Good selection, but one thing i dont agree with is the fact that if you pick from the theme balloons they have in the isles you have to pay for them plus between 1.50 to 2.99 per balloon in the pack to fill them up. A 3.99 3 pack of 18 balloons came up to 13 dollars after filling them up. Thats crazy considering some party places fill up all the balloons they sell for free.

Cool Halloween costumes at really good prices. We bought two costumes and also grabbed a couple clown masks, too.

We went in for party supplies and balloons, when the balloons were blown up we noticed that they were different shades of what was supposed to be the same color. It was a letter and numbers. We asked if we could change the numbers as we were expecting them to the be the same shade. The employees response was theyre different companies, you would have to pay $12.99 for each new balloon due to the helium shortage. After have already paying for the current balloons we were disappointed and the employee continued with I blew the balloons up in front of you. I understand the employee has guidelines to follow but it would have been nice to let us know prior to blowing them up and after paying for them that they were not the same colors.

Loved this place amazing customer service

Fine experience. However the balloons deflated very quickly. I suggest they start using hi float for later balloons. My balloons for a party looked pretty bad through out the night. Will not go back

Never going here again because theyre is bad stuff for big girls and bos and it is GROSSbut really, one of the workers said n***** in front of us to the fellow coworker and began to laugh at my daughter at the costumes she was looking at. never going here again!

This place has the most disgusting group of teenage / college girls working for them. They are rude and miserable . I came in one hour early last sat to pick up balloons and they treated me like dirt. Instead of asking me to come back or simply telling me it would be a couple mins while they finished what they were doing. Instead they all stood around acting stupid and talking badly about us while blowing up 12 balloons (not hundreds) . Totally pathetic. Infront of my 3 year old on her birthday. Just tasteless and rude.

Lots of things for just about every single party

Today I was there and I accidentally put something in the wrong place without thinking and there’s a worker in a scream costume and he yelled at me and I’m only 11 years old I was really scared and wanted to cry so I tried to ovoid him please get him fired and that was very rude of home so I will never ever come to your store ever again and I’m telling people not to go because there’s rude people there
