No question it was the best price I could find. Quality of product was good. Fitment was good once I figured out how to assemble. The 3 baffles to make my Exmark a mulching mower came with no instructions. It wasnt a bolt on assembly, drilling holes are required. Some instructions would have saved time.

Bought bags for 3-bag Cub XT2 54 bagger. Much more affordable than Cub Cadet bags. Parts fit perfectly. Quality appears to be as good as Cub. Bottoms are molded plastic instead of vinyl fabric. Purchase was easy and standard delivery was quick.

I ordered a number of parts for my old Toro lawnmower online with ProParts. They were cheaper than any of the other usual online places I checked (and have used in the past), and they also had all of the parts available (others were permanently out of stock). They dont ship real fast (took a few days), but they also dont guarantee any particular ship time, so that was fine with me. They do use FedEx, which is much more reliable than USPS, so that was a nice plus (and their flat rate shipping is also very reasonable). The parts were just what I ordered. I will definitely use them again for future needs.

I learned the hard way that ProParts direct is a disconnected e-commerce order fulfillment division of Turf Depot. I placed an order on line Feb 2nd and specified in the order that I would pick up in the Portsmouth NH to save time I live in Maine. Tuesday Feb 9th I received a voice mail that my part was received from Ariens and should they send it to Portsmouth as I requested on my original order. I called and didn’t get the person who call but he confirmed my order was scheduled to be shipped to the Portsmouth location Wednesday Feb 10th. I confirmed I would drive to Portsmouth Thursday Feb 11th and pick up the part. When I arrived Thursday to pick up the part I gave them my order number the manager promptly said he doesn’t use order numbers only names which I gave him. They couldn’t find my order I was polite and courteous as the manager proceeded to tell me order numbers are useless to him because he’s not connected to the ProParts database so he told me again all he uses are names for customer orders. The Portsmouth manager then explained people order items all the way from Cape Cod and New Jersey and expect to drive up save the sales tax and shipping costs. I then learned there wasn’t a customer service bone in his body. He was rude and inferred I was a cheap to be picking up parts from his store I ordered online. The part was prepaid and totaled $179.95. He and his assistant were making calls to the Salem location and found it was never sent to Portsmouth. After 15 minutes they confirmed it was be sent express to my home in Maine to arrive Saturday Feb 13th. Ok all was good so I thought but this time rather than overnight the part through UPS or FedEx they sent it US Postal service. USPS tracking is abysmal all I could see was on Feb11th the part was sitting in the Southerm Maine central distribution center. To make matters worse USPS was on holiday Monday Feb 15th for Presidents Day. I noted UPS and FedEx were making deliveries on Feb15th so I wrote a note to ProParts direct soon after I received notification that the parts was now being shipped UPS and would arrive Weds February 16th which it did at 7pm.I installed the following day. After 14 days I finally had the part required to complete the repair which I thought would be a week or so.In closing errors and mistakes are common in any business but its how they are handled that separate great organizations from those lacking in customer contact skills. Treating a client attempting to do business with your organization with destain if issues arise should be addressed by corporate leadership with this person directly. This unfortunate instance should be viewed as a customer care re-education opportunity for the manager in question by Turf Depot’s leadership team.Oh well.

Lowest price I could find for a direct OEM replacement part even with shipping. Be aware that for small parts, shipping will be as much or more than the parts, so bundle together what you need. Also, I would have rated them 5 Stars, but they use USPS for shipping and as is becoming more common, USPS initially shipped my package to another city. Include extra delivery time in your plans.

