Attempted to stop by on Friday April 23rd and they were completely closed with no sign indicating if it was temporary or permanent. No lights. Nothing in the window. Think they closed down and didnt update things.

Visited here this past weekend with my boyfriend! The lady (who’s name I unfortunately can’t remember) who I believe owns/runs the store was wonderful to chat with. She’s very kind and helpful and even through in a few crystals for free after speaking for a while. She seems like a wonderful person and I recommend supporting her shop! On top of the great atmosphere, I had a reading done here and it’s was wonderful. She really took her time and explained things and gave me a lot of incite. Best reading I had in Salem! 100% recommend checking this place out!

One of my favorite shops. We visited with the owner 5 yrs ago, before we opened our shop in Texas - they were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We did not have that same experience with some of the other shops in the area. We will always be so grateful for the hospitality we received here and encourage people to visit this shop first!

The person who helped me and my friends was very nice and taught us a lot of the basics of Tarot. Although, after looking around the area you can buy cards for a slightly cheaper price but in my eyes its worth it to support this shop. (And you also get a lesson on Tarot that other places probably wont do)

If youre looking for genuine magical knowledge and supplies, this is the place to go. The owners are always positive, helpful and of course pumpkin will greet you at the front door. New England magic is certainly a refreshing change from the more commercial witch store offerings nearby.

I love this shop. The staff was very helpful and the place is beautiful and well laid out. They have a lot of interesting items including books, wands, crystals, gear. The staff is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with some questions.

I was recently at the shop and basically got robbed. I purchased 2 shells and 2 bundles of whate sage and paid $54.00 plus tax... shame on me for not asking how much, because there was no price on them. And then I see the sign that says no returns. How sad that you have to trick your customers. “Survival of the Fittest”?I would recommend going to any other store, the white sage will only run you under $10...each. “Buyer beware”

November 1, 2pm, the store is closed, even though it supposed to be opened! I really wanted to buy the book of shadows. So frustrated😞

I had a bad experience with the woman, who I believe runs the place, I truly believe she is one the most smug patronizing naive people I ever had the displeasure of meeting. However as an Asatruar I loved a lot of the Norse related things there, but I highly dont recommend talking to that woman let alone getting a reading from her.

Pricey but fun experience

Absolutely the best and most authentic magic shop in Salem. Its a real magic shop, not a kitschy tourist trap like many of the others and the employees/owners are extremely knowledgable and helpful.

I always come here when in the area, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, if they dont have what youre looking for they usually know where you can get the item.
