Jacqueline Gonzalez [She deserves 10 stars, as do the mechanics] did an awesome job getting everything set up so they could get the parts needed and to have your amazing mechanics replace my battery as well as to install new wiring on my 2014 Chevy Impala Limited. Only issue I had was the steep price, however it was worth it to get the best mechanics and service with a guarantee.

I ended up with a rodent problem and 20-30 wires needed addressing. The dealership was quick to work on my truck, informative along the way and the tech did an excellent job repairing the wires. I myself am in the Maint field and when I saw the pics I was thinking we would have to replace wiring harnesses but the tech was able to cut and splice and repair saving me thousands of dollars and getting me my truck back asap thank you for your excellent work much appreciated !!My only complaint is 185$ Per hr is expensive for the average person but with My Chevy you deff get what you pay for in quality and professionalism.Thank you again!!

Honestly so glad I took my car here. My Cruze suddenly started shaking and went out on me just getting into Salinas and thankfully I was able to get it towed to My Chevrolet and was told it wouldn’t be able to get seen for a few days. Totally understandable when it basically just went down with no warning. Got a call yesterday with what needed to get done and had my car back not even a week later.Can’t thank you guys enough for keeping me up to date and having amazing service. All the employees I talked to were so friendly.

I did not have an appointment to get my 2021 TrailBoss serviced. I spoke with Eddie and he explained to me about the process of drop off. He told me that it would be put in line to get serviced, but later in the day. I was fine with that because I was at work and planned on picking it up afterwards. He called me at around 12:30 pm and told me that it was done. He listed what services were performed. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and looked great!

I appreciate that they honored the recall notification on my truck and replaced the passenger air bag. They also washed my truck as a courtesy which is nice. However, I am not likely to ever seek out services from Chevy because they are HIGHLY and grossly overpriced (much like ALL dealerships). When I asked for an estimate on replacing the broken exterior door handle (which is plastic) I was told that just to LOOK at the truck and diagnose would be $175. I dont need to pay that much to KNOW THAT THE DOOR HANDLE IS BROKEN and the pin is loose! Then she said that it would cost $289 to replace it. No way. I went elsewhere and it was a quick fix at half the cost and there was no initial diagnostic fee as the body shop could CLEARLY see what the issue was.

Gary was excellent at helping me go through all my wants vs needs to come up with the perfect truck for my situation. After driving it for a week I feel he pointed me in the right direction and helped me make the right choice. I also appreciate that when it came time to go through the financing paperwork and document signing I was told what my options were and wasnt under pressure to buy additional coverage that would put me over my budget. Now I wish I had purchased a truck much sooner.

Be careful. I saw a truck advertised on their My Chevrolets website. Liked it and filled out a credit ap. But when Internet Sales Manager Andy e-mailed me, the price had risen over $1300. I wrote back, included a screen shot of the vehicle at the original price, but received no response. It seems they do not honor their advertised price. What is bad, is they did it after I filled out a credit ap. I would be very cautious of this business.

Had oil change and full maintenance check also was told there where few service recalls. This was on Saturday 11/27 in morning 10am got call around 3pm about the recalls needed more time to service. Agreed also ask if they can replace brake release cable was told the had order cable wont be in till Monday so the kept my vehicle till Monday. Come Monday called around 3pm to check status of repairs said had to order parts for recall. Come Tuesday was told part came in wrong had re order. Come Wednesday was called saying my vehicle didnt need recall repairs and my vehicle was done. On picking up my vehicle very frustrated with no vehicle for 5days with 2kids and only thing done was oil change noticed parking brake release cable was never done horrible experience really disappointing. Understanding no ones perfect we all make mistakes little miscommunication but recognizing a great staff and the manager Jim noticed an unhappy customer offered to replace parking brake cable at no cost for my inconvenience. My Chevrolet giving the opportunity will do there best to keep there customers satisfied not all the time customers will be happy but the effort is what should count. Appreciate the time and effort thank you.

I was so disappointed with my service this time around. I made an appointment for 7:45am for my car to get an oil change and routine maintenance. The drop off was very smoothly. I did hear another gentleman walk in that he did not have an appointment get told that it was going to take a while for his car to get service since he didnt have an appointment first. The gentleman said he was coming from Gilroy, and the Chevy rep said, Ill see what I can do.I called at 12pm that I was on my way to pick up the car, when I was confirmed that my car was still getting serviced. It made me angry because my APPOINTMENT was not honored. I have three children that I need to transport and my time without a vehicle was not take into consideration. Granted, they never asked me if I needed the car by a certain time. I was instead made aware that, only the customers that stay and wait, they do those vehicles first. I am extremely disappointed with the whole process.

I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Got to dealership about 30 mins after and my vehicle was not ready yet. I waited about 20 mins and went to ask them what was happening. They went and got my truck after another 5 mins. Lastly, I got a free car wash but left all truck dirty from outside. Next time if that is how they will wash truck its better if they let us know or dont ask at all.

