I recently got into lush. Yea its expensive but I personally buy a few products as a treat your self thing not day to day use. This store is very nice! Iv been in bigger lush stores and they had empty shelves. At least this one has a mass amount of product! I personally love the shower bombs and perfumes. I told the employee it was my birthday and she gave me one of my shower bombs for free. I went to the BNB and treated my self to a mini birthday spa. Thank you for being awesome im sorry I didnt catch your name!

The staff is super friendly and warm. They go out of their way to make you feel special. I love their products and how they are all hand made and high quality. Go during the week before 4 PM because after 5 PM and on the weekends, it is crazy busy!

I had never been into a Lush or bought any online. Walking by, I caught a whiff of beautiful smells and did a 180. A very energetic team greeted me and shared all of the glories of Lush with me - gloriously smooth bubbles from their bubble bars, the wonder and majesty of their bath bombs, and offered samples of all of their other personal goods. I walked away with a massage oil bar, shower bombs, and a sample of their shower scrub. Ill be returning soon to purchase a full size of the scrub, and try to justify the treat of a bath bomb. The package-free (or minimal) nature is a huge plus, and their products are just downright impressive. Ill be coming back. :)

This was my first time being inside Lush since the beginning of the COVID-19 and I was really impressed with the precautions they were taking! They limited the amount of people in store for adequate social distancing and required you either use hand sanitizer or washed your hands using one of their sample soaps before you touched anything. I went during the middle of the day on a Wednesday, so it was only me in the store for a while. There were two women working while I was there (I dont remember their names, but whoever was working around 3:00 on March 3rd) and they were absolutely wonderful! One helped me choose between their shampoo and conditioner bars and the other helped me choose between bath bombs! They both knew all their products extremely well and knew how to cater to my wants and needs.The store was clean and organized, each product having a sign nearby that gave directions and the ingredients, which I imagine is very important information for people with allergies. Despite having so many scented products, the smell of their store is not overwhelming. Its actually quite nice! I wouldnt mind spending the whole day surrounded by that smell, honestly! As for their actual products, I was quite impressed to hear that all of their products with glitter are biodegradable! As someone who is really conscious of my plastic usage, I was very happy to hear this. Plus all of the bags used for my products were paper! I cant wait to try out my new Lush products and hope to be back very soon!

Walked into this location and was greeted right away. While I was eyeing some bath bombs a team member almost immediately offered to do a Demo for me! My lush back home almost never demos bath bombs unless one falls and breaks, so I was hype when she just tossed the whole thing in there. Overall everyone was super nice and knowledgable! Made for a great visit!!

The people here are literally the sweetest. My husband and I went in to get some birthday goodies and there was someone there to help us find everything we wanted. They even gave us a free treat with a sweet note to say happy birthday. Thank you so much Lush, we are customers for life.

Incredible store! I dont get to go very often because its a bit of a drive, but I love to stop in whenever I happen to be in the area. Was just there this evening and had a wonderful time as always. The entire store smells wonderful, the assortment of products is fun to browse, and the associates are always pleasant and friendly.My friend and I were helped by Audrey, who was marvelous and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and recommended her favorite product (the scrubbee; which is an adorable little bee-shaped soap bar that smells great, exfoliates, and moisturizes). She gave us a demo that my friend liked so much she couldnt NOT buy one. (I had to refrain because Im a bit short on money at the moment, but if I get any holiday money, I know where its going). Great customer service, as expected from Lush.If I had more money to spare, Id absolutely buy all my personal care products here! They are a tad pricey, but most of their products also tend to last (bath bombs being the exception). 10/10 recommendation. Lush is a great and ethical company!

If your looking for some amazing bathbombs with a natural smell rather then an overall processed bomb look no further.Staff knowledgeable and can assist you find soap, lotion, bathbomb, bubble bath etc...Looking for a specific scent they can narrow it down for you, want a sample or to test it out they do that to. Not all scent work with your body/skin and what smells amazing on the shelf wont smell good on your skin. Besure to try before you buy.covid safe mask, wash hands or hand sanitizer.

