Just got my 05 Chevy Impala back and they did and awesome job repairing the power steering. Friendly staff, Mr. Matthew Petrusky, really explained the work and they went out of their way to give me a courtesy ride since I don’t live in the area. They even cleaned my car! Wow who does that? This place does go beyond just the repairs. This is a great automotive repair shop! Definitely be back here and would recommend to everyone.
As a young lady, I have always felt uncomfortable going to repair shops due to the fact that I was always fearful of being taken advantage of - but Finsanto changed that for me. I originally chose them for convenience and good reviews, but I wouldve never predicted such a delightful experience. Every service member was so kind and courteous, really taking the time to help me with my car problems and help me understand whats going on. Special shoutout to Matthew especially for being a constant aide along the way from my original brake service and repair to the surprise additional dead car battery at the end of it! They also provide a shuttle service for those in a close vicinity in the area, which was extremely helpful. Overall, its safe to say Ive found my go-to repair shop!
I’ve been a client now for nearly 5 years and their service is always top notch. I am especially impressed by their transparent documentation of their inspections. You’ll receive an email or text with a full report with explanations, photos and videos. Easy to understand the “why” of the service and builds trust in the decision to invest in repairs. Second to none.
VERY impressed with the quality, professionalism and knowledge of service. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem that a Nissan Dealer was not able to properly diagnose. I felt that they had a fair price for service.I was pleased enough to take a second car as soon as my first one was fixed. THANK YOU for the great experience.
Great place for any car issue that needs to get fixed.
I brought my car to this establishment just to get it looked for a sound coming from my steering column. They offered me a ride home which was great but they never told me they charge 140$ just to look at a vehicle. Ive been to 3 other places and they all were willing to take a look for free. Charged me for a 50 point inspection that I did not ever ask for. Which I might add is almost 3 times the normal for this type if inspection. I honestly feel ripped off. They also told me my rack and pinion for my power steering was leaking so I needed to replace it for 2300$. I asked them if the part was cracked and damaged. They responded that it was leaking and they would have to take a better look to determine that. What? So what did I pay 140$ for if you didnt even take a decent look at the issue?! I will not use this place ever again. And Im so angry I ever stepped foot in it.. I deserve my money back
As a mechanic and former manager of a customer service-based business, I cannot recommend Finsanto automotive any higher. From both the perspective of someone who has intimate knowledge of both mechanical and customer service, and a finally tuned ear for scammers, crooks and liars; this place has provided me with the premier tier of service that I believe is possible. Presenting both detailed, easy to read and understand reports with multiple options and price points in a very honest trustworthy way left me after my second time with them with the desire to rate them as highly as possible everywhere I possibly can, and recommend them to all my friends. I love these people, and I still owe them a beer.
The staff was extremely professional, they did a fantastic job communicating with me about the work being done on my vehicle, and resolved the issue my vehicle was having within the estimated time frame.
While waiting 4+ hrs on another shop to call me back about getting my car fixed, I called Finsanto. Jennifer was extremely helpful and was able to get me in right away. I was able to wait in the comfortable waiting room while my car was fixed. Thank you for making this stressful experience a lot easier and thank you to Jennifer for your overwhelming kindness.
I came in for an AC issue with my Mustang GT, I didnt wait long for Frank and his team to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. They explained everything with great detail and even gave me options to pay at checkout. If you have an issue Id would recommend coming in or calling to make an appointment. Thanks Frank!
Ive always received good, honest service from the techs and reception staff. The owner even went out of his way to give me a ride home when they had to hold my car a little longer.
I actually enjoy bringing my truck here. The staff is amazing. The technicians are thorough. They send you pictures of what needs to be repaired and explain why. I ABSOLUTELY recommend coming here.
