Great staff! They were very friendly and easy to work with. My daughter was hit (before photos) and they did a great job repairing it (after photos). Unlike some body shops, I never felt like they were talking down to me or inflating prices. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Searson kept me informed in every step of my repair. From alerts to phone calls letting me know what they were currently working on. i was never out of the loop, which I really appreciate.

I brought my car here through insurance due to my boyfriend crashing into a pole with my car . The men who work here are super nice and helpful I was really happy with how my car came out ! It looks like nothing ever happened it was done within 5 days and when I picked my car up they detailed and cleaned and I was just super happy with my experience here if you need anything done to your car I would really recommend this place .

My mother went to their shop, horrible experience.. They provided a rental with over a month expired tags. Left over spray on the hood. They messed up the interior lining of the roof from the back and put masking tape. She kept telling them to fix how it was and they played stupid that they hadnt done anything... Like you guys for reals...? I have a photo my mothers car before it went to get repaired and its not hanging. And the lining hangs, its to the point she cant see the rear of car through mirror 😑😑😑😡😡😡😡 BBB was informed and yet they didnt bother to contact them, what a business. 👎👎👎

Took my car in after a wreck a year ago, had suspension damage, and side damage, axle was bent and the suspension was shot from the hit. Quoted me 4-6,000 for suspension parts and body work. 3 months later I have a bill for 14,000. Car never drove straight, axle kept jumping, and but the paint matched so ill give you 1 star.The car wasnt worth more than 15,000 out the lot. Really disappointed they didnt expect it thoroughly because they messed up my premiums while they got a nice fat insurance check. Thank you searson

I found this body shop to be very professional and responsive on two recent occasions, one claim through AAA and one through State Farm. On one occasion they assisted in getting me to the car rental company and on another occasion they picked-up and dropped-off the car when I was unable to drive for unrelated reason. In summary: the repairs were of the highest quality and the customer service excellent.