Normally I love lush. During the pandemic though, they seem to have a hard time getting in with the flow of things. This lush at city creek is especially small and there is a line out the door (obviously, there should be). Everyone is staying 6 feet apart, but Ive been in the same spot for thirty minutes. Lush needs to HIGHLY consider putting a time limit on their consultations. I looked up what I wanted before I got here, I could have been in and out in less than 10 minutes. The people who have been at the front of the line the whole time CLEARLY do not care about the following customers behind them. Granted, this is not Lushs fault. But damn, take 10 minutes and get out please! I just want my bath bombs! Lesson learned, Ill order online next time.

Let just start by saying I’ve only been to lush 3 times and I have thus far ALWAYS felt like I’m a regular. Like I’m there daily. The staff at this location specifically weren’t just kind but down to earth and seemed to genuinely want conversation, not just sell you stuff. I brought my stepson in hoping to get him a fun bath bomb as a treat. The staff talked to him as if he were an adult (he’s 6 and a little shy) and showed him and told him all about bath bombs and he loved them! He even thanks them! Then, Because I’m a newer lush customer, I did not realize the sparkle jar was seasonal and was heartbroken to find out they no longer had it in stock but the staff were quick to give many helpful alternatives to the product which either had the same scent, glitter, lotions, anything that would make me feel I hadn’t missed my chance! After leaving us to look around we picked a bath bomb and headed to the counter to pay. There they greeted me with the EXACT sparkle jar I was looking for! They said they were able to track one down in their overstock and it was a gift on them! I totally got teary. Love lush but LOVED the City Creek one! I will definitely drive out of my way to come to this one.

More than any other Lush store Ive been to, they repeatedly show sincere care for everyone that walks in the door - from seasoned Lush addicts to confused boyfriends wandering the aisles. The staff are all super kind and help me find what I need despite my tight budget. On my birthday, they took EXTRA good care of me and slipped a surprise in with my $5 bath bomb (Im extra poor, and they know that. They also know all the things I wish I could afford. So they were extra generous.) It prompted me to literally cry IN THE STORE and hug everyone involved. And aside from my personal experiences here, their commitment to ethical production, inclusive advertising, and environmentalism keeps them on the cutting edge of retail. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you, thank you, thank you!PS. Get the rose jam scent. In everything. I promise you.

This is my favorite Lush location. I come here often. We had such awesome service today from Noah! Kenzi was also helpful. They have the best products and are earth friendly which is a plus.

I was having the worst day and stopped by on a whim to look around. Noah was so sweet and attentive and helpful, it really made the rest of my day so much better! The products I ended up taking home were great, I could see an immediate improvement in my skin!

Quite possibly my favorite store for soaps, scrubs and bathbombs. Everything is vegan and all of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about almost every product.Theres tons of options, from great smelling lavender to great smelling honey based soaps. Theres face scrubs that make you feel divine, lotions that dont leave your hands greasy and tons of wonderful oils for a diffuser that leave your home smelling great.I love coming here for all new sorts of bathroom items and sharing them with my partner.

Im not into beauty products at all, but my girlfriend dragged me in here because she had a gift card to burn. I was a little overwhelmed with all of the smells, but I can really appreciate that Lush sticks to their values. They dont use any plastic packaging, dont test products on animals, use natural ingredients in all their soaps, shampoos, conditioners, bath bombs, and other personal hygiene items. Even the pens used to sign the receipt at the register were made from recycled water bottles.Ive not tried any of their products besides one of their bath bombs myself -- I will say, the bath bomb was an incredibly fun experience -- but having heard my girlfriend rave about their solid shampoos, conditioners, face scrubs, and moisturizes, Ill buy that the people at Lush know what theyre doing. Definitely worth a visit!