I’d give zero stars if possible. For starters this company stated that I knew about the 140$ charge just to look at my vehicle. I assure you if I was told of this I would have gone anywhere other than this establishment.no one charges that kind of fee to look at a car! I was immediately greeted when I exited my vehicle by the owner. He brought a mechanic over to look at my car. I told him the issue and he said they would look at it. I went inside and he gave me a paper to write my info down. Name date of birth and a couple signatures I needed to make “so they could look at my car “ Never was a price mentioned to me. Most places will look for free because that’s how they get work. They made me feel extremely rushed. The first thing The owner said to me was how nice the air jordans were I was wearing were. Then offered me a ride. Not once but 3 times till I finally accepted it because I had no one with me to go elsewhere while they inspected my vehicle. Just so you all know they offer you a ride so they can see how nice your house is to see how much they can screw your on the prices they offer you. And none of the info in they’re response of my review is even close to true. I’m not the only one look and the negative reviews and read carefully and you’ll see a pattern I promise. I paid 140$ for some dude to look at the underside of my car with a flashlight for 2 hours. The only picture I received was a picture you could take under a car without removing a single part. They run that clock and charge you hourly even when you don’t know about the charge. I’ve had my car looked at by 2 other places and they charged me nothing. Please don’t go here. They lie to you. They recommend you replace parts that don’t need it. They said my battery was bad. Well it’s nearly brand new so that’s a lie. They said it’s 1500 to replace my rack and pinion because it’s leaking. Well guess whatI fixed the problem with a 13$ bottle of Lucas stop leak. I don’t blame the mechanics they’re just doing what they are told to do. Please save yourself money and find a decent place. Best of luck to anyone who walks in their door.so there’s your review from my new email. The other email I had for 9 years. If you’re reading this look at the Yelp reviews. They can’t edit those and you’ll see for yourself. Maybe they’re honest with other people besides me this is just my experience.
Stopped in as a walk-in for an vehicle inspection was greeted and seen immediately no waits. Was super impressed with the waiting area and shop! You definitely get what you pay for it takes a lot of money to have that equipment and working conditions. Hands down this place is up to par with BMW service centers.
I dont trust auto mechanics, or I should say I didnt. I had the folks at Finsanto work on my 2005 Dodge Power Wagon as a test of how they do business and let me tell you they strive to impress. The transfer case and front sway bar had issues and the resolved them in 30 minutes. They have since worked on my GMC Denali, my Dodge Challenger and soon Im going to take my wifes new Hellcat in to get it check out because they do that too - and give you a written report with pictures and videos to boot.I dont know if I trust all auto mechanics, but I trust the folks at Finsanto.P.S. Ask for Nick and tell him Mike sent you!
I trust the mechanics and work done here. I don’t trust the dealership shop, so I try to keep my costs low by scoping out better shops. So far I’ve had great service at Finsanto. They’re honest, straightforward, and give detailed descriptions about issues.
One of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair shop. The quote for repair was good and the repair was done quickly. Customer Service was great with follow-ups. Finsanto lives up to their Mission Statement and Ill definitely use them again. Great job! Thank you.
We were looking for a place to take my 2012 Ford Escape. It was in fairly good condition, only 92k miles, but the AC needed to be repaired. Our usual mechanic was booked solid and we wanted to try someplace good since I know the car is gonna need some maintenance and repair as I round to 100k miles. Finsanto’s communication is THE BEST from any mechanic shop ever. Not just the email, but in phone calls, and in person as even the owner came to talk to my husband. Yes it’s slightly pricey but the TWO YEAR warranty offsets any of that cost. We ended up doing a little more work than just the AC (new alternator and belts) and I’m shocked at how good it sounds and runs. Also, the work was done pretty quickly. We dropped it off Tuesday evening and picked it up Thursday afternoon. My car was clean and I’m definitely going back to get the rest of the repairs done—new shocks and brake pads. Don’t be afraid of going to a nice, clean, shiny auto shop—this is YOUR car—take it somewhere fancy for a change!
