Went to get a sensor for my truck and Jeff from parts explained he didn’t have it. I then asked ( he should have suggested another location ) if they had one at another location that had the part. He stated, “ yes. “ I then asked, can you call and make sure they have it. He said he couldn’t because he didn’t have the number. He was sitting right in front of a computer. I am NOT a satisfied customer when it comes to Jeff’s customer service. He should not be the face of Chevrolet Parts. Let’s see if Beorne Chevrolet has manors.Beorne Chevrolet had the part for $35 cheaper than Jeff quoted me at Northside Chevrolet. Jeff from Northside Chevrolet quoted me $175 w/out taxes. Beorne Chevrolet got the part for me at $150, taxes included. So thanks Jeff, turns out you were useful!

Went to grab a third brake light today. Tommy, the sale rep, didnt have it in stock but quickly went out of his way to call a local shop and find it for me. Although prices are sometimes high at dealers, Ill come back to this one becuase of service like that. Shout out to tommy!

They took care of our truck so we could get back on the road! We are driving from Tulsa, OK to Mexico when we had a check engine light! We pulled in and right away we were greeted and immediately welcomed us in the cool waiting area! The staff was amazing and so kind and compassionate! I totally recommend this place!

Now that I am trying to trade the car no dealership will take it, not even themselves, now I am looking for legal help, I wish I just had never stopped by this place.