Took my dog and everyone working was so nice! They have a water bowl out for dogs and gave me dog a treat! It was awesome. They also were super helpful without being overbearing. I got some lip balm and they also gave me a sample of another product I was on the fence about. Awesome staff

So pretty much all of my bath needs are now from Lush. I have been using their shampoo and conditioner for roughly 4 months now and my hair is noticeably thicker AND seemingly grows wayyyy faster too! I use the Seanik shampoo and I recently just bought the cloud clay based soap which is fantastic. I have really sensitive skin and a fragrance allergy, yet none of their products have agitated my skin. When I started to explore their skincare lines I addressed my sensitive skin concerns and they gave me samples to test out, told me which products would work best, and then recommended products that I should avoid due to my skin type. I cant wait to try out their hair dye next! Also, my dog even loves the smell of the store because he stops to sniff and enjoy every time he passes it!

The customer service is fantastic, but Im not really into fragrances and the smell of the place is very strong.

I love Lush products to begin with, they are vegan friendly, natural and non animal tested. The variety is great to choose from in the store and the associates are very knowledgeable about their products. Give yourself enough time to look around!

Not only did she recommend products for my boyfriend and I, she gave us samples of the henna dye (which I’ve been previously told couldn’t be done) and chatted with us about our experience with the dye. I always love coming into lush, but Alyssa went above and beyond for us! Thank you!!

I can not tell you if they have a good products or not, I have not had a chance to purchase any of them yet. I love bath-bombs, and I was very exited to go and pick some out from LUSH. But soon as you walk in, you get OVERWHELMED with strong smell. Not bad smell, just VERY VERY strong smell of all bath products in this tiny space. I had to walk out, take a 2 min go breath and then go back. My daughter got few bath-bombs from LUSH, and she absolute love them. So I guess, next time I will have to give them a try.

Was visiting from a state where we dont have a lush store. The workers Will and Susan were just incredible. They not only explained what each product was but talked about the integrity and how much they care about the charities the company helps. They even helped to find hand lotions and offered samples. Lush is my favorite product store! One of the main reasons why I love Lush, besides their incredibly yummy products is the unprecedented customer service. On Wednesday, August 28th around 7:20 pm, I visited the Lush store in the City Creek Mall & the most wonderful employee with the Ursula tattoo and the hat was SO amazingly helpful and explained all the products and was genuinely interested in helping me! It was a great experience! Even though this time I just got samples, I WILL be back to get this amazing Mint Mask - Mask of Magnaminty... love the play on words! And I will certainly visit again and again and keep buying LUSH products for my XMAS gifts to friends because of the excellent customer service.

The customer service I received at this Lush today was un real. I brought in my two young kids; both of which are at that age where they are constantly busy. Alyssa is the associate who was helping us and I can’t even begin to tell you just how helpful she was with my questions AND my kids. She was so nice and patient with my kids and kept them entertained while I was actually able to shop!! Every single employee was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us but Alyssa really stood out to me!! I had to ask the cashier for her name just for this review and I will be calling the manager as a thank you for hiring such amazing employees!

I LOVE lush. The price point is expensive but you actually have a reason to spend that much because its organic and made fresh. I went in and was just sampling some face scrubs and the lady was putting it on my hand and its really great customer service.

I always have good experiences at this location. The staff are really helpful and have made great recommendations for me. This last time I went I wanted some Dirty spray but there was none left on the floor and the manager was the only person there due to the caucus. He didnt think he had any more in and he couldnt run upstairs to check for sure so he gave me a tester for free. This was so thoughtful and amazing, thank you Lush City Creek!

The employees are always helpful and ready to answer any questions you might have. Though the actual floor space of the shop is really small, it feels well used. If youre looking for quality products made from natural ingredients, Lush is the place to get it!

I came in to find some eco friendly hair products. The staff gets gold stars for being champions. I described my type of hair and what I was looking for. They gave me great recommendations and I couldn’t be more please with my shampoo bar and conditioner bar. No more plastic bottles. These bars will be great for traveling and camping this summer too!

