supply doesnt want their employees going to their boss boss, then perhaps they should employ store managers who are actually present in their store and who provide answers instead of dodging uncomfortable conversations due to the fact that they work for a corrupt company. Disgusting. What kind of a company fires their employees by allowing them to find their final paycheck in the store mail? Better yet, what kind of business fights unemployment after terminating an employee for asking where their bonus is and after the shotty job of terminating said employee? No wonder Thermal Supply has a pathetic 2.7 Glass Door rating and is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Do us all a favor and spend your hard earned money at any other HVAC retail company, Thermal Supply does not deserve your business.

Had just what I needed to get my furnace up and going unlike home depot which didnt have anything. Part was 1/6th of the price I paid from the hvac serviceman. Happy to have found this place.
