Fantastic experience. When they turned my car over to me, there was a small exterior component missing due to material availability, and I told them I would come back later for them to install it.After a month, I never found the time to swing by, so THEY CALLED ME and sent a MOBILE MECHANIC out to MY location to finish the job properly.What amazing customer service and attention to detail when so many others would have considered the job over.

Im extremely grateful to have heard a commercial about Crossroads on the radio one day. They did an amazing job on my wifes truck after she hit a deer. I was going to have to wait months to get into other shops and Crossroad was able to get me in two weeks after my estimate. The staff is first class and makes you feel comfortable about everything. They went above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers. Their customer service was outstanding! I will recommend to everyone I know who needs body work to take their vehicle to Crossroads. Dont waste your time going to other shops, Crossroads is the best in town!

It was very easy and quick to get a quote. When I brought my car in, Nelson called for an Enterprise rental car which was there in 15 minutes. When I picked up the car, it was clean & spotless. The work was the highest quality - you couldnt tell the car had ever been damaged. Very satisfied.

Honest and hard working people! They run a great business. Theyre very fast and efficient. Not like other places where they only care about the $$$ they care about their customers and thats who they watch out for. Definitely will go back if ever needed and will highly recommend. They gave me the car back in better condition than the dealership, and that saids a whole lot.

Crossroads Collision were extremely helpful and quickly resolved an aggravating situation.. They fixed it on the spot and provided another free service all within 40 minutes of myself showing up without an appointment. The dealership I brought my car to beforehand stated I would need a new bumper, which was not the case. Thank you again to John and the mechanics for your very generous help.

Great service. All of the employees are really nice and helpful. They will let you know exactly how much it will be for any repair that you need. If something went wrong with the car after repair, they will go out of their way to fix it. Would recommend to any one who needs a car repair.

Hands down the best spot to get your vehicle fixed. They went above and beyond what they needed to and was in and out for a simple fix due to a leaking roof. This place has great customer service and make it all about the customer. Definitely will be recommending this spot to anyone in need of repairs.

This is by far the best body shop Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. The repair work was flawless. They are professional, honest, friendly, efficient, and the work is completed on time. The communicated with me frequently throughout the repair process, and they were able to fit me in when other shops said no. Ronnie was particularly outstanding. I wish I could give Crossroads 10 stars instead of 5! I picked my 4-year-old Lexus up today after getting some rear bumper damage repaired. They not only did a beautiful job on the bumper but they touched up some rock chips in front for no extra charge. And the charge was a real concern since I was paying out of pocket. After a bit of negotiating, they dropped the price to a lower price than other quotes I got. They also drove me home and picked me up (5 miles away) for free, and I was very pleased with their turnaround time. I enjoyed dealing with Nelson and everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with at Crossroads Collision.Best auto body shop EVER!!!

I dont even know where to begin...The service at Crossroads Collision Center was 100% the best I have ever seen at a collision center. Went by today to get an estimate on a scratch for a hit and run on my truck bumper. The guys came out to make an estimate, buffed out the paint transferred to my truck and revealed the true (minor) damage. Gave me a fair and honest estimate, but I decided the minor scratches were not worth the hassle. I super appreciate them for buffing out the scratches and will definitely remember Crossroads Collision Center when the need arises again. Thanks for the help!

First of all, no one wants to take their vehicle to a collision company, because that usually means youve been in an accident or you have some type of damage to your vehicle. BUT..if you have to use a collision company, I 100% recommend Crossroads Collision. I took my Ram truck in for a minor repair of a damage rocker panel and their service was quick and affordable. Every person I interacted with at Crossroads was polite and attentive. Shout out to Nelson for helping me get in and out. Thanks guys.

I had a tree fall on my pickup and was looking for a good body shop with good reviews as my last experience with a major chain Caliber collision center was a nightmare. I had Crossroads mentioned on a list and saw their ratings were great and reviews mentioned the type of service I wanted. My vehicle was towed to the shop and within 2 days work was commenced on my vehicle. Nelson Brett kept in touch with me through phone calls, text and e-mail and even sent pictures of progress. The owner even called and encouraged me to visit and look at the work and shop. Within less than 2 weeks my vehicle was repaired, washed and ready to go. It looks brand new again! This is just plain old fashioned great service. And I cant forget to mention the friendly and welcoming secretary that always answers the phone Elizabeth Pena. When was the last time you went to a place expecting to spend a few hundred dollars at least and came away being told the work was complimentary?I took my mother’s car in to have some serious scrape marks removed. The gentleman went out and used a buffer that removed most of the damage and told me a full-scale restoration would be several thousand dollars and didn’t recommend it.But he made it look so good, it’s not that big a deal anymore. Then he said he wouldn’t charge me anything, not even for his time - wow! An unethical person could’ve taken me for a ride, I wasn’t sure this kind of person/business even existed anymore.

My two month old car looked like a sardine can that had just been opened after my accident. Needless to say, I wasnt a happy camper. These guys made my car look and drive like the brand new car I had prior to the accident and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. Incredible job and polite to boot. The only thing I didnt understand is why they changed my clock to a weird unknown time. If that is my only concern, its nothing. I would definitely recommend Crossroads Collision Center without any hesitation. Incredibly job!

This place is absolutely amazing, my husband’s brand new car was hit by a coworker, it was already a very upsetting situation. Well CrossRoad was such a life saver and helped relieve so much stress from this already stressful situation. They have great customer service, they were kind and very helpful and explain everything they were gunna do, and answered any more questions and concerns I had. Their work is amazing, you can’t even tell that it was ever hit, the paint job they did looks fabulous, and they also worked with a dead line, due to having to leave outta state. We had a tree jump out and sideswipe our Infiniti SUV, so checked around with multiple collision centers including Bracken, Service King, Caliber...but felt most at home with Crossroads Collision and John Booker. While our repair took a bit longer than expected, we could not be happier with the result which is basically factory new look. I will travel the extra distance to bring any future repairs here as the quality for the price (even though it was with insurance) cannot be beat. Proud to show anyone the repairs.

I gave my car for hail damage repair, they fixed my rear glass but have not tinted it, they said they gonna come to me have it done, it has been 12 days I have picked up my car from the shop, I have never been called until now. I called them up twice and every time I was told that they gonna check and schedule. Such a poor service.
