I had a great experience with Freddy Galvan. He provided excellent service and was always available to answer any questions I had. He made the process so much easier. I was able to save money which was awesome. This was my first time here and will definitely be back in the event I need more body work done. We used Miracle in the past and were pleased. So, of course without giving it a second thought we took our truck to them again. When we got there we were treated very nice and professionally. I will have to say it was quite noisy! We gave them all our information needed from our insurance. We were taken outside to look over the damages to our truck. The gentleman assured us everything would be taken care of as soon as possible. We were disappointed with the communication! I always had to call to see what was going on. And we understand that there were some added issues that insurance had to approve. But again I had to call them then I was told about the added issues! We should have been called!! The excuse was this or that!!!! Blah Blah Blah! After 5 weeks I called and they said the truck was ready! Gentlemen said truck would be washed when we picked it up! We go pick up truck, our floor mats were missing. Looks like they just went through the truck and threw stuff around. They tore the plastic lining on the carpet! And the truck was NOT WASHED or Cleaned on the inside!Don’t care to go back!!!!!!

Having our vehicle repaired by Miracle Body and Paint after our accident was one of the best decisions that we could have made. We chose them because of their commitment to our community and their history of giving back. However we were impressed by their communication, their professionalism and ultimately the quality of their work. Pearl and Hector kept us updated with every step of the process. The excellent customer service that was displayed throughout the company was impressive. It was a pleasure working with them. They went above and beyond and we wouldnt consider going anywhere else in the future.

Great Service, takes a while but remember you do t pay your deductible which helps. Unless you have a $1000 we’ll then maybe your just done for. But Mike Aveleos by far made the experience pleasant with his fast and accurate expectations from the vendors. He explained things that helped elevate any confusion on my part. I had an accident and from the moment I walked into the building everyone was so friendly. They set me up with a rental and assured me everything would be OK. Steven Wagner kept me updated on all work being done and after I informed him of my concerns of being taken advantage of because I was a single mother and how I had been taken advantage of at the last place I had taken my vehicle to,he then made every effort to do his absolute best to get the job done correctly and help with my deductible. Let me start off by saying this is my second time dealing with miracle body and paint. The 1st was great and I dealt with Pearl to start off and she was awesome. I dont remember the other person that time. 2nd time I started with Pearl and she was awesome as usual. She got everything set up and sent me with Derek and he knocked it out of the park. He kept me in a constant loop every time he had an update I received a phone call. When I got my car the dynamic duo did it again, my car looked better than new. I would give zero stars if I could. I chose Miracle because of the 5 star ratings I heard on TV for repairs to my vehicle drivers door from a break in. It was not completely repaired and when I advised the person in charge of the repair as well as the General manager who was trying to convince me the issue was already there. I was told that they did what was on the work order nothing was mentioned about the door not closing properly. I’m not a repair person but I think if someone came to me stating they were broken into I would repair and test it to make sure it works properly obviously they didn’t test my door to make sure it was working properly. I now have an issue where sometimes when my door closes on its own behind me it bounces. It never did it before it was broken into. It was also very frustrating when they told me it would take one day to fix and when I called them for a pickup time I was told something was forgotten and they would have it the following day in the morning. I called at noon and i was told it would be that afternoon. I was also told it would be washed and it wasn’t!

Very happy with the friendly and professional service! They left my truck like new and handled everything for me so I didn’t have to lift a finger. This will be the only body shop I use going forward!

My husband and I have used Miracle Body and Paint when our vehicles were hit. Our insurance company worked directly with Miracle Body and Paint to help streamline the process. i liked that they have rental vehicles on site so i didnt have to worry about going to another place to pick up a rental. Robert from Miracle Body and Paint was very helpful! He called me weekly to give a detailed update on the status of my vehicle. The customer service on each occasion weve had to bring our vehicles in has always been excellent and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Although my car has been in their shop for a month, Mr. Manuel personally reached out to assure me that they are doing everything possible to ensure I get my car back quickly without sacrificing the quality of workmanship. He even offered to personally deliver my car when it’s ready. I’m sure the car will be perfect once it’s completed.

Miracle was SLOW (39 days) but in the end they were Great being they could only repair what the HdP PROGRESSIVE Ins would pay for. YES! THEY DID NOT PAY FOR THE FULL EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE! They we SLOW on clearing the rental end of the bargain but in the end paid that. HdP could have/should have paid to repair full extent of damage THAT IS WHY I AM NOT W PROGRESSIVE & SWITCHED TO ALLSTATE. I recommend everyone switch & get full service instead of partial payout HdP!

