I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I took my ATV there for repair and they managed to ruin another mechanism within my vehicle. They charged me for the labor and time spent and tried to convince me to purchase one of their Atvs that they had on display. My ATV was eventually repaired elsewhere. I will not return to that establishment nor will I recommend.

These guys brought my Honda Rebel back to life after sitting in a shed for five years. Needed an engine seal replaced, carb cleaning, and new gas tank. The rest of the issues (of which there were many) I didnt have the money to fix, so I told them just to get it running and Ill fix everything else. They were totally cool with that. Bike runs perfectly now! Put about 16 hours of my own time into fixing it and its almost back in 100% shape now!

I purchased a dirt bike for my son here. Taylon helped me out and answered all my questions. Taylon is very honest and helpful. I had a question about the bike after I purchased it. The owner got back to me right away and even gave me a cell # to reach the mechanic. I had a great experience.

Really bad customer service. They dont know how to stay in touch with thier customers. They rob you by doing the job before they give you an estimate. I never received a call about a quote just a bill. Then they tried to say a new battery I bought was bad. After I asked them to remove their battery and give me mine back he said for me to pay him $36 to remove his. Thieves. Do not go here.

I went their to buy a moped, it was the only place open in the evening and I needed it in the day. I went into the shop and it was just completely dirty and Dusty. The bikes looked they had just been sitting there, it took 15 minutes of yelling to finally get someone to notice I was there. The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is cause Im a dog person and they had a very sweet dog waiting in the front. When I finally got someones attention I told him I needed a moped so we went over to look at the mopeds. The mopeds were also all dirty and dusty, but I was desperate and after looking at a couple I asked to purchase one. And he said it would take about two weeks because the moped is broken cause the battery sat too long. I was very annoyed and still needed a moped so I asked what about this other one and he said that battery was old too. So I asked is there any moped I can buy today and he said no. Very bad customer service and a waste of 45 minutes

Took granddaughters polaris atv a month ago, wouldnt start with electric start..only kick start..said it was battery, rectifier/regulator. Two weeks later..said got after market regulator wouldnt work. Had to order original part..two weeks later said it was ready. Went to pick it up said stator was bad..2 days later called said it was ready..charged me over $400. Said stator was $100 and regulator was $300!!! I called BS!! got in argument with Bill. ONLY FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER I paid it..looked up original polaris regulator. ..$53.43...will NEVER TAKE A SINGLE THING BACK TO THEM!!! I asked for the lights to be fixed too..after 1 month them having it at their shop still no lights fixed...a good thing I guess probably would have charged me another $200!!

I really wish I had paid attention to what others are already saying. I am not usually someone who leaves reviews, but when I have a terrible experience and I want to save others the same I make exceptions. If you want to know what happened in detail feel free to read on. Long story short, avoid this place like the plague.I dropped off my bike at this shop due to an electrical issue preventing spark. A month goes by without hearing from them and I call to get an update. They said it’s an intermittent problem, but the neutral switch was bad so we replaced it (my dad is an electrician, we checked the neutral switch and the kill switch just before dropping it off, they were both fine.). They also informed me during this call that the electrical mechanic only comes on thursdays. Ok, off to a bad start, should have been a red flag but no worries, I continue to wait patiently. Another month goes by, no word. I call them again to see what the status is. They say they will look into it and call me back. Ok. The next night they call and say we found the issue, we should have it done next week and it should be around 500 due to the hours spent tracking down the problem, I say great! Two weeks go by, no word. Two more weeks go by. (We’re nearing three months for those keeping track) I call them, they say the wiring harness is on back order from kawasaki and they have been waiting on it for two months (his timeline doesn’t add up here) they say there’s nothing they can do. At this point I’m starting to get frustrated and I say ok well I’m going to come pick up my bike. They respond “wait, let me call kawasaki and see what they say, I’ll call you right back.” They do call back, and amazingly in that five minute span the part was delivered while he was on hold with kawasaki! I know. A real Christmas miracle. Three days later the bike is done. Oh here’s a surprise, I asked them to look over the bike and they did a carb job without talking to me to see if I approved so that tacked on another three hundred dollars. I ask him if there’s anything that can be done on labor costs since it took such a ridiculous amount of time, his stories didn’t add up, there was extra work done without being consulted, the backordered part was never communicated, and he got angry and started insulting my dad, saying, if he was a good electrician he would know that these things are difficult. Needless to say I will never be taking my bike here again and I suggest you all do the same.Fun update for everyone: just got home to give the bike a once over and they stripped the bolt on my water pump, thanks moto shack!

Liar and a cheat. Youre paying someone to hold and damage your property til theyre done giving you the run around of excuses while blaming you.Dont bother telling them what youre planning to do yourself--theyll bull**** you abiut doing it, for the money--despite you telling them not to. And itll be a good deal and your fault. So just dont go at all unless you want to hear **** thats wrong. I dont even care if they legitimately dont know what theyre talking about or just lying to you--neither one would be surprising. If you try anyway, youll be: threatened and insulted while being told that if you sought legal action that it would cost more than the money frauded.Go to small claims court and let people know what others already say.
