Went in there location on McGilchirst bought a 100 box of screws for attaching wood deck to a trailer. Looked at my recite charged 3 dollar handling fee.

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees, was told as soon as we walked in the store that this is not a store front and they only do online sales for commercial businesses. I am mediately said sorry and turned to walk out the store, the employee stopped me and said tell me what you need. I told him what I was looking for, he went to the back of the store for a couple minutes and came out And said we do not have it. I started to ask a question about a Milwaukee power tool that I could see behind him and he told me we only do online sales for commercial orders with accounts that I needed to leave

Will not help over the counter. Online orders only.Id really rather not even have this location listed since anyone who buy thousands of bolts or the like will already have an account with them and probably doesnt need to stop by.Other fastener shops have been a huge help to me by identifying and sourcing hardware but now you have to know what you need before you can order online.