I brought my car in because I do not trust going to the dealer for my car needs. They were able to identify every single issue with my car and sent me a very detailed review with pictures and explaining what was wrong. Jennifer was very honest with me on what my car needed as it was a major repair and really made me feel comfortable and in good hands with the further repairs my car needs. They took care of me and I really needed that.
Excellent business. You will be treated well. I recommend the inspections they offer. They will leave no stone unturned. If your vehicle needs a repair they will give you a picture of the part and can show where a piece is broken or worn.
Finsanto truly went above and beyond my expectations! I went in for a 4-wheel alignment today and from the very first moment that I was welcomed all the way through to the checkout, everything was clear, professional, and easy! The service was done on a timely manner and additionally, I was advised on further services that my vehicle required thanks to a complementary 51-point inspections detailed report and professional and friendly staff explaining everything to me. It is difficult to find good automotive service these days and we all know that! Finsanto comes highly recommended!
I went it for the annual inspection, but asked them to look at an issue I thought I had with my battery. It turned to be a wiring issue not a dead battery. The repair process cost only $42 and I was out in 30 min. Great people!
Congratulations on your 400th review! The employees of Finsanto are fantastic. I appreciate you guys! 👏🥇🔧🚗🚙🚛🚌
They did an amazing job on my 1976 Stingray. They replaced the transmission and did a lot of other work. The customer service was amazing, the technician did quality work and it was a good price.I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Took my 09 Altima Coupe at Finsanto to diagnosed why my car goes on limp mode when driven on the freeway. Ive taken my car to the dealer a few times, but they were not able to duplicate and diagnosed the problem. The issue started when I had the CVT fluid exchange. Finsanto did a great job in finding roof of the problem that the CVT fluid was overfilled w/c causes limp mode to prevent it from overheating. Took my car back to the dealership with Finsantos finding w/c was quickly resolved and apology was in ordered. Thank you Finsanto for resolving this issue we had with my car for months now.
We took our 2014 Hyundai Elantra to Finsanto Automotive because the vehicle had been stalling while driving to work the past few days. Problems arose during the visit that we believe consumers should be aware of:1. Finsanto performed a walk around and took pictures. When we picked up the vehicle when they said that it was fixed, we noticed that there were dents and missing paint in the driver’s side door. We immediately went inside and the person behind the desk checked his computer for the pictures, studied them and said that the dents were there from what he saw in the pictures. We were emailed photos with the inspection report. Not wanting to make a scene in their establishment, we decided to take his word for it and headed home. Upon arriving at home, we noticed more dents on the passenger side front door. We looked at the photos that they emailed and enlarged them on our computer. Believe it or not the dents were not there in our photos that they emailed. They refused to acknowledge the damage.2. Upon checking the odometer reading and comparing it to the reading when the vehicle was checked in to see how long the technician test drove the car; mileage in was 71138 and mileage noted when we got the vehicle home from the shop was 72588 (we didn’t subtract 10 miles for the ride home according to to Google Maps). That’s a total of 1450 miles on a test drive.3. Finsato performed their normal “Vehicle Health Inspection”, Courtesy Alignment Check, Changed the oil, and filter (amended from initial post-we spotted oil drops on our driveway since the oil was changed, the drain plug was not tightened thus causing an oil leak), Performed check engine light diagnosis, road test (as mentioned above), retrieved the codes from control Module, pinpoint diagnostics, replaced spark plugs, and “GDI Direct Injection Fuel System Cleaning. We also received a whole list of items needing to be performed which didn’t have anything to do with the vehicles stalling problem. Total cost $876.30. If the diagnostics had been performed, the problem would have been detected.Within a few days, the vehicle started doing the exact same thing “stalling”, this time the vehicle would not start and had to be towed. We decided to take the vehicle to a AAA recommended shop since AAA provided the tow truck. Long story short, they found the problem and fixed it right the first time. The actual problem was exactly what came up when I Googled the problem while the car was in the 2nd shop.We used Finsanto Automotive when we first moved here for a vehicle inspection. They treated us very nice and that was why we returned to them when we had vehicle problems. Something has changed here and not for the better. We will not return.
