They need a better delivery company. Spent over 2.2k on a fridge for my elderly mother for them to leave it in her living room. There was no attempt to move it past the island and plug it in. He just kept telling her it didn’t fit. On top of that he charged me more money because he had to take the doors off to get it through the front door and then put them back on. For the money I “saved” I was even more inconvenienced. Because now I have to hire someone else to do the job they were paid to do. The fridge looks great. Sitting by the front door, two rooms away from the kitchen.

They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The prices are not only reasonable but the quality of products are top notch. I just bought a side by side refrigerator at noon and its getting delivered around 2p. Cant be more pleased and will be back again

Walked into this business hoping to find a small apt Stove. Man sitting in front desk was very rude. He asked what do you want. We said we are looking for an apartment stove, he replied what do you mean. A small stove we told him. He replied in a very gruff manner, no i dont . I gave him one star only because there is not a zero star other wise thats what he would have gotten. We drove across town to his place & he does not appreciate his customers so as to treat them with courteousness and professionalism. I do not recommend his businesss to anyone. His prices at the door were ridiculous. Small dented microwave for $ 79. New at home depot or walmart all day under $70. Hope u go out of business

I might have just grabbed my lucky star before I walked in here for my first time but I had a great experience. Walked in and found the appliances I wanted. The delivery guys had a cancelation so I purchased it and drove home. As I pulled into the driveway the delivery guys pulled in behind me. All in all I think the round trip visit was about 60 minutes. The salesman was helpful and professional and the delivery people were also polite and quick. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new or replacement appliance.

Bought all my appliances from here. Most of them brand new with no scratches or dents. Refrig. had a couple small scratches but all in a area where they would never been seen, so we got a great deal on it.

None of the employees were wearing masks, some were not distancing. We left right away after seeing no masks, and lack of distancing but we also noted that for a scratch and dent store all of the prices seemed very high. We wont be returning until the employees are in compliance with COVID-19 safety.

My husband and I bought a French door refrigerator a couple of weeks ago from Scratch-N-Dent. It’s a gorgeous refrigerator, exactly what we want. We got a good deal on it. I bought both my fridge and washer here. I pretty much knew what I wanted both times, so it was a very quick and easy process. They deliver for a fee, but its a cheaper fee than other appliance stores. If your appliance breaks within a certain timeframe, they will replace it at no charge. My fridge broke the first week I had it, and they brought me a new one the very next day, no hassle.

If you’re looking for a new appliance but don’t want to pay top dollar this is the place to go. Bought a brand new fridge that retails for over $2,200 for around $1,400 because of a small dent on the top of the fridge. Installed it in our new home and it works great. They have some really quality stuff and some great people working here as well. Ask for Hector he is awesome!

My wife and I went to this store specifically to purchase a new Speed Queen washer. Speed Queen is the absolute best. Its made to last and made to perform well. Thats why you dont find them in many stores. Theyre just too good.The only problem we had is the delivery crew (two young men that apparently didnt finish high school) damaged the washer. So, I had them return the washer and bring a different new one. That took a couple of hours to do. Then they damaged the second one while trying to get it out of the box. Then they called the store manager who now refused to exchange the washer a second time. So, I then talked with the manager on the phone and told he that if he wasnt going to exchange the washer then just give me a refund of my money. He then tried to keep the delivery charge when I actually didnt have anything delivered as both washers were sent back to the store. Later the actual salesman called me before I was leaving to go to the store to see this manager and the salesman said he would issue a full refund including the delivery charge. I told the manager later that he should fire the delivery guys and send them back to school for some common sense on how to not damage the items. The manager was a jerk.We ended up going to Appliance Liquidators near the Alamodome and had a great experience with our purchase.

This place caters to people who dont do their homework or have no credit. Never buy junk from this place!

Purchased a refrigerator from the Perrin Beitel Scratch and Dent store. The refrigerator went out within one week. After an unsuccessful attempt at having it repaired the owner of the company made arrangements to do an even swap and pay for the delivery of the new unit. Thank you to the owner Bo.

Got a great new washer. No obvious defects. Awesome price. Hector was wonderful and arranged delivery for tomorrow. **EDIT*** When we got it delivered, it had light damage that would not allow the water line to be attached. The driver returned it to the store, and it was repaired and delivered back to us the next day for no additional charge. Definitely will shop there next time I need an appliance.

