Quality garage door repair. I have used AAA many times over the past 8 years as I have multiple garage doors. They can usually come the same day as I call. The technicians are helpful, polite and do a good job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Would recommend!

When my sensors somehow lost their power and my door wouldnt close, AAA, came out the same day. They were able to figure out that the wires had become disconnected (only God knows how that happened) and were able to get it fixed and me off to work on time!!

Carson did a great job replacing the big springs in our giant garage door. He also replaced all the rollers and it is now very quiet.

The technician’s name was Cash, he was punctual and knowledgeable. He replaced my springs & cables, lubed and tightened my rails . I called AAA at 8:00 am and was scheduled for noon… I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We tried to call several garage door repair places and these guys were the first to respond! We were so glad because they came right away, did a fast and great job and gave a cheaper quote. The price was less than the quote because it didn’t take as long as they thought it would. The door has never opened and closed more smoothly!

We worked with Scott who exemplifies customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked hard to get things just right (price, materials, and minor tweaks after the job was done). In my opinion communication/integrity, some some of the most important things in customer service jobs and Ive had my fair share of contrac that were awful at both. AAA and Scott were always in touch every step of the way, replied quickly, and when they said they would. The 3 guys that came out to do the job did so in a timely manner, were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. The door looked great! Except for a gap under the door, that after some discussion Scott quickly came out to fix (he arrived at my home while I was still texting him about my concerns). Fair pricing for the job and Scott worked hard to get my sale (over 2 other companies that we got quotes from). This and the communication (along with the excellent reviews) are what made us go with AAA and we will go back to them for all our needs and share their name with our family and friends.

I had issues with my garage door. I called AAA in the morning and they answered on the 3 or 4th ring (after calling 2 other competitor companies who didnt answer). I told them my garage needed some repair work, and they had an opening and scheduled a same day appointment. They came by and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the problem, gave me a very great price and provided great insights and general information that is good to know along the way (tips & tricks on maintenance). Great bed side manner sort of speak. They were friendly/nice/happy/helpful and definitely knew what they were doing. My garage went from not opening or shutting without manually pulling or lifting it up to them fixing it within 1-2 hours. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs any work done to their garage doors!

My house was built in the 50s and it seems as if the configuration of the garage was a huge after thought. Low headroom. Minimal space on the wall for a motor. This meant getting both doors to work was going to be a bit of a funky install. I received quotes from three or four companies and the general reply while giving me the quote was yeah maybe we can get both doors to open....but there isnt really a motor that will do this...so can only guarantee one door will be automatic. Scott at AAA seemed to really enjoy the challenge of figuring this problem out. Two hours after leaving my house he called and said he had just met with a couple of his best installers, they discussed the problem, they had plan and they could get both doors to open automatically. I gave Scott the job. I never really thought I would see someone so passionate about garage door installation, but Scott and his team were pretty stoked that they got this to work for me. And so am I! Id recommend AAA to anybody. Thanks AAA!

I had two doors replaced and two openers installed. They were highly professional from start to end. They were prompt to make an appointment (something another company in the valley couldnt manage to do, even after 3 weeks of phone calls back and forth). They gave a detailed bid with all the options. The installation turned out to be a bit trickier than they anticipated, but they promptly addressed the problem. The were also meticulous in their work - not just the installation, but how they cleaned up when they were done. Id forgotten to change a lightbulb in one garage - they didnt come and ask for one, they just installed one themselves and said nothing about it. That was a small gesture, but it shows their top-notch approach to their work. I just wish I had more garage doors for them to work on!

AAA was a professional experience right from the start. Pleasant phone call. They came out to fix the old one and determined it should be replaced. Cory phoned before hand, showed up and did great work. We are super happy with our new opener and especially the keypad. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a new garage door and openers 1 1/2 years ago From AAA garage doors and was very impressed with there professionalism and price, after comparing them to other companies.I recently had a problem with sensors and called my home warranty company (total home protection) they indicated after sending A1 garage door repair that repair wasn’t covered. A1 quoted me $189 to replace sensor so I called AAA garage and they came and replaced sensors same day for no charge. My warranty had expired so I was expecting to be charged. I highly recommend these guys they are the best.

I was in the market for a new garage door opener and talked to AAA at the Home Show. Once I called to purchase, I had an installer at my house the next day.He was fast, efficient and went above and beyond to clean up and install new rollers on the existing door.I love the new garage door opener. I highly recommend AAA Garage Door. This guy was fantastic to deal with. He came when he said he would which was a great start. We had two people come quote out fixing/replacing our garage door. It was sagging really badly because tone of the panels had started to tear. The other guy told me the door wasnt repairable and even if he tried it would probably last a couple months at best so it wasnt worth trying. He quoted me $2300 for a replacement door and opener. AAA came in and laughed at the original quote because he was quoting $250 for things that come with the door he quoted. He said he would give me the same door and opener for $1900. However, his recommendation was not to get a new door unless we felt we needed one. He mounted two large struts to our door and then tuned the door and all of the mechanisms. He was super fast too. It cost us under $300 to do this. He even said if it broke again really soon then he would roll the cost of this strut fix into the cost of a door. He saved us so much money and even when the door was wide open to try and sell us more he chose not to. I will be buying our new door from him whenever we decide to upgrade. Thank you AAA.

I dont write reviews very often, but when a company provides superior service and a quality product - well, I just have to share. The door that was installed looks absolutely beautiful. But lets be honest, other companies can provide a beautiful door. What makes this company stand out is their people.The install when smoothly. The site was left clean.But heres what set them apart. We have an older home (built in the 1970s). Apparently, garage door openings were a little larger than what todays garage doors are built to fit. There is a flashing that goes around the opening that compensates for this slight difference. When the gentleman provided the quote for the door, he did not include this flashing (a slight over site).I did not realize that the door did not fit properly until the morning after we paid for the door - you could see daylight coming through the side of the door!Heres the amazing part. I had already paid 100% for the door with a check. I called the company. I believe I worked with Chris. He told me about the flashing. They not only covered the cost of the oversight, but they came out and installed it two days later!In this day-and-age, where it seems the customer be hanged, this company cared about me as a person and the quality of my job.Thank you so very much!
