Martin gave me the keys to a new start not just a car. I was amazed at how kind and understanding this man is. I cant even begin to describe how awesome my experience has been buying from Prunedale Motors. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive never gotten anything that I needed to be financed for so it was a bit scary, untill we sat down. Martin went over everything clearly and the next day I picked up my car. Great selection of vehicles here. The staff is laid back and honest. The parking lot may be packed, but its well worth the hassle if you are looking for a reliable car. Bought my 4runner a little over a year ago and it runs great with very little issues- at 245,000 miles now.UPDATE: Still have the 4runner and have purchased another vehicle from them. At 275,000 miles on my 4runner and im so glad i got it here!12/26/19 update! Both vehicles STILL run with just basic maintenance. 4Runner pushing 306k o.O

My gf and I bought a car from Prunedale Motors in Jan 2015. They are a family owned operation and I dealt with a couple of the sons of the owner. They were all cool dudes and made the whole process really simple. They arent the pushy salesman who constantly bug you and follow you around. Since then weve referred a few family members who have also purchased from them. We have since bought a 2nd car from them.

Back in May I got a Honda with them my experience was nothing but professional. I had some car issues but they took care of me, gave me a loaner car. November my car was totaled. I called them to let them know what had happened. First thing that came out of Martins mouth are you ok, do you have something to drive? If you need any help just call What other dealership will treat their customers this way? None! Saturday I was there to get my new car and was treated very good they went above and beyond to help me get into a new car. I recommend them!

Bad experience, they sold me a bad car (transmission bad), gave them many chances to fix, no success. They try to give me a better car playing the Im loosing money game, car was same or worse (bad catalyst converter). Always take a car you are buying to have it inspected. Otherwise youll en up with a lemon.

Just looking after hours

If youre a woman looking for a car, make sure to take a man with you......otherwise your invisible. I went ready to purchase a car and took my male roommate and my friends little sister. All 3 of us standing side by side and the salesman introduced himself to my roommate, only spoke to my roommate every time we went by, and thanked my roommate for coming. Also, most cars filled with trash inside.

Very rude and nasty. One of the workers I had called and he hung up and put me on hold twice. Kept telling me to shut up.Pls as an experience dont waste your money here. Its been almost 5 months and my car is still registered to another state! I paid full warranty for a month of service and its been 3months and they still havent serviced my car. Suposably they ordered a part from china we kept goin and askin and all they would say is next 2 weeks and said they would call us when they had da part another month passed and still nothing therefore I called today to see whats gunna happen and this what happend the guy!who answered gaved me attitude as I talked calmly he even told me to go to the dealer to be rude to him there like really ? Soo unprofessional the owners are not there just cuz there not there dont mean you have to be a jackass!
