Good place to get your tires and oil change.chris is awesome!Plan to stay for a while the desk a pretty slow but prices a fair and they care about you unlike most other place who don’t need our business because of supply and demand around there, there are more customers than appointments, sera’s still cares.

Took a while but that was mostly due to a lack of workers that were available at my time of visitation. Good price and courteous staff.

Terrible customer service. Mechanics joking around with the cashiers while people wait in line. They told me they were going to lower my car and I would be ready to go. 20 minutes later someone came in and told me the person working on my car was out to lunch and they had no idea when he would be back. It’s clear why Sears is struggling. Went to Costco, exact opposite experience.

Horrible service checking in was such a bad experience this one young girl about 19 or 20 was talking on the phone while I was waiting in line and she has such an attitude teach her customer service then the mechanics were fooling with my car they would accelerate a lot and burn tire, very immature staff, never am i coming back

I live in Salibas California, I took my car on 4_21_2017 at 9:07 in the morning to change my wheels and I waited until 11:30 a.m. and they did not change them, half amber and I left for about 35 minutes and when I returned they were already on. That it was spilling me that in 2.35 minutes they did not put anything because it is looking at everything they were doing, I just left they put them. Hera to steal the wheels of my car they put others the same but very old and dirty.I will seek legal helpI do not recommend the Sears