Very high quality products at a good price point. Staff are well trained and are always eager to help you find what is best for your needs. I only rate it 4 instead of 5 because the staff is often too helpful - acting as if they make commission and are up-selling.While men may tend to stay away from the store due to the appearance, Lush has an exceptional mens line and their shave products and moisturizers cant be beat.

If you havent been, you will smell it before you see it, but in a good way!!! They have friendly, attentive staff who are there to charm the crowd with their lush bath bomb shows. This is always a crowd pleaser. Youll leave with more than you planned if you love lotions and smell goods!

Lush is my favorite place. I initially walked in because it smells amazing, and now theyve got me hooked. Im not big into baths, so I use their other products. Ive been using their products for over two years now. My arsenal includes: shampoo bars, conditioner, dry shampoo, hair masks, face wash, and their deodorant. I love it all! It lasts me a really long time, all of the things I have are solid which makes traveling easy, its cruelty free, and the price is reasonable. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and my shampoo lasts me three months, while my conditioner is over 6 months. I recommend it to ANYONE END EVERYONE. Ive made my husband use the face wash. Seriously, this place is the best.

Awesome and fun staff!!I love this store. Staff really knows the products, because they themselves use it!! They are helpful, and not there to push you to buy stuff, but they are there to help you find the stuff that meet your individual needs. My Psoriosis is calmer now, thanks to the staffs help. Oh, and amazing products.

If youre into zero animal testing, sustainable resourcing, vegan and vegetarian products, all in 100% recycled containers and havent been here then I dont know what youre doing. If youre like me, and maybe not all the way on that bandwagon but still enjoy quality products that work... then you should come here. 10 out of 10 would reccomend.

One of my favorite places ever! Ive tried just about one of everything. Except the makeup.My favorite is the cinnamon massage bar! And the sleepytime lotion..and the nightingale mousturizer... and the list goes on..I havent disliked anything Ive tried. The stores are a bit small so when it gets busy its a little squishy. They even give you samples to try.

Most smells arent very appealing, and the shop is too small so you cant be there very long without feeling sick

Its kind of pricey and there is very little makeup. 95 percent of the store is soap. However, its still a fun store to go into.

I LOVE Lush. The employees are extremely helpful and they have incredible products. Some of my very favorite products is the Big Shampoo, the gold sparkly bath bubble bar and the Big Blue bath bomb (combine those two to make a mermaid bath!) And the Big spray/cologne. I call it febreeze for men!

Awesome products and reasonable prices. My only complaint is that the store is so small! 4-5 employees and a number of customers is too many people for the space available.

Wish they had more products paraben and sulfate free. They give way too much product for the expiration date on the products that are fresh and is very costly. The bath bombs are great once in a while

I used to love this place but honestly Im fed up the products are good but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS and on top of that limited me samples.. I had bought almost $100 dollars worth of product and you are going to limit me to how many samples I get? Wow.. By the way I had only 2 samples and had ask for one more.. That was part of the lush experience it upset me so much I dont even go to the mall anymore I will find different products somewhere else but ice lost my trust in lush..

The sales associates spent 15 minutes with me, answering all of my questions and giving me tons of suggestions. I ended up purchasing the Big Blue Bath Bomb with the Sunnyside Bubble Bath. The lady told me that it makes a shimmery-blue bath, what they call, mermaid water. Sooooo true! My bath looked amazing, and it smelled just as great. I didnt want to get out! All of their products are also organic, 100% vegetarian, ethical in ingredients, fresh, handmade, and good for the environment. Each product has a list of its ingredients. You can even take a free Lush booklet with all of their products and ingredients. Wonderful store.

This place is absolutely phenomenal, the staff are so kind and helpful and you can tell that they really love the products they are selling. Definitely worth the price to support such a great company and great employees.
