Bought a battery from Universal city location. Have not had the battery for more than 1yr. Went to the fair location to get it tested. Battery was bad, employees checked to see if it was in warranty. They decided to come up with a bogus date that I purchased the battery. Apparently to them Ive had that battery for 2 years. Out of warranty according to them. So since Napa doesnt keep records of customers that purchase items. You are forced to pay out of pocket. Not good business at all. Ill stick with auto zone.
Absolutely amazing!! The assistant manager was so helpful (despite me knowing nothing about cars! 😅) he was so knowledgeable and personable!! And fast!! Got me checked out and on my way in no time!! Super appreciate it!

I wish this site let me put ZERO stars!We went in 8/15/19 purchased a part and was told by the MANAGER “CHAPA” that it would be there in 3-5 business days. I called on the 5th business day (nothing) was told they would call me when it came in. Today is day 7 I had to call and “CHAPA” said there was a problem when the person ordered it.... come to find out he was the one that did the ordering. Take some ownership for your mistakes!!!!This place should seriously consider getting a new MANAGER because obviously CHAPA doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Tried to call about it and employee left me on hold for 15 minutes so I called back and employee said he was by his self and had 6 customers ahead of me so I would have to wait if I wanted any information!
