This is the first time Ive dealt with Allen Datagraph Systems. I brought a new cutter and as with any new equipment, you have to learn how to operate it and get the kinks out. Ray Marsh has been great. He has answered all my questions very professionally and with patience. I would highly recommend this company and its service to anyone. Andre Gosselin

I previously had similar experiences like you see from the other reviewers. But just yesterday I had a great experience with their customer service & tech support. My AllenCAD program was on the fritz w/out a known reason. They got back to me in the same day via email w/instructions that resolved that issue. But I still had other problems. So they called me up & did a shared-screen conference call on my computer & fixed it for me. This all happened in about a 4 hour window. Then, today, I got follow up emails from several people at Allen Datagraph, making sure I was satisfied & didnt have any other issues. Maybe they read their reviews & decided it was time they turn their image around. I know I was pleasantly surprised.UPDATE: Just had a catastrophic problem w/AllenCAD that corrupted any file I saved. This one took a long time to figure out, but they got me up & running on another computer free of charge. In the mean time, they got their team of engineers working on my problem. After about a month from my original point of contact, theyve figured it out & solved the issue. Believe me, it was a tough one. But they stuck with it & got it fixed. Ive got nothing but good things to say about my experience with Allen Datagraph.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering two of their iTech Centra HS Digital Finishing Systems. Because just as stated before. They are not reliable machines. Constantly bugging out. They have several problems. We tried working out the bugs with countless hours of telephone support calls. Reinstalling software and installing new circuit boards. They still do not cut with versatility and Accuracy as stated in their marketing brochure. The worst of it is they do not cut with accuracy. See attached photo showing the cut path is not consistent around the image. When we contacted the Better Business Bureau to return the equipment. The companies response to them was ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The owner will not take calls or stand behind what he is selling. Save yourself the headache and $45,000, I wish I could. :(

I would strongly advise not doing business with this company. They sold us defective templating materials, offered no solution for 2 months, then finally shipped some replacement rolls charging us full price for all the bad material we had to endure in the meantime. Bad templates cost us thousands in rework and on-site adjustments.After several complaints they now wont even sell us parts for their machine. A disgraceful act of aggressively poor customer service. I wish I had never done business with them. They have sold us a machine and refuse to provide parts. What kind of company does this?If anyone else out there wants an alternative, lower cost source for parts and template material, they are out there. We have found them.

Allen Datagraph sold us a Labeling and Diecutting unit in their CENTRA Line and it has been nothing but a headache from the beginning. This thing is a pile of junk and not worth its weight in metal and rubber! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from Allen Datagraph, they advised us to fill out an online form to receive any attention from them but they never follow up on the forms. Dont even try to call them directly for customer service either because the receptionist has been told under no circumstances does anyone get to speak to a human and for her to send all calls directly to voicemail. BE FORWARNED! This is NOT a company that you want to do business with - EVER!
