I have been searching for a fuel pump for my 2003 Mercedes-Benz E320 for a week. I had to have called at least 15 to 20 auto parts store here in town. No place had it but one location that was asking $389. I called the location on Fredericksburg and spoke to Renee at which point he directed me to another location for $115. I think thats all that needs to be said. If everybody would take Renee as an example, customers would be happy and recommend and definitely return such as myself.

Ive been in here twice to buy parts, I bought a clutch and a flywheel, they had the parts right here . This last time I went to get that flywheel machined, well they got bought out and dont do that anymore, but those two guys behind the counter started searching for me. One was looking for my flywheel and the other was looking threw there costumers to find out where I could get mine machined. We finally came to the conclusion that a machine job on my flywheel would have been $50. to $60. bucks and a new one was going to run me $70. so the one guy call the location on Frio street they had it and had it waiting for me. As I was walking out of the first location the guy searching for a machine shop came out to my truck and gave me the n as me and a number that machines flywheels. Awesome, I really appreciated there service.

I started working here a few weeks ago. I believe it is one of the best places of its sizes I have ever been to.

I had a bad experience with a sales rep that did not want to help me find the part I needed. He seemed distracted and it shown through to his professional demeanor. Maybe it was a fluke and these guys are awesome. I dont care to find out though. Got what I needed at Napa

Complete joke of a company. Twice we have had major issues with this location. Completely lazy and disrespectful! When asking for a manager all you get is that he is busy can we take your name.. lol. Don’t waste you time!!

Only working here as a temp already sad at the prospect of not coming back every day. There is no one person doing more work than the rest even the bosses will be up busting their butts picking or loading the trucks. Im wishing upon a star for a full time job offer in November

I go here because it is basically the only place I can find the concentrated gold motorcraft coolant for a Ford F350. They always have what I need and the price is decent.

Frank the manager is rude, lazy, and dishonest. Everyone else is very nice. I will take my business elsewhere like Frank suggested. I highly recommend they get a better manager. Frank should be demoted. Maybe he can sweep the floors and cut flywheels in the back. So the paying customers wont have to look at him or deal with his poor attitude. Maybe you should be called Half Service or Bad Service. If your parts sales are down or low. Try keeping Frank away from all the customers. I wont be purchasing any parts or service any time soon. The management is ASE certified and provide top notch customer service have your V.I.N. ready because it may be necessary to insure that you get all the correct parts to do the job profesionaly defiantly not the average parts house

Shopping at Full Service Auto Parts; I stoped at the Wurzbach and Bandera 410 location. The counter sales person that attempted to help me sent me to their main ware house; thats out by Loop 410 and IH 35 N claiming that they had two voltage Regulators for a 2015, 6.2, SS Camaro. Of corse when I arrived there I find out that I was sent with the wrong part number. The part number was for the entire alternator; not just the voltage regulator as I had asked for. So be ware when shopping for parts at Full Service Auto Parts; because they may be Full of more than Service. What a waste of time. By the way I found the part on ebay for just under sixty dollars; a far cry better than over three hundred dollars for the entire alternator.

I worked there this last past week and the supervisor Joe is hard to work with he curse at you all day and he is very sexist and he count how many times you have to go to the restroom... he complain all day about the company and how he broke his fingers there and they still didnt give him workers compensation... if its not worth working there
