I love Bath & Body Works. They didnt have the perfume I was looking for . Thats why in only gave it a 4 star review.

Good products. The people were right there and willing to help. The only thing that sorta bugged me was that me and my husband felt pressured to buy things when we were just looking. Other then that it was great service.

The staff was very helpful at helping suggest and sell products. The store was very clean.

It has a great selection of sweet smells of lotions, hand sanitizers, body soaps, bath bombs, oil plug-ins, candles, dry spray shampoo, and much more for a beautiful and pleasant feeling for many customers.

As always it was a pleasant experience visiting B&BW. The staff was friendly and handed me a paper shopping bag I could use to shop through the store. An employee even helped us by spraying the tester cards (keeps the spread of germs down).They even offered free gift wrapping for my items!

They had room spray on sale! I was able to do all of my Easter Shipping. The Sales Associates where very helpful and nice.They offer you Hand Sanatizer as soon as you walk in.

The employees are so relentless in attempting to sell that I left within five minutes to avoid asking them to leave me alone. Its just not shoppable. And I have a gift card. The team must be getting a ton of pressure to sell because I literally gave every off vibe I could, including straight up walking away, and that is literally the worst to sell to when youre an employee (look, Ive worked retail.) Ill just hang onto my gift card until I can get to another store or they switch managers. Whichever comes first.

It was nice but I felt like one of the employees kind of guarded the door as if I was gonna steal something. I paid for my stuff and the lady at the front cash register was very nice though but the other lady kept staring at me with the corner of her eye..

The employees were very helpful in finding the type of product I was after. They also had a good variety of scents available in the products I was looking at.

Went in to smell some scents, usually buy online. They pounce on you when you walk in, said I was just looking and smelling, insisted on following me around, didnt stay long.

The Gateway store is the worst now! They didnt have anything good body sprays for the semi annual sale! The employees are so lazy and not very nice! I recommend going to the Fashion Place Mall in Murray, South Towne Mall in Sandy, Valley Fair Mall in West Valley, etc where youre going to be treated better and the employees actually do an amazing job! I wont be going back to the Gateway location! It would be nice if they could open one up at City Creek because its downtown Salt Lake City, is much closer for people and would get a lot of business just saying!

Place is clean and tidy. Only thing I didnt like was that not all tables or sections where they have a sale are put up. You do have to ask employees if certain tables are full price or the sale they have going on. It is kind of annoying but overall the ladies are nice

Love the products here. Great for personal use or as gifts. Good selections of soaps, lotions and candles. This is also the place to get you car or home freshener. The sales cannot be missed so watch for their awesome deals to stock up. This is a convenient location at the Gateway. There is close parking out front but you will be lucky to get one of those spots. You usually have to park in the garage.

The music is SO LOUD!!! You cant hear the employees, let alone the customers. Clean store, but that music needs to be turned down!

Horrible Customer Service. Dont plan to ever go back.

The one employee I interacted with was exceptional, she went out of her way to pleasantly see that I got everything I was looking for and showed me a coupon I hadnt seen in my email. She greeted us from the counter and showed us to look around without bombarding us with questions or getting into my space, something I sincerely appreciate as many stores are overbearing with their getting policies. I was very pleased to be left alone until I asked for help, and when I did she was pleasant and personable. It was probably my best experience in Bath & Body Works.

Purchases some Wonderful items and didnt realize until later I left my wallet. Went back and they had it . Very very relieved, happy and think this store is the best!!! Thank you

Typical Bath & Body Works location. They have body sprays, lotions, showers gels, hand soaps, candles and other related accessories. This is a busier location during the holidays and when they have sales because it is the only downtown location. The staff was VERY helpful, the young woman who helped me this evening put all my giftcard receipts in the holders with the cards and even wrote the amounts down for me. She was very helpful as soon as I walked into the store. I would recommend this location.

I want to thank Micaela so much for all of her help on my visit. She had so much information on all of my questions, and I had quite a few. She also had a tip so my nose wouldnt become overwhelmed. She had lots of tips. Brought me a bag. Told me the best times to come for certain flavors. Im use to people doing their own thing at stores so this was a wonderful surprise. Feeling involved and being helped goes so far with me. Plus a huge smile on her face helped me stay smiling too. Thank you Micaela!

I love this chain. I get all my lotions and candles here. Even though you always walk out with a bill close to $100+ its well worth it for the amazing stuff that lasts me so long and smells amazing every time.

Didnt visit there but it said i did. So I dint want to give it a zero like i wanted to because i didnt go but Ill rate it twice. Once for now and re rate it again once I go in there

Micalea is a pretty persistent sales woman which might be great for the store, but almost made me walk out. Would also recommend some coffee beans, everything started smelling the same after a few minutes
