I was very impressed with the whole process! They were able to, in a tough market, find us the exact door we were looking for fairly quickly. The men that came to install our garage door were kind, quick, thorough, and pleasant. They took our old wood door down and away. The door they installed is functioning great! We were so impressed!

I decided to go with Crawford doors because my buddy had a pretty good experience. the door itself is great and the installation was awesome. my installer was fantastic. He was very polite, cleaned up after himself and worked really quickly. The only downside to my experience was my salesman (hazen) who was terrible about communicating, keeping in touch with scheduling, my installation etc.

Crawford came out twice to fix an issue. I let them know that I felt that it is likely a battery issue. They told me that it wasnt the case after checking with the manufacturer. Two days later, the problem came back. They didnt charge me for the travel--thank you. But the total time between the two calls is likely more than I wouldve likely paid if they fixed it once in the first call. I asked for an adjustment to the charge. I got no response. :(

On time. Same day service!!! Installed springs on my garage door. Installer did an amazing job! My garage door squeaked a lot. He did a route maintenance on my garage door opener and my tracks for free which comes with the service and now my garage door does not squeak any more it is so quiet!! One Happy Mom! We have wanted for years to put an automatic garage door on our log garage next to our log home, but knew it would be a tricky situation...it is not a standard garage, and we live an hour from Salt Lake. But in doing so I always get a good feel about how the company operates.I was privileged to be a part of their safety meeting, which showed they care about their employees. Companies that care about their employees always care about their customers. But I also heard them talking about some customer feedback they had received, and they dealt with thay in a positive manner. And the feedback wasnt negative, but they looked at that and found ways to improve.Everything about my experience with this company indicated they care about service, quality, reputation, safety and customers.

This is regarding their repair service for rolling security gates. One star is being generous. My mother purchased a system from them 10 years ago, about $5,000 to protect deer from eating their landscaping. Each year, the gate had problems not opening, the same problem each time and Crawford techs came out. Over the past few years, multiple calls to Crawford and the problem continued. This year, my mother called for service five times directly to the technician. Hed promise to come by on a certain day, no show, no calls. Once he told her he couldnt get to her for two weeks. Who can open an 800-lb gate in the winter by themselves? Calls to management in Crawford were never, ever returned. The Crawford tech, Kelly, finally arrived, said she needed a new motor at the tune of $400. She paid, he installed it. The next morning, the gate still wouldnt open. Ridiculous! I found the gate part manufacturer and their website pointed to Buchanan Access Systems in Sandy. She called them and they came the SAME DAY. A technician, Richard, had already diagnosed the trouble before he came to the front door. He also had the tools and parts to repair it. It has worked flawlessly and faster since. This company really knows how to service their products, not just sell them and let you flail on the repair end. They know customer service and they know how to diagnose, repair it, keep their promises and do it all with a smile. Save yourself some trouble, money and grief, skip this business.

Our door will be installed tomorrow, October 17th. I had a good recommendation from a friend of mine who used your services.I will respond again after the door is installed, however my experience with Hazen has been very disappointing. We ordered our door in early September and were told that it would be installed in 2 to 3 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks. I called your office after 3 weeks had gone by to find out the status on our door. Hazen was out of the office ( hunting I presume). I was told by another of your sales people that my door wasn’t even there. It was scheduled to arrive on October 14th. Where is Hazen? Why did we get shuffled to the bottom of the pile without one word from him. Please train him on proper customer relations.