On March 12, 2021, I brought my truck to MyChevrolet for an advertised 4WD Service Transfer Case and Both Differential Services. (See uploaded image of dealership coupon.)The coupon indicated the service included the replacement of worn-out (axel) lubricant, the cleaning of bearings and gears, and the removal of accumulated contaminants. To do this, a mechanic needs to remove the differential housing cover and allow the old lubricant to drain out. When I spoke with the service advisor about this, he claimed I would need to pay for the gaskets if I wanted the differentials drained in this manner. I thought this should have been included in the coupon, but I agreed, since he said theyd only cost $20. (I should have been more suspicious at this point.)When I returned hours later to pick up the vehicle, I decided to crawl under the vehicle and inspect the rear differential housing. I expected to see traces of all bolts being removed and the cover being wiped down. That would have assured me that the mechanic did what was promised. However, I quickly realized that none of the housing bolts had been removed. (See uploaded image showing a close-up of the housing.)When I walked into the service department, they quickly acknowledged me and were ready to process me and send me to the cashier. I asked to speak with the service advisor outside, as I did not want to embarrass him. He quickly realized that I knew they had not performed all of what was indicated on the service coupon and agreed to make it right, so I had to leave the vehicle at the dealership overnight and return the next day. When I returned the next day, I inspected the housing cover. It appeared to have been removed for the service which was good.I normally give people the benefit of the doubt and do not make such a big deal out of mistakes, but this was not a mistake. Had I not been inclined to inspect their work, I would have paid $300 for a ($100) transfer case drain-and-fill and a top-off of my two differentials. This would clearly not have been worth $300.I emailed the service manager (Jim C.) on March 14th and asked that he explain what the service coupon should have included. After three days, I have not heard back.I will not likely return to MyChevrolet.

Ive given you 5 star reviews in the past. And Im sure I will again in the future. But I do have an issue that Id like to address. Your service/workmanship is excellent. and your service reps are courteous and helpful. But while your shuttle drivers are certainly courteous and polite. There seems to be an issue with your shuttle coverage right around lunch time. I ended up having to call a cab since the shuttle driver wasnt answering the phone for approximately 1/2 hour. I do not fault the driver for this. We are all entitled to our well earned breaks and lunches. Instead I would think that scheduling sufficient coverage for the entire day would fall under managements responsibility. Therefore I would respectfully encourage management to do whatever possible to ensure sufficient shuttle coverage for the entire day if at all possible. Thanks for you time and thanks again for the otherwise flawless service.

I own a 2016 Chevy Colorado diesel truck. I took it to them to do a recall that time the check engine light is ON. That time i told them to just do the recall and reset the check engine light because it might just be the recall that is causing the issue, so they did. I took it home but after 2 drive form salinas to gilroy the check engine light came ON again. Took it back to the dealership and they run diagnostic and said it was the NOX sensor that needs to be replace, so we did for $564. I took it home and again after the 2nd drive this time coming from seaside the check engine light came back again. Took it back to them they run diagnostic and they are saying there is another problem and to fix it, it will cost another $465. What kind of service are they running over there? They are just finding reason to charge more money but the problem keeps coming back..

I took in my 2015 Colorado for a fuel injection service and a transmission service which was supposed to include changing of the transmission filter. I got my truck back a couple minutes before closing. When I got home, I took a look under the truck and noticed that the transmission pan gasket was filthy. The gasket was never changed, so how the heck did the mechanic change the transmission filter without removing the transmission pan???

Honestly, the experience we had here was probably the best we will ever get at a car dealership. The salesman, Angel, was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was super laid back, and overall fun to test drive with. He made sure that we were completely satisfied before we even started to talk about buying a car.Once the buying time came around, the gentlemen who helped us, Jessi, went literally above and beyond to try to make it possible to purchase a car. My new Chevy Equinox that I bought in September 2018 broke down on a Sunday one week ago. I got it towed to Chevrolet Salinas and called a Uber to get back home. Today I went to get it, nobody could come get me, so I call a Uber once again, which costed me a total of $70.00. I was shocked that the car was not even cleaned up, and the oil was not checked up since it was time to change it. I have been a GM customer for more that 20 years and I am very disapointed by their service. I was expecting a sort of compensation for the inconvenience, nothing!

I called to get a quote for service on my car. The lady who answered was very nice and transferred me to the service department. I wish that the quality of professionalism carried over. A young man answered and immediately seemed distracted and not very professional. It seemed as though my questions were a burden to him. He told me that coming in would be better, so that’s what I did. I went in the same day and spoke to the same man that I was on the phone with. I believe his name was Richard (last name was Hispanic, maybe Sandavol.... Sanchez? Definitely started with “SAN”). The whole interaction left me with a bad feeling about leaving my car there. The best word to describe it is, unprofessional. Richard spent about 99% of this time texting, giggling after texts, and even took a PERSONAL phone call!!! He was very rude and spoke in a condescending tone. I am in awe of the lack of respect and professionalism in this place. I ended up taking my car elsewhere. I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in the hands of a place that employs such poor quaility employees. I have heard many horror stories on the lack of professionalism and quality of employees in the service department. Many of whom spoke of a young guy always on his phone. I think it’s safe to say that I had an encounter with the same person I have been warned about. BUT, I like to develop my own opinions based off my experiences. Unfortunately, this time I wish I had just listed instead of wasting my time.
