Was here to purchase a transmission for one of my vehicles and the facility was very clean and had friendly employees. They helped me and offered to deliver the part all the way to Brownsville Tx at no extra cost. My vehicle is up and running and very satisfied with the customer service level. Will definitely recommend.

Took way too long to get parts I spent massive money on. Then spoke to me in spanish so i couldnt understand what they were saying... After to speaking to me fine the whole time prior. Careless and inconsiderate! Driver took My Transmission home with him instead of dropping it off to the mechanic!

6 months ago I bought an engine for a truck, they installed it right there and it continues to work without problems. They gave me a 3 month guarantee but I have not struggled at all.

Bad service. The owners name is VICTOR RODRIGUEZ. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Order a piece on March 26 2021 today is August 19 2021. Ive been calling since April asking for the piece for my money they always have a different excuse. The piece is not known where it was sent and my money has not been returned. They always have a different excuse. Or they send to speak to another person.