I did not go through with their services. The biggest issue is their online estimate website is not secure so any information sent will not be secure. This is the reason for only one star. Want to make sire they and their customers are protected.

I do not recommend this place. Yes, I suppose if everything goes perfect you could rate them high, but I think the best way to evaluate a company is how do they respond when things dont go well. I have taken my car back to them two times to fix different issues from the original repair. On each occasion, they admitted they had made mistakes. The car is still not repaired to my satisfaction. There is a lot of wind noise coming on the drivers door they replaced and they cant fix it. They finally said that is the best we can do and that I need to take it some where else. Is that FIVE Star Service?Though the kicker is, when I asked to talk to the owner, the manager told me the owner does not talk to customers you have to contact his attorney. So if if you have a complaint you want to escalate to the owner, he wont talk to you. Think about that before you take your car here. What if something goes bad. What are you going to do?So now I am forced to take my car to another body shop to fix the wind issue and pay for it out of my pocket and then try somehow to get Miracle Body and Paint to pay me back. We ALL KNOW how that is going to go.Before you hand them the keys to the car just ask them if things dont go well is it possible to talk to the owner. See what they say.

As a marketing administrator and consultant I feel their efficiency of being able to attract consumers was very uphanded and their communication was very effective throughout the beginning and assured me that they would take care of my vehicle correctly as well as being able to diagnose and troubleshoot any problems that occurred because of my collision. However after they received my vehicle as well as the first payment from the insurance company the communication was minimal and at the least I would reach out to the organization instead of them reaching out to the consumer. It was a constant remote discussion as well as trying to receive updates on the vehicle. Their business seemed very administrative manageable although I felt assured that they would go through the 5 star calibrations like weve discussed, before deciding them to work on my vehicle; mechanically and cosmetically. Even after leaving my vehicle their for more than 2 months and a half, though by the time my vehicle was ready the body seemed very appealing in which I think they did an excellent job on my BMW Z4, though I noticed little mechanical problems in which I even made aware to the company in which forgetting to attach a sensor that blew out my A/C and ran the check engine light on for a about a week till I picked up the senor from the shop and attached it myself, as well as noticing that my horn didnt work anymore in which they tried to protest that it was before the crash however it was working fine before the collision than assured me that it was just missing a horn, in which than they ordered me one, and as soon as I got underneath the vehicle I was aware that there was still two horns attached to the frame. Now my car takes longer than usual to turn over when trying to start the ignition as well as the brake lights not being able to turn off while they consistently run. In which these problems resulted to me getting a ticket for the brake lights as well as the horn not being able to work efficiently, since the vehicle was left in the shop for more than 2 months I was unable to get it inspected as well as trying to get it to pass, since the problems they assured to me; would be touched on. In the near future I would suggest doing an analysis on a preferred body shop that is able to perform cosmetically and mechanically on a vehicle.

The staff did an Outstanding job with the repair of my brand new Genesis GV80! They meticulously researched and obtained the hard-sourced parts and my vehicle looks great!

Well going by the reviews below I decided to put my trust into the shop to fix my vehicle after my accident. My vehicle got towed into the shop approximately August 9th, 2021. I was assigned to Steven Wagner and the person over seeing my repairs which in my mind I think he is in charge of ensuring all the works get done. Weeks went by and no work was been done to vehicle. It sat for almost a month because he was having a hard time working with Geico on getting parts. Instead of waiting for the adjuster to approach him for a month he could have asked him for an update since my car had been sitting in their lot with nothing being done. Today is October 19th and there is still no end of sight of when my vehicle will get fixed. Luckily I am able to work with my Geico representative closely because the shop spends more time writing up supplements than actually working on the cars. And yes I definitely understand the damage to my vehicle was alot to work on but I based my trust on Miracle body and paint having pride on being one of the best in San Antonio. So far, i request for call backs and never receive them I have to keep calling for updates, everytime I ask for an update on when my vehicle will get done all I receive is I dont know being a customer I dont think that is an appropriate answer for waiting over 2 months and being patient with them. Life sucks and accidents happen which is why I think Miracle Body Paint went into this line of business to help us with these life situations but so far it has been a huge disappointment. The only person I would say has been helpful was Mrs. Pearl she is the only one in the shop that has actual customer service skills. The only way I recommend Miracle Body and Paint is if you want to wait months to get your vehicle fixed and never have an update. And mind you I still dont have my vehicle fixed