Was looking for a refrigerator. It had to be in good condition but still cheap. Called up the store and talked with them on the phone about what selection they had. I gave them the price range and they came up with a couple of solutions. I then drove down to the store and looked at what they had. Sure enough had exactly what they said they had on the phone for that price. The fridge is in good condition one minor scratch on the side. So what. They were nice and worked out pricing with me and made it so the delivery was part of the deal. They delivered the fridge on time and installed it in the kitchen for me. I was also thankful that the delivery person took the time to level the fridge and make sure it was working before he left. Great place.

This place is GREAT!! a lot of my friends thought this place was used appliances but they also sell brand new ding or dented appliances!I bought a three grand ref for only fifteen hundred bucks! Depot wanted 2700.00 on sale!! No Way Jose!! and they (depot) didnt have it in store i had to wait for it to be shipped in, yeah for free delivery but who can wait that long when you have a nagging wife and kids who need a ref!Scratch n dent had it at my house the next day! Love this store. Very professional and helpful. I was able to get what I needed and it was better than what I had before. Dont let the name fool you...I purchased a French door stainless steel fridge and Samsung glass top washer and dryer. There was a small dent on the side of the dryer and a small dent near the back of the fridge at the bottom. Neither which can be seen when pushed into place.

Two thumbs up!! We bought a GE Washer from a guy named Jaime (nice & professional) When we did our first load of laundry, we heard an unusual grinding noise. We called the next day and explained the issue. They said it was a common moving problem & immediately sent someone out to fix it.They sent a guy named Edward (very nice and knowledgeable) that fixed the problem and insisted on running a cycle to make sure the problem was fixed. Upon running the cycle, he said that he was going to call the office and get a new washer because this one had a leak.Jaime called me before Edward even drove out off my neighborhood. Jaime apologized said that he would have someone pick up the broken appliance and replace it or give me my money back. I explained that I needed a washer. Jaime said that he would have someone over early to replace the washer.They arrived early the next day. Jaime upgraded our washer and took the other washer as well as our old washer (that i didnt know what I was going to do with)- Nice, professional people.- No hassles- Went out of their way to ensure the customer was happy- Went above & beyondTHANK YOU Jaime & Edward!!! My wife also spoke to a nice lady on the phone. I dont know her name but would also like to say thank you for youre professionalism and for sending someone out so fast.

Scratch and Dent Appliance Superstore delivered our awesome, refrigerator earlier than expected (bonus because we needed to move our food out of the old fridge) and carefully disassembled and reassembled it efficiently, gave me a great training on the features, and then recommended certain cleaners! Also, Mike was amazing when we reported a problem (we noticed one of the shelves was cracked after purchase and it was not part of the scratch and dent agreement, and we simply returned it to the store and replaced it hassle/paperwork/annoyance-free!). And did I mention the awesome prices? Saved over $500 and you cant even see the dent. We are very, very happy!We will DEFINITELY use them again!

Came in about a year ago looking for a nice front load set. Picked up a red GE washer and dryer which was a huge upgrade from my old kenmores. The sales associate was very helpful. Delivery was fast and they even hauled away my old washer and dryer. I will definitely be back

Lmao! This place was ridiculously overpriced. Home Depot and Lowes regular price is just as inexpensive as this place. Plus, the employees here paid absolutely no attention to any of the customers. There were probably 5 or 6 other shoppers here and the 3 employees were on the phone; and only 1 employee was actually helping the customers.

Steve was as helpful as he could be. Totally informed about every aspect of what we asked about. Incredibly well versed as to the models, what he had to sell in stock, what was coming and when. We will be coming back to buy from him next week when much more inventory arrives. Outstanding visit!!!

This is a good alternative for appliances though to get the best discounts you have to be willing to visit multiple times and take whatevers available. Its definitely not the best for very high end goods but if youre like me and just need a fridge or freezer, its a good place to start. My husband went to this location to get a fridge for my parents house. Found one and 1 month later the freezer stops working. Called GE to try and get it fixed and have had issues ever since. Will not be going back here to buy anything again.