Great people. Fair prices and the best customer service.
Fast service and friendly. They did an registration inspection. I lost my original copy and they quickly gave me a replacement. We had service done in the past and they also did a great job. I like how they take pictures of everything and send to you.
Very fast and efficient service. They were able to get my car in the day I called and had it out in just a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional, did a quality job. Will continue to do business with them in the future.
Just wanted to thank the guys at Finsanto for the great job they did on my car. They went above and beyond getting my service done on my car. Also the service was done quick and right! When I left I was very satisfied with the service. I would recommend them to my Family & Friends. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work. 👍👍
Very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions I had about specific car problems I was experiencing.
What an adventure! Almost $7000 of work on an old 1995 RV. Good communication. Felt like they were on my side throughout the process, and I’m so much more comfortable on the road now. Won’t hesitate to take the old girl back for maintenance items.
Thought I had an oil leak so I brought my car in for a diagnostic based on the good reviews. We made an appointment and the ladies who work the front desk were very pleasant. They got us taken care of right away. Even while we waited the other staff were very attentive. And the mechanic that looked at the car (which had no leak, and was a sensor issue) was very reassuring, even showed us under the car and gave us info on what to look for for future reference. I would definitely recommend 👌
I took my car in for inspection when emergency order was lifted having never been there. It wasnt hard to believe that they were aiming to take every stimulus check from customers. I had the work done and paid the bill, but I was left with the feeling that my car was ready for the Lexus graveyard. As soon as I was able, I had my regular mechanic check the car out. He said it was fine. Live and learn.
I love when it’s time to take my car in. They are friendly professional and take very good care of my car. I’ve been going to them for years. They rock it every time. Thank you
Excellent and professional service. Very accommodating. Thank you!
One of the most straightforward and honest shops Ive dealt with. Great customer service, especially when they offered to get me back home when they discovered that the work on my car would take longer than expected. They took time to answer my questions and explain the possible issues. Then when everything was fixed they explained what they did and had other recommendations. Definitely a solid shop with excellent mechanics and service teams!
The Finsanto team is knowledgeable, friendly, and are professionals that show they honestly cared about their customers. They work with integrity and precision! I definitely recommend them!
Fast, professional, personable service. Got my car back up and running in with no fuss. Highly recommended!
I don’t normally write reviews. However, this company was too good to not give them a proper review.I was kept in the loop the entire time during maintenance of my truck. They even found discrepancies that the dealership either didn’t care to fix or missed. They sent me pictures so I would know what exactly they were talking about. Their customer service is excellent. Very friendly and professional. I felt I left my truck in good hands. If you want great service all around and quality work then Finsanto is the place to go. I will use them as my primary mechanics for all my vehicles.Thank y’all so much Finsanto.
Outstanding customer service, efficiency and kindness, this shop really surprised me and definitely I recommend it
I bring my car here a lot. Friendly people who know what they are doing.
This is going to be my new home. I been looking for an automotive shop for a while. The owner was kind enough to pick me up from my home after doing a basic diagnostic on my vehicle and was very kind and generous. He made me feel right at home and I feel safe leaving my vehicle with right people to get the right job done.
Very poor customer service skills. I’ve recently had to poor experiences with this shop and will never use them again. Brought Benz in the first time and may I add with the replacement part and it took almost a month. I had to call them multiple times getting lied too and excuses, at that time Frank was the manager. They offered absolutely nothing for their failure. Lest than 200 miles later I had another issue with convertible top. I brought it in and they immediately without even checking started deflecting responsibly. Well needless to say it wasn’t the original part they replaced. As I’ve stated they originally allowed me to purchase my own parts, now the NEW manager Amanda tells me they don’t do that!!!! I feel this was biased on multiple levels. Opportunity for “Customer Service Recovery” blown they’re way too many Automotive Shops in San Antonio to accept failures on any level.