Miracle Body and Paint did an excellent job fixing my car. Robert went above and beyond speaking with USAA Insurance and informed them of the Texas Insurance Laws since they didnt want to pay for the damage their Insurer caused to my car. Pearl, Andy, and Jessica were great help in paper work, and rental car. They were all very professional and friendly. If needed, I would definitely do business with Miracle Body and Paint again. I came in because I went to two other establishments and they made me feel like I was bothering them to replace window weather stripping on my 2014 Ram. I guess the job was too small for them to make lots of money. I saw Miracles advertisement on tv during a Spurs game and came in to see them. Here, they made me feel very welcome and they were eager to help me out with my small job. They ordered the parts and made an appointment at my convenience due to my busy teaching schedule. I had hit some debris on the highway and the resulting damage looked pretty intense. What could have been an easy mark up and costly repair to me was quickly proven not the case when I went in for a quote on the damage.Freddy Galvan was quick to greet and help me out. Once the paperwork was filled out he was out going over the damage to my car with me. He was completely honest and what I thought was going to cost me big it was a simple part replacement in the end. It was such a relief! If your in the market for a quote be sure to include Miracle on the list.

The whole process of getting my car body fixed couldn’t have been smoother. Everyone is very friendly with a calm demeanor. Pearl was very polite and helpful. Steven was amazing. I took my BMW there after a collision. He was with me through the entire process. He communicated with me from the beginning of this process to the very end and even followed up to make sure that everything was good. I had a horrible experience with my insurance company and Steven fought for the OEM parts and to make sure that they covered my repairs without anything coming out of my pocket. He even called me during the snow storm to make sure I knew he would work on my claim as soon as he could get in the office. I had an automobile accident last week on a Saturday, and FYI, SAPD requires your vehicle to be towed to a place that can store your car until it can be looked at. They have a list and thank God, Miracle Paint and Body was on that list. The tow truck driver explained to me that I would not pay him, but that I woukd settle up with Miracle.On Monday, I called Miracle and was told that my bill for 2 days storage and admin fees, plus the tow of appox. 4 miles, would be just over $500. I was stunned and angry. My vehicle was totaled.. I had no transportation and another day was going to be charged for storage. What was I going to do?I called Miracle and was given to a lovely lady who told me the bad news over again. I explained my financial situation and that this was the vehicle that I took my mother to her cancer therapy appointments and I was immediately shown how people truly care, that its not just about money, its about helping people. I wont go into detail but I walked out of that place with a smile and some money in my pocket that really shouldnt have been there.ifThanks Miracle Paint and Body. In my book, you guy are and will remain #1 with a bullet. I love you guys!!!

I cannot recommend Miracle Paint and Body highly enough! Pearl and Micheal helped me not only with extremely efficient and friendly service, but also with getting the best price to replace the part of my door handle that was missing. They were truly wonderful. If you need any kind of repair or replacement but don’t know where to start, go to Miracle Paint and Body, they are incredibly helpful and really put their customers first.

They are SO SLOW, the manager is conveniently never available, I am always talking to the horrible assistant manager. Took my car in on July 14, it is still in the shop today (September 2) and I just got notified that it will not be ready for another two weeks, if not more. I am very UNHAPPY. They are very unprofessional. I have tried speaking to the manager and he never calls me back and is never available when I call. Very very unhappy, I will never be back.

The most frustrating experience with a business Ive ever had. Make sure you go over the damage report on your vehicle when you bring it in. Get a copy of it too.After my car had been here for over one month for repairs, the best part about it is now I have trim panels loose / misaligned on the car with paint overspray on other panels, and the clear coat is roughed in a few spots. I dont want to go back here to fix anything as Ive had a hard enough time with them. I can’t believe the “service” I received.I also wish the staff and especially the manager on site were as good as some other reviews say.I would say more about this place but you can see reviews on other sites. I regret going here - big time.

BEWARE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!This company claims to put manufacturers replacement parts on new cars, however, our new car had a rear bumper replaced with an aftermarket bumper which literally fell apart. Instead of fixing the issue and owning it this company has put me through so much frustration blaming my insurance company for the problem and forcing me into the middle of each conversation with our insurance. Every communication with this company has been miscommunication - telling me the part was approved for replacement and having me drop off my car with them, then calling me back 3 days later to let me know that somehow they misread the email and that my car was NOT approved for a bumper replacement.Beware of this company I do not trust them or their work or these good google reviews after my horrible experience.

