United Collision is amazing, friendly, down to earth employees especially Luis the owner. A coworker informed me about this establishment. She done business with them few times. She explained to me the owner Luis care about his customers first then the insurance company last and that Luis will help you with the insurance company. Each time she received her vehicle back from the body shop she was impressed and so was I. The vehicle look brand new each time. I ended up using there services but I had few concerns about the situation I was in and I major issues with electrical wires that were damaged from accident. When called and spoke to Luis to explain my issues with the vehicle. Luis answered all my questions and concerns plus Luis gave me his personal cell number that I can reach him anytime if I need any information. I was surprised usually that never happen. I made arrangements to get the truck towed to his location. That Monday we had 6 inch of snow in SATX which the city shutdown for week. I notified Luis week later that am unable to get a tow truck. Luis, got my truck towed to his shop immediately. I knew that the insurance adjusters were extremely busy because of the snowstorm I figured that I won’t see my truck for at least a month or two. I was wrong. Luis was able to get my vehicle in and out quickly. Luis keep me updated on progress and details on my truck daily which I was extremely impressed. Luis was busy with other vehicles besides mine. I never received this from any other collision center that I done business with. I am so impressed with Luis. Day of me picking up my truck, I didn’t recognize it at all. I had to check my license plates.LoL....Luis explained, showed me what work was completed and how it was complete. Amazing customer service. The staff was very helpful with any request or question that I had about my vehicle. I was given options and suggestion about fixing my car and they always seemed to have my best interest in mind. The work team is professional and meticulous, backed up by their lifetime warranty. I would recommend them to anyone. On my vehicle, the front suspension shock was changed as well as under body welding work. This corrected the damage I had from a road/ highway incident.

Man when I tell the people over at United Collision Care Center are like magical when it comes to fixing body work and paint. The insurance company estimated my truck would be there a week and I got it back 4 days faster. I highly highly and I can’t stress this enough that I recommend them. The way in which we found United Collision was quite unusual but in the end, I couldn’t be more thankful they were taking care of our Subaru! From the very beginning, Luis was transparent about the status of our repairs, any delays in the process and fees associated. He worked tirelessly with us, our insurance and a convoluted situation to make sure everything was addressed and we were happy with the repairs. He was very communicative, keeping me up-to-date regarding any changes and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed to perfection. The office was clean and everyone working there was very pleasant. In the end, we got our car back even better than we would’ve anticipated and in a situation where, if left in the hands of the previous shop, we would’ve been left frustratingly disappointed. Being a military family forced to relocate frequently, it’s difficult to find a trustworthy shop that doesn’t try to work clients over but it was clear from the get-go that’s not the moral basis United collision operates on and we are so grateful to have found them! I took my Jeep Compass in to get the seatbelts repaired. It turned out they needed to be replaced. Luis was very professional and quoted a very reasonable price. The parts came in quickly. Luis had them installed in 45 minutes which I thought was great considering my seats had to be removed for the install. They even washed my car! I took my car into United collision since I was having some issues with my front passenger side. It was making a rattling noise and have been putting this repair off for a very long time. Unsure of what was causing the noise the shop manager Luis Cabrera was very professional, caring and dedicated to help me get my car fixed. I won’t lie I did get a few estimates from other mechanics and told roughly what needed to be repaired, but the cost to have it repaired was going to be too expensive. But knew I needed to bite the bullet and get it repaired. United Collision not only repaired my vehicle but also exceeded my expectations. They told my exactly what was wrong with my vehicle which turned out to be something totally different then what other mechanics had told me. The costly repair I thought that was never going to be fixed ended up being a minor repair that didn’t leave me broke! I am so truly blessed to have United collision work on my vehicle and will definitely take my car there from now on! I am one very satisfied customer. Thanks Tony and all your crew!Update:They did such a good job on my Jeep, I took my wifes Dodge Dakota to have the suicide door latches repaired (cheap plastic retractor on both sides) and interior detail.While detailing, they found her grandmothers gold band that was for sure lost and gone. Grandma was ecstatic that not only the ring was found, but returned! Thats what I call a high level of honesty and integrity.They also detailed the outside, pulled a dent from the rear fender (parking lot indecent) and touched up a couple of scratched, at no charge!Again guys, thanks for the great job!

I had a great experience. There was a delay when the dealership sent the wrong parts for my vehicle, but this a dealership error and not United. United communicated with me in a timely manner to let me know exactly what was happening, and when to expect the vehicle. The work was great too, I cant even tell it was worked on. I was concerned as it is a new Audi, but it came out great. Couldnt ask for more :)

I have a fleet of Toyota Tundras and in the last 5 yrs we have had quite a bit of fender benders. Ive dealt with my fair share of body shops and every time I deal with some of these owners or employees you almost feel taxed from the moment you walk through their door. I get it Business is Business, but there is a difference between Great Business and Poor Hustling. Last month one of our trucks (2016 Toyota Tundra) was hit from behind and it caused quite a bit of damage to the rear bumper, tail gate and the bed of the truck. I definitely wasnt gonna be a repeat victim at one of these body shops I had already dealt with so I went to a few shops in the area. I wont give any of these shops free advertising by mentioning their name of businesses, but I got all kinds of quotes. Some were outrageous. Some were fair but I wouldnt be getting my truck back for 3 to 4 weeks. I then spoke to a good buddy and he referred me to Luis at United Collision. I linked up with Luis at his shop and brought him the truck and explained the situation and told him that I kinda needed to get the truck back on the road ASAP. Luis gave me a quote that at first made me a bit nervous because good quality work aint cheap not to mention he told me he would have my truck back to me in 5 days. Not only did he do an amazing job on my Tundra he had me back in my truck in 4 days!!! Great Costumer Service, Great Quality Work, and hands down Great People. I took my 2002 Lexus to United Collision to have the Power Steering Hose replaced. The service was exceptional as far as communicating with me throughout the process. They guided me when I wanted to get my own parts and their prices were quite reasonable. They took care of my car and I would definitely recommend them as well as utilize their services again and the turn around time was quick and satisfactory. Because I was satisfied with the job they dod on my Lexus, I took my Ford F150 to them a couple days later to repair a dent in my tailgate. After the work was done the truck was a good as new. They were awesome! I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and my truck was cleaner than Ive ever seen it. Best part is that they took the time to find what was really wrong with it and it runs great now. The best customer experience I have ever had! They even offered to pick my wife up when the car was ready! A friend hit my car and paid for the repair out of pocket because he had another recent accident and didnt want to use his insurance. I went to United because of good online reviews where Luis gave me a super low price, $800 less than the insurance price, to help save my friend some money. I got the car back within a week and it looks perfect. I highly recommend United and will definitely go back if needed!

So I hit my 8 point deer in November 2018. Insurance companies screwed me ans so I was paying out of pocket. I took in 3 estimates and asked if these guys could beat it. Not only could they beat it but used parts that would put OEM to shame. I dont care about factory aftermarket who made them where they got them from I wanna make sure that the car got fixed and looked good at the same time. Took about a week, couldnt tell the car was in an accident. They even went as far to fix the windshield! Couldnt tell it was aftermarket or not. The financing options, holy cow, was easy! Good thing I only need a certain amount, but we got everything done. Been back on the road with a smile on my face. Great place to take your car when you need it to look amazing

Picked up a bumper today that I paid to have done and wow! The work was well done, no orange peel, no runs and reasonably and fast paced work. They have great customer service and quality work..