I took my Audi A4 in for some upcoming major service. Frank and Annette and the entire crew were awesome ! They let me know exactly what needed to be done and what could wait. All the major service was done...they worked with me and took care of my little car. Im overly impressed, and Im not easy to impress ! I know how to do the work...just unable to now. They exceeded my expectations and saved me money too. I highly recommend them ! Skip is a happy camper ! They are going to do work on all my vehicles from now on !
Finsanto is the greatest from staff to service. During these times finsanto cut no corners to protect their customers from using plastic covers to clean pens.
Had a great experience. Got my brakes flushed and my alternator belt done. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I want to say thank Frank especiall. He had great customer service and he even did and inspection and emailed me some recommendations. I appreciate that. Very reasonable and affordable prices as well. Definitely will be going back for future work done. Thanks again 🙌🏾
Finsanto is a great auto mechanic shop. Frank and Annette were so helpful. They went out of their way to help me and my husband get our car repair on a timely basis for our trip and they did it at a very good price, $375.00 less compare to a neighborhood mechanic shop. Love this shop Patrizia
They were very professional completed the repairs very quick also very good with customersI definitely recommend this companyQ
I went in for an alignment on my lowered vehicle. The guy that I spoke to was very rude, and didn’t help me one bit. I was simply trying to get some help on if I would need any suspension parts to help with clearance for my tires. He just gave me the run around and kept telling me my tires we’re too big. I went here because they had done an alignment on my previous vehicle that was also lowered. They were a lot nicer back then. Thankfully I found a shop who was able to help and tell me exactly what I needed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I came here for the first time to see what was going on with my car. I worked with Service Advisor Annette. She was Very friendly and wonderful in trying to help me get my car fixed. As a new customer, she explained that they offer high-quality parts and warranties for parts and labor that can be use nationwide and they do detailed inspections with pictures that can be texted and emailed to you so you have detailed visual records for your auto. Definitely a company to keep for your auto needs!
This is a very good shop. The staff are very thorough and do a great job explaining their process. The pricing is fair and the quality high. Will definitely come back.
Great costumer service, great job ! So far the car is running well !
My previous mechanic retired and closed up shop so I was looking for a new place to take my car in. Took my my car to have my A/C checked. They were very very thorough and gave me a detailed estimate on what was wrong. Anne at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Definitely found a permanent place to take my car in to get serviced.
Personal, Caring, Thorough, and very detailed service with a smile. They truly go the extra mile to meet all your needs as a customer. I will definitely go back and refer all my friends and family.
Came to get my motorcycle inspected to reregister it. Finsanto is fast and friendly. I will always come back for everything on me other vehicles too.
I have been coming to Finsanto for a few years now and ever since Annette took over front desk, the quality in service and taking care of the customer has sky rocketed. She sees the value in every person walking through the door and comes up with very feasible solutions and is always about securing business in the most professional and communicative manner. My visits to Finsanto have gotten better every time I visit and require some type of service for my vehicle. I will continue to come back cos of Annettes incredible customer service. Thank you for all you do Annette!
Set up an appointment at noon for an oil change before work and was told I would have a 4 hour wait. Had to leave without getting my vehicle serviced.
Fantastic service. I was helped by Frank and Emilio. Everybody seems to be well aware of their role at this shop. I took my 370z in for a 4-wheel alignment, they got my vehicle squared up perfectly. I was even able to request specific toe settings up front. I will be coming back here for all my alignment needs. Highly recommended.
Awesome experience; I highly recommend Finsanto Automotive Repair. The staff is friendly and professional.