I brought my car to the Miracle Body and Paint to get my front bumper repair after my accident. After a few days one of the front bumper parts was falling off. I had to come back to them to get it fix. Fast forward 3 to 4 months later my whole front bumper started to falling off even though there was no incident involved. Again, came back to the Miracle Body and Paint to get it check why it is already falling off. They told me because there was some kind of manufacturer expired part that didnt fit with my car. So they had to contact my insurance again to get an reimbursement for the replacement . When I ask how long it is going to take. They couldnt tell me an estimate time. Spoke and explained to the manager at the time regarding this was my third time coming back to get this bumper fix and he was not really concern anything. I wouldnt come back to Miracle Body and Paint. I strongly recommend going some where else for your car repair.

Gabriel Segovia was a great help. Dropped my deductible by 75%. Got the deer damage to the front end of my 2016 Chevy Traverse fixed in about a week. They worked with Enterprise at Ancira Chevrolet to fit me with a great rental van (insurance paid).

I hit a deer with my vehicle in our neighborhood in November. The impact damaged the front hood and light area. Michael Arevalos and Michael D helped me get my vehicle repaired and looking like new again. I was very pleased with the work as my vehicle is over fifteen years old and the paint matched perfectly. The headlight was cleaned to look like new. Excellent work and I would recommend this shop to everyone.

This the second time I have had to use Miracle Body & Paint and I was and am very pleased with there work. They called me and kept me informed of the progress. Mike was very professional and explained everything that was going on. I do and would recommend them.

Please do not take your car here! They have no idea what they are doing and will end up damaging your car.They will not make anything right if they mess up. This is by far the worst service in San Antonio.

This is the second time Ive brought a vehicle here and both times have been a great experience. Frank came out to assist us, explained the process and did a great job in keeping us up to date. Maria was so nice and helped me with the rental car process. They both made it so easy, quick and effortless. Great service. I highly recommend!

I came into Miracle Body & Paint really afraid I was going to end up paying an arm and a leg for my repairs but that wasnt the case at all!Pearl at the front is so friendly and really good at easing peoples minds when it comes to insurance and deductibles. She was patient and very kind. She matched me with a service writer quick and I was in & out in less than 30 minutes (thanks to their porter who also deserves 5 stars!).My service writer Steve Rivera went above and beyond to make sure my car wasnt just driveable - but safe to drive as well. He was also SUPER quick (my car wasnt even in the shop for 24 hours) to find and address issues and very communicative to fill me in and keep me updated.Overall really appreciated the customer service from everyone as well as the service to my vehicle. Bring your car here!! :)

When a supplement was needed from the insurance company, he was quick to take action and get the issue resolved right away. !.that was gave who wrote that. my truck was left with alot of issues,one being the radiator not install correctly and causing the transmission lines to burst spilling out all the oil. now they wont take responsibility because its been over a year,its not my job to check their work,and trusted them to do it correctly. but here are some pictures the Ford mechanic took of the work done by miracle scammers.

This place is AWESOME !!!! I took my Acura RDX, it had a lot of damage after a blow out on the highway. Steve Rivera was my service writer, and he kept me informed of the progress of my car, and when additional items were needed, he contacted the insurance company for me. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He took excellent care of my car. It was back to showroom condition, and very clean inside. The work was flawless. Jessica helped me with all the paperwork for my car and the rental. She was friendly, professional and courteous !!! My wait when I dropped off the car was less than 30, and to pick it up was even quicker. This company is true to its word. I saved 250 on my deductible. This place rocks and so do the staff. I did an online quote request and never heard a response back.

Long story short after 13 days we went to pick the vehicle up (originally quoted for 8 days for repair time) and noted some quality assurance issues not necessarily for the affected area which was painted but the maintenance involved in doing the re-paint.1:) Aft driver door trim not fully installed properly (rear part of the door card sticking out not clipped in)2:) Aft passenger door has overspray from the paint work on the door seals going into the car3:) Passenger side door lock switch inoperative (worked previously before visit)4:) Fwd passenger leather seat has damage from a sharp object5:) Aft center cup holder leather damaged (huge indent from sharp object) also has paint on it6:) Aft seats have over spray7:) Fwd driver side door has a violent pop when opening nowand of course the fact the interior was just covered in dust but thats given since the paint facility and maintenance areas are outside under a overhang and not inside a building with a controlled climate. Best part was being charged more over the quoted cost for extra paint/ labor despite being late on delivery and having the 7 faults listed. Main issue was fixed but came out with a lot more problems. Also apparently they dont remove the doors to respray so that explains overspray on the seats and door seals. Funny also how the reason for delaying delivery of the vehicle on time was also associated with putting the car back together funny since not removing the doors from the vehicle adds more time to the maintenance delay hmm.
