I went in and was told that my vehicle required more oil than the standard oil change so I purchased extra oil and they didnt even use it they charged me more why not just tell me that from the beginning. Oil change was fine though? And its a lower price than most places.

The intake process wasnt good. I had an appt to install new tires I purchased online and had delivered to this Walmart. I arrived on time, but there was no clear location to park my car or wait for intake. I had to chase staff around to get attention. The worst part was that the system didnt recognize my order. The tires I had ordered were sitting there. I had an email receipt. But it was as if my order had been cancelled. I spent over an hour on the phone to Walmart customer service but they could not solve the problem. I ended up leaving without tires and with only a promise that I would receive a refund. Walmarts online system for purchasing new tires is seriously flawed. I wasted an entire morning. That said, the assistant manager on duty was very helpful and apologetic and spend a lot of his own time on the phone with the Walmart customer service representative trying to work out a solution. Even with his help, and the help of supervisors on the other end of the line, it was impossible to correct the problem. If I needed tires that day, my only solution was to pay $98 per tire at the store for tires that I had paid $83 each for online. Minus a $25 promo coupon the service rep offered me. Unbelievable that they couldnt have simply honored the price I paid online, much less recognized that I had already paid for the tires any they were sitting there. Walmart will have to pay for the tires to be returned. What an inefficient, messed up system.

I had two popped tires and went to the Walmart Auto Center. The two gentlemen who helped me went above and beyond for me. Even though they themselves didn’t have the tires and rims I needed, they called almost every single tire shop in Salinas to find the tires I needed. They continued to check in while I was waiting for the tow truck to arrive. To those two gentlemen that helped me, thank you. I appreciate your help and your kindness.

Although it was a lengthy tire change I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in on a drop in for a flat tire on a Monday! They have great customer service and I will definitely be back there for tire service with an appointment of course!

3 times i showed up with appointment & no one was there or the person left early. Only once was a provided a call to reschedule. I went to americas tires instead! They matched walmart price & had me in and out with new tires & lifetime rotation package in less than an hour with no appointment!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! The experience was a nightmare from beginning, to finally the end, that seemed would never come. Was almost a weeks process from start to finish for a simple tire change. I could not get the tires sent to the location, and had them sent to my home. They pretty much refused to help me. Canceld my appointment, claimed afterwards that I didnt have an appointment the second time, and then over charged me $60. Claimed it was because I didnt have the tires sent to the store hahaha. Try calling them, or getting someone to help you at this location. Good luck! Youll see.

96% of the time this is how you will see the Walmart auto care center. No one is really ever over there. They will forget you have an appointment also or not Mark you in there calendar or computer system for your appointment.

I waited for 25 minutes in the lobby, then a guy came out, noticed me, and went back inside. After I left I saw him come out and do something on the computer. I was so angry but he walked through the back the moment he saw someone approaching him. I wish I could give less than 1 star!

I wish I could put zero stars. I have been to many Walmart auto centers with mediocre service but this was absolutely the worst. Not only did it take over 3 hours to replace a tire they didnt balance the tires and when we got an oil change they didnt clean the filter or change it so we ended duo having to go see a mechanic for the leak it caused. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible service. Staff has major attitude. Not helpful .. female (no lady manners), at front should be the first customer oriented friendly, inviting face of front . I let her know she had an attitude and walked away. Id pay a bit more money to feel comfortable knowing my car was attended to with a positive attitude confident with my my service. Walmart needs to step it up.

Worst service ever had in my life. Employees ignored all customers. Asked 4 different employees to get someone to help Took 45 minutes just to get someone get vehicle keys back. Employees didnt even notify when they were done on vehicles. When finally leaving saw all employees just standing outside talking with each other while 5 customers just waiting to be helped inside. I dont care how important and urgent it is DONT GO HERE. I always do road hazard to get my tires replaced on road trip if they go flat. Ive been to tons of walmarts on the west coast. I love the road hazard. Ive been in here for 3 hours and my tire still hasnt been worked on. And even getting them to do it in the first place was a hassle. Dont come here. SeriouslyUPDATE: it took 3.5 hours for them to put a new tire on my rim and no, they werent busy. after 2.5 hours i asked to check on it and they said itd be 15 more minutes. at 3 hours the mechanic comes out and says naam youre gonnna need a new tire and i said yes please ive been waiting forever! And he said it was put it the computer as a flat repair...youll need to pay for the tire nope i have road hazard i gave you guys the receipt and paper and told ypu i need a new tire. ok so 3.5 hours later and they finally ring me up. Alright maam thatll be $25. LOL NO ITLL $10 + tax you think im stupid?!?! They try to explain to me they balanced the tire and that costs an extra $12 and they cant just take it off. I said no, im not paying that. So..mthey took it off. omg

The worst service ever. When I dropped off my car there were 5 employees working in the service center and I was next in line. I returned after an hour and a half to see my car in the air with no tires on it. I sat in their waiting room for over 2 hours and for half that time there was not a single employee in the garage.Absolute worst service ever. The service associates were incompetent and unmotivated and I hope no one else makes the mistake of choosing Wally World to take care of their car too.

With that said...UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING IGNORED AND AVOIDED AS A CUSTOMER, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALMART.Tire and lube: it takes them 20 minutes to take my information and queue up my car for a basic oil change. I have bought tires from Walmart for all my vehicles and have paid for the lifetime tire and rotation (so naturally, I always request a tire rotation and balance with each oil change). Even if you show up 4 hours before their closing time, they will try to talk you out of the tire rotation, balance, or even the oil change itself. They can only handle one task at a time and each task is always estimated to take 2 hours, even if theres only 3 vehicles in their entire shop.Walmart itself: the staff arent afraid to show that they really hate you and their jobs, and would rather be somewhere else. I have come to this Walmart many times over a span of 6 years, and during each visit I have been blatantly ignored by an employee while requesting assistance. Some even roll their eyes at you for interrupting their chat with a fellow employee; conversations that never end if you linger around quietly, hoping theyll notice you. In fact, they DO notice you. They will even pause momentarily to make eye contact with you, as if out of spite. Its not that they dont realize you need their help, they simply dont care. Some will even walk away from you if they see you approaching from the end of an isle.On this particular day, I had the Walmart employees do all of the above mentioned. Then, it took us a half hour to find somebody willing to transact our merchandise and tell us how our car was coming along.This Walmart is 40 minutes away from my home. The Walmart Paso Robles is a full hour away from me. I am now going to drive to Paso Robles each time I need a Walmart just avoid this one. If I have no vehicular needs, I will simply go to Target from now on. Avoid this Walmart if you have any self respect.

This Wal-Mart must be oriented towards illegal immigrants and either the illegal immigrants drop things on the floor everywhere, or there arent enough workers to keep this Wal-Mart clean.In addition, the prices in this Wal-Mart are very high even compared to the Wal-Mart in San Jose.

I showed up to this place after calling and had the tire I needed reserved and when I showed up they said no they won’t work on my tire even though I didn’t bring my car I just brought the rim with the old tire they also continued to say that they didn’t understand why I even showed up in the first place needless to say rude behavior bad service will not go back