I took my 2010 Toyota 4Runner to Finsanto Automotive to have them diagnose a check engine light that had recently occurred on my SUV. I dropped off the vehicle at the appointment time. About an hour or so later they sent me a text with a link to a very nicely done report about my vehicle detailing the inspection of the vehicle (50 point digital health inspection). The report is impressive, with pictures of the vehicle, pictures of engine fluids, battery test, tires, etc. Again, I was really impressed with this report. But I took it in to get the check engine light diagnosed.I received a call from one of the ladies working the counter to go over the issue. The check engine light was for a code for the catalytic converter. She told me that BOTH catalytic converters and 5 O2 sensors needed to be replaced. The first estimate I received was for $3,891 ($2191 for the converters and 1700 for all the O2 sensors). I almost fell out of my chair as that was about a quarter of the total cost of the car (when I purchased used a few years ago). After going back and forth a few times and her checking some other available parts she got it down to $2,998 for everything (this included a first time customer discount as well). I declined the repair, picked up the car and paid for the diagnosis report of $130.26.A few weeks later I fixed the vehicle, with help from my brother, for $115.02! Saving me a grand total of $2,882.98! The $115 was for 2 NEW downstream (below the catalytic converter) O2 sensors and an OBD2 Scanner/Code Reader from Amazon. It took us about 2 hours of work to fix the vehicle, drive test and use the Scanner to check for the error code again. I replaced 2 downstream O2 sensors. Both catalytic converters are fine and both upstream O2 sensors are fine. What Finsanto FAILED to do was to correctly investigate and diagnose the code given by the vehicle. If you used a scanner to get the code and google the code you would see that the issue was either the catalytic converter OR an O2 sensor. The OBD2 scanner (and an Android app that connected to the scanner) also told me WHICH O2 sensor was malfunctioning. A good mechanic shop should diagnose an issue and ONLY fix what needs to be repaired. Finsanto wanted to replace parts that were not defective passing on the cost to me. Not cool! They also told me there were 5 O2 sensors to replace. That was not correct. My SUV only has 4 O2 sensors, while a CALIFORNIA vehicle emissions Toyota 4Runner has 5. I don’t know what they would have done with the extra sensor if I had let them fix it? Put it in the glove box? They have an amazing shop, brick front building, many bays, lots of mechanics, 2 customer service people at 2 counters and a great customer waiting area. I guess it costs quite a bit to keep all that running. From now on I will stick to the small shops where the mechanics answer the phones, run the counter, fix your car and take your money.
My wife recently took her vehicle to Finsanto because thats where she had been taking it for years prior to us meeting. The business seems very professional and their processes (taking pictures, etc.) is a nice, but unnecessary touch (a doctor doesnt take pictures of my organs to show me before he does surgery). Im not going to question the quality of their work because we didnt have anything except a simple diagnostic check performed, but that cost $120 just to identify possible problems. Most shops do this for free, or remove the diagnostic fee if you have the recommended maintenance performed. But more importantly, after receiving the itemized bill, I started to have my doubts about their pricing. Ultimately, I chose to take my wifes car to a different shop and saved myself approximately $700, while also getting an additional service performed. Additionally, I had them check a couple things Finsanto identified and the other mechanic confidently said, why would I repair something that isnt broken or worn? Again, I suspect the work at Finsanto is quality. But, I think some of their recommended repairs are questionable and that you are paying a premium compared to many other shops. Im not saying not to use Finsanto, rather Im saying their prices are much higher than the service received.***Edit: After receiving a response from the owner, Ill provide more accuracy to ensure future customers are informed and all details are on the table. Again, Im not saying Finsanto did a poor job, rather Im stating I found differing opinions through another mechanic and Finsantos prices were higher. My wife relayed to the owner that we were taking the car to Germany and we wanted it checked from top to bottom. Finsanto did that at a cost of $120 dollars. The shop that fixed the car did the same for free and corrected a couple actions Finsanto said were necessary based upon the manufacturers guidance. But upon a visual inspection by another mechanic, he stated the parts/ mechanics of the vehicle were still functioning properly and the manufacturers guidance is a recommendation based upon normal trends, but doesnt account for