Been shopping @ JD for 30 years and enjoyed most of the employees and products most of all Freddy Webster who knew everything and made you feel good to hang out and shop . Now it seems more corporate and unfamiliar with product and the dramatic price increases have got me starting to look elsewhere . Will still shop @ JD but not as much . Sad .
I’ve been coming here for years and have always received outstanding customer service. Recently I had a problem with my carpet cleaning machine in my van and brought it here for the first time, the service department was very friendly and helpful. I wish they were open a little later but other than that they are great!
I am in charge of ordering supplies for the company I work for. Duke is the sales man that I have been working with. He is always friendly and helps me out. If I am interesting in ordering a new product he takes his time and will explain to me the best product that would work best. Thank you Duke for all of your help.

Jon Don Salem NH has such an amazing, knowledgeable crew. Starting with Duke. What a wonderful and helping store manager. What a huge support he has been. Also is Freddy, Mike O and Jasmine. They always make sure I have the right amount and right chemical for the job. Never have they let me down. And I cant forget about the two technicians in service (Keith and Mike) Everytime I have an emergency, they will literally drop what they are doing to help me. Freddy, Duke and jasmin always accommodate and take time to answer questions and give great advise . I have been a customer of Jon-Don for over 19 years. It has unfortunately went down-hill drastically in the last 4 years. Jon-Don does not stand by their core company strategy! They misdiagnosed my ProChem Performer 805 after charging me over $7K in repairs and gave me the only option of buying a new machine due to lack of parts instead of repairing properly. I found out later that my machine had a recall on the fuel pump, but they said that they could not fix it and stated that it was the fuel rack when it was not! Do not take your machine here, nor should you buy a machine from them as they do not stand by their word on their website Satisfaction guaranteed 100% money back guarantee on every product or service with risk free guarantee. Since they have hired Duke approximately 4 years ago, the service I have received is subpar at best. I have reached out several times about resolving my issue, in which they do not respond and come up with excuses. They used to be good...now the employees act like the customers are an inconvenience and even the managers follow suit...Duke is rude and irresponsible and does not return calls or emails....
