I dont think Ive ever had an experience this bad with a pharmacy before. Never been here before, and had to pick up a new prescription for an eye infection. Had to hunt someone down to help me, then they shooed me away and told me it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. After about 10 minutes I go hunt someone down again to ask about the status of my prescription. The lady was seemingly in a huff ringing me up. She didnt go over the prescription, didnt ask for my insurance... And I didnt notice much at the time because I was pretty sick otherwise. So I paid full price even though I have insurance, and had I figure out how to use the medication on my own from the instructions that I could barely read (because my eye is infected). The staff there act like theyd rather be anywhere but there, and they take that out on the sick people coming in for medications. Shameful.

Worst experience of my life. I went in for a refill on my prescription, they end up giving me the WRONG prescription and on top of that I had to pay for it even though I had insurance. I picked it up in the drive thru swung back around once I realized it was the wrong prescription. They did not want to give me a refund nor did they apologize for giving me the wrong prescription. I will never be coming back here again for my prescriptions. How do they give you a wrong prescription at a pharmacy? That could have been really bad on my health if I trusted them and didn’t realize it was the wrong prescription. Very poor customer service from the pharmacist (David) working that day.

Love this CVS. I have been going here for the past year. The management are saints for dealing with some of the rude people that come in there. I have seen the manager Jennifer deal with some crazy people and she holds her composure. Her and her assistant Alex are dolls and the rest of the staff are always friendly. They are always so up beat and playful. Must be a great place to work. Its definitely a great place to shop! Kyle and Judy in pharmacy are always so kind too. Im glad you brought Kyle the pharmacist in, the last lady was not great. Thanks for all you do CVS!

Night staff (Alexandria) was nice at first, greeting me as I entered the store, but became extremely rude as I took some time collecting my items. She stated something over the intercom to the effect of security check cameras and then something like West Valley Police on the way when I was the only customer in the store. I just continued shopping because I know that I didnt steal anything. I think she just wanted to close early since she kept giving a countdown over the speaker how many minutes until closing. I never write reviews, but I really did not appreciate being treated like I was doing something wrong when I needed to make a late night run to the store. Im sorry you hate your job and your customers so much! I wont be returning to this location.

The pharmacy staff are incapable of answer a simple question, they always relay on the system, the manager not scheduling the right amount of people, etc. And when you try to complain they just dont let you, they are so unprofessional that disclosed information they are not supposed to, listen, my doctor call to place a refill for my med and she was told that they wouldnt be taking the prescription because one of the time y went I was rude to the employees, that time I wasnt rude I couldnt understand why after a week my prescription wasnt filled, y went 3 times that week, finally the employee said that I didnt provide him with the prescription note, that I showed to him but that was it. I had to call the doctor and ask them to send the prescription over. I went 3 more time after this episode and everything was ok, I believe the manager, the chubby lady with short hair that always eating something.

Alexandria, the heavyset lady at night is extremely rude. Went in to get a few things with half hour left and she said the store is closing in 30 min, then she said for security to scan aisles, then something about the west valley police on the phone. And with 20 min left til close said it would be closing in 10. I get why she hates life and working there but dont take it out on the rest of us. Changing takes effort alexandria and if you are that miserable start with small things and work your weigh up .

Im extremely upset and frustrated. I have called this pharmacy about 5-6 times regarding my prescription and have been waiting since yesterday to pick it up. Every time I call they say its going to be an hour.... I literally called FIVE hours ago and they said an hour, just called again and it will be another hour and a half. When I told them it was ridiculous they truly did not care whatsoever, just said theyve been busy. I have NEVER had this issue with any pharmacy. These are peoples medications youre working on here. How can you not care at all?

Only the pharmacists know what day it is at this location. Use any other CVS

They provide good customer service. They screen their customers (meaning they perform security/camera checks) and that is to be expected at a place that has so many different products to offer at unreasonable prices.

Very clean environment and helpful and friendly service but do not use the pharmacy or use the CVS app because it gives false information and very un useful friendly app for pharmaceutical updates and information

I wish I knew the Pharmacists name. He and the only other lady there last night (Oct 29, 2018) was very helpful. The other CVS store closer to my home didnt have all the prescription I needed and called and sent me to this one. Very nice and professional and fast and even got me a discount without me even asking. The pharmacist was from India and was the best! If I find his name Ill update this post. Great customer service deserves to be recognized. Thank you again CVS redwood road!

The pharmacist Judy is the best thing this store could honestly have done. She is always so friendly, and has the best attitude. She makes picking up my prescriptions a highlight of my day, instead of an errand. Thank you!

Extremely poor pharmacy communication almost life threatening experience with this store during there power outage. Even corporate was no help at all!!!!

They close 15 mins early of there posted time.Couple of customers were waiting outside.

Judy and Faz are the best!!!!! They always have the answers to all my questions whether it is prescription medication or over the counter. I highly recommend you go there for all your pharmacy needs

I would definitely not recommend this particular pharmacy! Customer service is extremely poor!The Afro-American cashier possessed poor knowledge on the products as well as rewards cards as did not notify me that the sells in pharmacy were only for reward card members and he did nothing to solve the issue so I paid too times more.

The pharmacist, Judy was a saint! Extremely patient and helpful in every way possible. Her exceptional customer service put me at ease while I waited for my prescription.

The management is super rude and they glare at customers as people enter the store. The pharmacy staff are probably the only professional workers in that store. The vibes in that whole store are very unfriendly.

I went over and spend almost $ 60 in ointments etc, cause my daughter got a cut. . I told the guy I had forgot my rewards card . He told me there was nothing on sale, I went over just to check back to see if anything was on sale they had the buy one get something value 3.99 free ( dont remember the item) the lady in charge of register call in the intercom ( security, check the cameras) I was the only one in the aisles. Then as I walked out I kind of open my bag and told the lady. I didnt steal anything ok. The lady still said over the intercom west valley police to register., she was stupid . I dont dress like a gangster or anything like that. If I looked high is because I have to wake up at 3 to 4 am every day for work. Ridiculous lady !!!!

Waited at the drive through over 5 minutes and no one ever even came up to the window. What a waste of time and I didn’t even get my prescription. I’ll be sending it to Walgreens next time.

New management is extremely rude. Jamie is a saint, but if you want to be treated better theres a Walgreens up the street.....

Not customer friendly

We walked into the store at 8:50 to get cough syrup. We were told the store was closed over the intercom before we even got to the back of the store. I picked up a box of cough syrup and were told over the intercom that the tills were closed.We then had to wait for someone to open the doors because they had already locked them locking us in. We left the store at 8:54 without buying anything. Well before the posted closing time.

Morning staff is very rude, unprofessional Jennifer has no customer service skills at all. Jennifer helped me kept throwing things around, looked very miserable. Don’t bother going to this store. CVS need to re-evaluate who they hire.

Ive been on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to the pharmacy, that is unacceptable what poor customer service! You lost me as a customer.