all cars or drivers. To the specifics, Finsanto recommended:1) A new battery at a cost of $251.44. Battery was replaced at Advanced Auto parts for $168.61.2) Lube, Oil and Filter at a cost of $79.88. Other mechanic lube oil and filter cost ~$60.3) Evac and recharge/ HVAC services $250.99. Other mechanic cost $249.78.4) Replace Brake Pads and Rotors $348.47. Other mechanic recommended continued use and no maintenance for 30-40k miles based upon driving habits.5) Brake Flush $153.88, Other mechanic $98.566) Air Filter $65.46, Existing air filter is a K&N re-useable filter that simply needed to be cleaned, not replaced. Air filter cleaned and replaced in 20 minutes.7) Cabin Air Filter $64.00, Autozone and 15 minutes of my time $19.888) Alignment $139.88, Other mechanic $89.959) Check Engine Light $119.88, other mechanic did not identify a check engine light or electrical problem to be correctedJust counting services conducted, Finsanto was ~$317.54 more expensive than the alternate mechanic. Counting the brake work the second mechanic said was unnecessary, the savings is $666.01.In closing, I am not questioning the quality of Finsantos work, nor do I think they were being dishonest in their assessment. I think they stated the manufacturers recommendations in some cases when it was not warranted, and that based upon my actual experience, their prices are higher than other shops. Because the owner did reach out to me via his/her review, I raised my star rating by 1 star to account for an owner that truly cares about their business and their customers opinions and concerns.
I just had my first oil change done here. Wayne at the front desk was very personable and made it a nice experience. Everything went smoothly, the digital report is nice, and the prices are definitely reasonable. Thank you!
Fixed a problem from a previous repair. It was simple, however they didnt charge me. Honest business. Rare to see this, as they are a local auto shop operating with such big competition around. Will gladly go again.
Everyone was awesome!!!! The outdoor pergola was perfect on a windy Spring day. Mr. Finley himself brought me water and was concerned about my comfort. Mr. Andre Dillard was professional, courteous, efficient, and concerned about my numerous repairs. He kept me informed of prices and progress on the van. He is certainly an asset! I feel confident that the best work was done on my Toyota Sienna. I was even given pleasant rides home by Luis and Emilio. I strongly recommend Finsanto!!!
I knew I was due for a brake work and came here because it’s across the street from me and convenient. I like everything about this facility. The inside is clean, everyone is very professional and checked on me multiple times. During the inspection they gave pictures of everything and even pulled me back so I could take a look at the rotor myself before agreeing to replace it. Once I got an estimate of how much time it would take I decided to come back and they had one of their guys drive me home. The work I had to get done wasn’t cheap, and again that’s mainly on me for waiting to Get the pads replaced, but this place really did the small things to make the sting of that more bearable. Will definitely be returning.
Great service and will definitely bring back my 84 GMC to the shop . Nick (office) and Stone (mechanic) where very helpful and explained the issues my truck had and will be scheduling more work later to address the issues and make sure that it runs safe and efficient. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family .
Great auto mechanic shop. Frank was very helpful to my Mom and explain all the repairs in detail. Fair prices and a very clean shop. I highly recommend Finsanto.
Excellent service and prices. I went there with a broken screw in the power steering pump hose and they dropped what they were doing and immediately worked on my van. Instead of having me spend hundreds on a new pump they extracted the screw and put in a new one. Turned out to be a fraction of the cost. Very satisfied with the service. Will be going back.
Really great people—very thorough with the diagnostic and the repair.
Great customer service. Frank was very informative by explaining in detail the problem with my car. When I arrived at the shop, it was near closing time and David assisted me immediately. Its been several years since I had been at Finsanto and after all these years, they still have excellent service. Thank you!
Ive been taking my 2011 Chevy Silverado here for years. New transmission is working great. Just had the breaks and rotors worked on and feels like new. Quick turnaround, fair pricing, and great customer service always brings me back. Keep up the good work, Frank!
Excellent service! I called ahead to verify the shop wasnt very busy. When I got there, Wayne took care of me right away and got my car in the shop immediately. His estimate of when my car would be ready was accurate. I only had contact with Wayne and Annette. They were both very friendly. I would certainly do business here again.
