Rented some awnings, tables, chairs for my moms celebration of life. They forgot to provide the stakes for the awnings. We ended up doing the celebration without the stakes. I informed at the drop off that they werent with the awnings and they told me they refunded the $15. 5 days later I get a call from the manager asking me who unloaded the awnings to try to prove if I received the stakes or not. Pretty unprofessional at this point I wont be using a to z for any rentals.

Good stuff and good services for employment. Show the use the rent stuff.

Parked in their vast, empty, parking lot in order to visit the record store across the street. Stopped halfway to walk back and grab my mask only to get greeted by an irritated A to Z employee with short blonde-ish hair asking if I owned the vehicle I just parked, I responded yes. She quickly followed my yes by threatening to tow my vehicle. Mind you, Im parked in front of the empty shop adjacent to their storefront. I explained that I did not see any tow signs to which she points out a few that are nowhere close to where I parked. I then simply apologized and parked in the road. I was never simply asked to please move or anything to be considered remotely polite. Unfortunately if I ever have a party, or am asked where to get supplies, I will not be recommending this store.

For my best friends wedding, we rented an arch and a bridge from A to Z and had a fantastic experience. Anne Marie was always very cheerful and helpful on the phone and in person, even though I changed the order 4-5 times. I couldnt be happier, would recommend them to anyone and look forward to doing business with them again.

These guys are thorough, thoughtful and perform at an exceptional level every time.I have used them for many fundraisers and events and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and willingness to get the best quality product.Highly recommended.

Went through the company for our wedding. Coordination and delivery were fine (Gabe was great) but this was overshadowed by poor manager. From the start company policies were NOT brought to our attention or made clear, even when we had multiple email conversations providing opportunity to do so. This resulted in the company keeping an extra $300 of ours and refusing to apply this to our remaining balance. We didn’t ask for a refund, only that our $300 be applied to other products of theirs but they refused; we just lost our $300. Customer service and client well-being is definitely not on their radar; only their own monetary gain. Bad business execution from management and an overall disappointment.

We needed a large canopy, tables & chairs for a Celebration of Life that happened to fall on the weekend before the eclipse. I reserved and paid for everything several weeks in advance. Nestor was very helpful with my reservation. Ivan was very helpful when I called to make sure everything was still on track days before the event. All my items were delivered and picked up as planned. My experience with this company was very positive.

Even though I prepaid to rent a working projector for my brother-in-laws celebration of life, and reserved the projector days in advance; this company rented me a projector they Knew another customer had had problems with.Of course, it didnt work (I picked it up the morning of the event and tried it out at home – only to find out it was in operative).At that point I was frantic. I took the non-working projector back to A-Z and the clerk couldnt get it to work.He offered me a full refund -big deal- I still had to find a working projector to rent and drive all the way to Eugene for my brother-in-laws life ceremony.Fortunately, I was able to rent a working projector in Eugene.Bottom line – do not use this company! It took them forever to refund my money.I shouldve gone online to rent a projector, but no… I wanted to use a local Salem business. Wrong idea.

Clearance section had a fork from my grandmothers silverware which was over 75 years old. She grew up in Tacoma then Portland and I found it in Salem at A to Z. This unique experience makes this a memorable spot for me to refer clients as well as when recommending others in need of the services they offer. I provide this opinion without paid compensation.

Had just what I needed at very good prices

Very nice people. Very professional. I used A to Z Rental for my wedding. I went to the store and booked everything from canopy to table set. My wedding was on Saturday, but they delivered everything on Friday and picked them up on Monday. No extra charge or anything.

Such a great place to rent anything you need for any event, big or small. The staff are always so courteous, eager to help, and work with you to get you what you need.

People were friendly but didnt know much about the sound system I wanted to rent. The didnt know what they had and how it went together and there was little communication between employees (people not understanding what another person had ordered, someone not understanding what was supposed to be in the order etc). And they are NOT open on Sundays even though Google said it is.
