Horrible uniform service!! uniforms come back looking like something pulled out of a duffel bag. Management keeps promising better service but havent seen it yet. Quality assurance is sub par at best!

Very professional services, I was able to have a tour of the facility.

Cintas has been dishonest and rude to my restaurant throughout our entire time working with them.Blatant misrepresentation of pricing and and the worst customer service departments I’ve ever seen are just two reasons why I’ll never have service from Cintas again. Customer service agents contradict each other and management, which has led to very large headaches for our small restaurant.There are many more friendly and honest competitors out there for uniform and laundry. I would choose literally any one of them over Cintas.

I have reached out to Corporate about the LACK of Service this company has provided. Forgetting to order logo mats, being invoiced for products not delivered on multiple occasions, and rude delivery driver. I have tried to communicate with management as well as the local sales rep to get anything accomplished with NO SUCCESS. They do not provide ANY customer service and I DO NOT recommend! If I could give a negative star I would. Terrible terrible service! I have also terminated business with another Cintas location in another state for the EXACT SAME thing!

Cintas is definitely one of the worst vendors we’ve ever worked with. Our contract is up soon and we can’t wait to cut our losses. Please do not sign a contract with them if you want to work with a Company that values its employees and its customers. Their customer service and follow through is horrible. It is also very difficult to see how overworked and unappreciated their employees are. If You get stuck in a contract with them you will not be able to get out and it will be a very painful experience.

Was laid off and charged for excessive wear on coveralls. There were small holes in them. They were 2-3 years old and they say they need to be 4 or more years old. There weekly service sucked. They did change any wet or dry mops or take dirty rags. If you send in for repairs they either dont do it or keep them for weeks.

Terrible service. During winter one of my jackets ripped around the collar area sent it into repair and never got it back. Since the beginning of summer Ive exchanged my pants for shorts and it took them 4 weeks to get me only 1 pair of shorts told the clown that delivers to us and said he put them somewhere in the lockers, which first of all I have my own locker and this clown just throws uniforms everywhere. Told him to get me more shorts 2 weeks ago and Im still only with one pair of shorts and in this heat. Maybe its not the company or maybe its just the clown that delivers to us but Im very unhappy.

Weve been a loyal G&K customer since the 90s. During the last 3 years their service has gone downhill in a big way and the prices have gone up tremendously. We were verbally told we were locked into a 3 year contract. We failed to read the fine print on the back. A 7 year contract is what is printed. We have been told that our prices would be lowered signficantly if we signed a new contract. This has been going on for the last year.What would YOU think if you were in our shoes? Hence the 2-star rating.

Im hopping its just incompetence, but after leaving a one star review of g&k services I am down to one shirt and 3 pairs of pants for a week. A week is 5 work days at my job. I wish I had a job where I worked one day fully clothed and 2 days where I could get a nice upper body tan.

TRIED TO CONTACT TO ASKED SOME QUESTIONS AND LEFT A NUMBER TWICE BUT NO ONE RETURNS THEIR CALLS. THOSE THAT ANSWER THE CALLS DIDNT SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE WHO TO REFER ME TO. SAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHEN WE ATTEMPTED TO CANCEL SERVICE DUE TO THE MANY PROBLEMS WE HAD, THEIR DRIVERS HAD TO BE REPORTED TO POLICE DUE TO UNETHICAL AND ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR AT OUR LOCATION.

Cintas, formerly G&K Services, provides fantastic service with exceptional people. I stay with Cintas primarily because of my representative, Kendall. Hes become a friend and someone I trust to take care of my employees and my business needs.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Be warned!! Stay away from this company.