The head gasket I ordered along with other parts came with a deep crease across the gasket face in two places. It was likely caused by the metal edge of the air cleaner also in the order since the parts were not at all cushioned with packing material to prevent damage. Or maybe during warehousing mishandling or manufacturing and packaging

I ordered three parts for my wright stander online, then after a week had gone by and I hadn’t received an email saying the parts were shipped I called them and was informed that the parts hadn’t shipped yet because they didn’t have one of them and they had to order it from the factory. So I was asking them why they were selling parts that they didn’t have and the explanation was well it doesn’t usually take this long to turn them around, and when I said they shouldn’t do that I was literally laughed at, so they knowingly participate in this practice of selling parts that they don’t have. When I called right to ask why one of their dealers was selling parts that they didn’t have I was informed that Pro parts direct.net is not a dealer and shouldn’t be selling their parts online, also that if they are associated with turf depot, which of course they are, they shouldn’t be selling parts outside of their territory. Long story short, find a Wright dealer near you, because of the dealership system you’re not going save any money by buying online and at least an in person dealer will tell you up front they need to order the part

Placed order for 2 belts over the weekend. Was contacted Monday to tell me that there would be a delay. Provided option to cancel or continue order. I decided to keep the order. Order arrived under the estimated delay time. Due to the delay, the upped my 2 day shipping to overnight at no extra charge. Point is good communication and exceeding old/new expectations is good customer service.

I paid for the gold memebership so that I would get faster and free shipping. The membership advertises 100% free shipping but I still get charged some amount of shipping. I would email them and they would refund it in the beginning of my memebrship but now they dont.

“Processing” took about a week before my item was finally shipped. I ordered an OEM wheel and tire for my lawn tractor. It is the correct size and style but the color is way wrong. Mine is gray and what I received is yellow. The price was way high but I was willing to pay it for quick service and and the exact part. I didn’t get either. I will not be making any future orders with ProParts Direct.

I own a 1990 Toro Self-Propelled Mower powered by a Briggs and Stratton engine. The gas tank cracked and was in need of replacing, but due to the age of the mower, the tank was no longer manufactured. After searching many potential sources, I happened on the ProParts Direct website. It showed one part in inventory that matched the tank on my mower. I placed my order, and then followed up with phone call. The customer specialist reassured me that they did indeed have one remaining tank and that it would be shipped that day. My mower is up and running again, and although I may not be able to find a replacement tank if this one lasts another 30 years, at least ProParts Direct was there with help when I needed it today. Overall great parts lookup and ordering system - makes parts ordering easier and more efficient.Note the caveat for every item...If in stock ships same day, ordered stock up to 4 day delay. I budget 7-10 days for all repair parts...because it seems theres always 1 or 2 pieces that arent in stock at the PPD warehouse. Probably need to call in your order to verify stocking status if thats important.Makes sense to build an order of common parts you know youll eventually need ahead of time...and then finalize/pay/ship your full order ASAP when you need a specific repair part.Also, expect to pay a premium if you use PayPal at checkout...though this isnt noted on the invoice. I dont like to have my CC info on file (i.e. susceptible to hacking) at a bunch of online retailers...or enter CC info every time I check out...so it makes sense to use PayPal from that perspective but note the additional fees.Theres no easy way to get every random, unique repair part youre going to need quickly and efficiently. Pro Parts does a good job of answering the phone, getting your parts to you, and providing discounts with little drama. Order early and often!

Ordered 8/27/2021 told them to ship partial order 8/30/2021, they said BO would be 7 to 10 days later, Nothing shipped but Label created 09/03/2021 and picked up 09/07/2021. The mower is down. How did they do? They asked how the parts are and they still not here.

Ordered a Exhaust Manifold for a Toro Dingo and they had emailed me that I had owned money due to duty costs. We had paid the duty costs and Fedex called me a month later to let me know that I had to pay duties. I tried calling the person who is in charge of duties and no answer.

Wrong size part shipped, too late to return. It will cost me more to return part than its worth. I had to give it 1 star or I couldnt post it.

Carburetor was defective. The choke would not close due to a flaw in the making of the carburetor body. But the reason that i will never do business with proparts Direct is because the customers only have 10 days to return UNused parts. There is NO warrenty on any part. And if a customer installs a part and then finds that it is defective or becomes defective, then that part is considered USED and Proparts Direct will NOT take it back.Folks buy your parts from ereplacement parts, they have a 1 year warrenty and will refund infull or send another part without ANY problems.

Needed ring gear on crank. Stock was plastic, replacement was steel. Pro parts knew the correct parts just by me having the serial and date manufactured. Taryl was right, they have all the parts at great prices and..... THERES YUR DINNER!
