I was told I could use my old device. That was not true. I have been given a phone that they couldnt sell me a case or screen protector for. Kinda disappointed. Only $25 service for monthly unlimited data talk and text. Thats cool.

The two main managers were very helpful. They were very patient and spent a lot of time trying to switch me over to an old phone of mine. In the end they werent able to because the antenna was damaged, but I appreciated all the time they took, trying everything they could think of. I went back after purchasing a new phone and they very quickly got it connected.

The female manager is a crook indeed!I got a free phone with a new line. Asked for a case then decided that I dont want it(it was over $20 )She charged me for a screen protector anyway and said it was free. I check the receipt later and saw the charge; I paid for it.

Its ok didnt have any new phones that I was looking for it was the same for the last the few months now its a transfer fee of $20 hello. show newer up grades not old. Not how much money can you spend and month later that same phone is a lower price

Worst customer service ever. Went in to get a phone unlocked that was previously on there service and since not a customer or pervious customer they COULD NOT do it. Told them when we walked in what the rep the night before said needed to be done. But instead of listening to us they went about calling their manager who obviously didnt help at all, cause she was trying every thing that HAD been done before and said sorry since your not a customer nor have a phone number with metro cant do anything. Asked for their managers name and district managers name and was told CANT DO THAT. Seriously what, when your asked for that information you give it. I dont give a crap what you cant do. This store and the employees are not even one anyone should use or walk into.You cant even call their customer service as you get hung up on. Come one METRO pull your heads out of your ass and be a respectable company which you are not. Will NEVER EVER use them. And will tell all that I know not to use this so called good company.

I wish there was a no starts rating. they try getting me to pay for a higher plan than I needed would not take what I was looking for in account and didnt understand what I was saying. DONT SHOP HERE, I recommend the one on state st and like 1435s way more reasonable. If you want metro.

The female manager there is a crook! she tells people they have to buy a phone case or screen protector when they get a free phone with new service. but, I have verified with corporate that you do not have to buy a phone case or screen protector when activating service. I dont have this service but Ive taken several of my friends there and watched this happened time and time again. That is until today when I finally called her out about it. she did not deny it. I should mention I was in there because a friend of mine paid cash and then was charged again on his account so we were going to get cash back that I can only assume she pocketed but Im not sure. when we called customer service she quickly pulled the money out of the cash register and gave it to us with no paperwork.

The workers are great but got sold a peace of crap phone that was supposed to be brand new paid full price and I have to charge my phone 4 times a day and never get service. I have had it for 2 days. They wont give me a new phone cause it was an upgraded account even know they sold me a messed phone and it has only been two days. And it was only supposed to be 85 and then they kept adding bunch of charges. OH YEAH AND BY THE WAY METRO PCS TREATS THERE NEW CUSTOMERS WITH MORE RESPECT THEN THERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

We got to the store at 715 PM, with it closing at 8 PM. We approached the doors which were locked with a note that said be back in 15 minutes. There was a woman with her two kids sitting outside saying they had been waiting for 20 minutes already. As I am making this post, the time is now 740 PM. We are all still sitting here. There is a guy sitting outside of the next suite over; his brother is the employee at Metro and will be back in 5 minutes. This is horrible customer service. Since when do reps just leave a business unattended and leave a note saying be back in 15? We are here for my brother in law to get service on his phone and contemplated getting service on ours. I can assure you my fiancee will not pay them a dime. This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of whoever left this note. No Stars for you Metro PCS!

I was calling 611 since fri.sat.sun. and monWas on phone 6hr.never was fixed. I stopped at the metro store in Salt lake city ut 84105 700 E. 2100South. The young man had my phone fixed by only resetting 1 button. I will never use another one of your stores. This young man is very courteous very efficient and he is an asset to your company. In some of your other stores the people there are rude and give your company a Bad Name!

Metro by T-Mobile is hroable ! Nothing like metro PC do not bother coming back ! What a nightmare ! It is like dealing with T-Moblie. Boost Mobile is much better overall service better pricing. Better slowed down internet only 2 months with metro by t- Mobile and Ill never use them again ! Not even going to bother to use the last 23 days because it has been so distasteful ! I walked in to this store because I lost. My pin and walked in to take care of my. Account because the app did not work ! And customer service can not help with out a pinThe employees. Refused to recognize my vaild state ID. Demanded the pin no help other wiseSo plan on this kinda. Treatment ! I called customer service also because the app will not load .. they said it was because I did not have high speed they topped it off still did not load it did not load on wifi also ; So I never paid my bill tried to call customer service you cant. you did not pay your bill I strongly recommend against using PC metro by T-Mobile what a fricken nightmare !

Check on Google to see which MetroPCS places were open arrived at this location at 7:39 and door was locked even though they close at 8 p.m. quite disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of consideration of peoples time since I drove 15 minutes to get to this location and they have their door locked before hours of closing

Terrible customer service. Wont help you issues or replacements. The employees dont know anything and would rather lie about replacing your phone under warranty than actually doing so. Again, no customer service, better off going somewhere to pay 5$ more.

I was misled about a promotion and when I complained they pretty much just asked me to leave the store . Ive been a customer for probably 7 years and the employees need to have a little more customer service empathy towards someone that they misled

I went in here to get a new cell phone carrier and was disappointed in everything. There was no customer service here even there was a lady working behind the counter. She asked me if I needed help then told me to wait for a guy in the back to come out because there are other people here. She then picks up her phone and starts playing with it. I think that if you are going to refuse service to a future customer; at least help someone else there. I finally ended up leaving keeping the current service that I have now. I would rather pay $5 more per month and have customer service then have to deal with them in the future.

POOR ATTENTION in the store.More than 45 minutes waiting and the lady does not help to carry out any process. The store is full and does not give any response to the people who are arriving.THAT LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, BAD ATTENTION!
