By far the best shaved ice spot! I got black cherry and added vanilla ice cream and devoured the whole thing in minutes. It’s the perfect treat on a hot summer day!

Awesome shaved ice, with lots of tropical and Hawaiian flavors! You can really taste the aloha in this place.Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Plus the spot up on Olympus Cove has the best view of the mountains.

This is the real deal…true shave ice not snow cone! Servings are huge (this is a short board) and delicious! Be sure you get the ice cream add on. They put ice cream inside and it stays frozen due to the ice and keeps the ice from melting so fast. (See 2nd pic). And it makes the ice so creamy! Best summer treat around!

This is such a great shaved ice place!! It has such a good atmosphere, really kind (and helpful) employees, and DELICIOUS flavors!!! Including, the special combinations that they have already created and listed!! I’m from Europe and this was such an amazing find!! I would 1,000% recommend it!!

These snow cones are SO good!! I got mine with ice cream on the bottom and snow capped! Which is sweetened condensed milk on top and it was delish!!

So so so good. I’m a big fan of Hokulia. The ice is fine and powdery, and the flavors are nice. Adding ice cream is a great option, and I’ll never turn down a snow cap.

I’ve been to many different snow-cone shacks. This place has a lot of variety. The size of the snow cones is very large. The quality of the ice is excel. The environment is fun. The location is convenient. I am overall happy with this place.

My first time here. Im enjoying the tables with the pre-cut holes for the shaved ice. I like the decorations in the parking lot, and my shaved ice, tigers blood with the sour spray is wonderful.

We were stoked for the coconut ice cream in the tigers blood, and it tasted great...until the second half of the long board sized cup was completely devoid of syrup. Just a thick plain block of ice below the ice cream. My sister works at the Orem locations, and said this isn’t supposed to happen, so hopefully my review is seen and this location can do some training changes to make sure it doesn’t happen to other people. I don’t want to get half of what I pay for :/ I’ll update my review if/when it’s resolved

Absolutely the best I have had!! Including Hawaii. Flavor explosion in your mouth.. Add a scoop of vanilla for a real treat!!

Terrible!I looked at their menu on hokuliashaveice.com, which IS their website, which says they sell cookie dough caramel ice cream, and the guy at the register told me, “That’s not our website” and then I showed him that it was his business’s website, as it was linked to their location through GPS system and app! He then was like, “Well I’m sorry but we don’t sell that here” which I then just turned around and left frustrated and disappointed saying to myself, “What was that all about? What just happened? Is he an idiot or something? I showed him his business’s website, and literally was clueless as to what the website was and that it says that they sell cookie dough caramel ice cream.” How could the employees be this idiotic? It’s their website. Obviously I know more about it than they do!
