My experience was devastating! I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my granddaughter’s birthday. The shipment was not delivered due to someone not putting it in accurately on the label! No boots! Sad situation! UPS sent them back to the company!I contacted the company and I am waiting to hear if they have received the package and will be sending it back to me!I am not a happy customer!

Ordered my product on June 25th. Got an order confirmation email. There was no estimated delivery date. No tracking number. It has been 11 days. Still have not received my product. So when you send me an email asking for a review, what else can I say? I am not happy.

So far, awfulI ordered an item for express delivery.The item never came.I have spent an enormous amount of time writing to customer service only to be told they can’t/won’t help me or that the boss isn’t there.I spent a lot of money and have no camisole, only aggravation.I want to cry.On top of that, if the item ever does arrive I will now need to have it sent to Europe as I don’t live in the US and I am no longer at my friends house.I would give zero stars if I could.

I totally disagree with the other review. Ive ordered from Style Haven numerous times, and have never had a problem. The quality of the goods are excellent and represented in the photos and description accurately. Ive never had to send any item back, perhaps because I know the products and realize some sizes are Euro, Asian, and US. My favorite are the shoes---Ive purchased heels, boots, and and sandals from Style Haven and they are the BEST quality Ive ever found! Using Style Haven allows me to buy designer goods w/o the designer price.My only reservation in posting my five star review is that others will find Style Haven and Ill have to share all the best buys.

Im going to be honest here. I ordered a steal on a pillow, but it turned out to be the wrong one. A few days of miscommunication, but finally got my money back, and they told me to keep the pillow (wrong pillow), and refunded my money entirely due to the miscommunication and listing error. They said this was an extenuating circumstance, and that is usually doesnt happen, both in the listing and with refunds, so Im fortunate that Braxton was there to sort it out and help me with my issues. Wonderful guy, especially since I gave him an earful when we first got on the phone, and he was nothing but pleasant. Thanks again for all your help!