Thank you for a great service to my 2001 Nissan Frontier Truck!....Fast turn around and fair price!....Mario C.
Very professional staff! I brought my vehicle in for an electrical issue... they found several other potential problems, explained them to me and allowed me to decide if I wanted any of those other issues fixed. There was no pressure— just friendly advice. I chose to have a few of the major issues repaired. My car is now working better than it has in several months.I will bring my vehicle back to Finsanto for future repairs.
Great experience. I have use them three times and will use them again in the future. Their very good and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them.
Finsanto has definitely gone above and beyond with service. I had no way of picking up my work truck from there shop after service was completed si they delivered it to my house that was greatI will definitely recommend this shop and will be taking my personal vehicles for service here and Frank had definitely built a great shop all his staff and anyone who works there are friendly and great thanks again
Great experience. Took my truck in to fix the oxygen sensors and they found 2 more issues. They not only explained it clearly but also send pictures showing the issues. Their customer service was top notch and kept me in the loop through the process. Highly recommend them and will be going to them from now on. Keep up the great work!!!!
Finsanto is the best auto repair shop in San Antonio. I would not trust my car with anyone else. Frank is absolutely the best. Always so polite, professional and knowledgeable and he will never try to sell you anything you don’t need.
I went here a couple of days ago in order to get my state inspection done and had the best experience! Frank, had amazing customer service and was polite as well as very efficient and informative and kind in the means of helping me understand what was wrong with my car. I will most likely be returning to this facility and company for any needs of my car and would highly recommend it to everyone near the area and needs a place that is caring and kind and helpful.
Great experience with service. I got my Landrover brakes done here a few months ago started to have issues with them, brought in today and had no problems getting it fix. I was greeted with friendly staff and hot coffee. I was very impressed with how they take care of their customers, I didnt have to pay anything because it was still under warranty. 👍👍
First time at Finsanto Automotive and my expectations were exceeded. Great people working at their shop both in the front and in the shop. Super friendly, courteous, respectful, and honest. I would give them more 🌟 if Google would allow it. 10 🌟 rating in my book. Highly recommended. Awesome job guys.
Excellent service from the moment I made the call until my car was ready. I certainly plan to continue, when and if my car needs any kind of service by taking my car back to Finsanto.Very, very satisfied.
This place WILL take care of you and your car but the only reason why Im giving two stars is because the place is WAY over priced. It cost me 1200 JUST to get my breaks fixed. I had a bad wheel bearing on my front left tire and it was going to be well over 600 to fix. I took my car somewhere the next day and got it fixed for 75 dollars. If you dont paying extra for simple WORK this place is for you other than that RUN $$$$$$$....WAY TOO EXPENSIVE
Frank and staff quickly helped me with an issue with my wheel bearings. I brought the car in at 1030 on a Saturday am. I picked it up completely repaired at 600 pm the same day. I’ve been trying to fix that issue for weeks on my own. They did it in one day.
Great place and great people. This place is amazing and couldnt be better. They have my loyalty for all our ranch vehicles.
I had squeaking brakes. They told me the cause of my problem, gave me options and reparied my brakes in a very reasonable time. Awesome!!
Great people, Great service, Great prices I really appreciated there help got my car done the next day !
I love that warranty is always included and how transparent they are.
Took my 2007 Chevy Cobalt in for repair of the thermostat housing. Not only did Finsanto do a thorough repair, they also conducted an in-depth assessment of the vehicle. The price was right, the repair was outstanding and I will be going back for more work.
Excellent service! Had several repairs done. Frank thoroughly explained all the findings and recommended repairs, and kept me updated on the progress. Will definitely continue to use them for any needed car repairs!
I been completely satisfied with the service done here they are real friendly and treat their customers with respect. They do a 51 point inspection of your car no matter the service free and take picture of any issue which may need attention. Last week I had oil change today headlights restored the current way. They are true professionarls and I recommend this place and you wont regret it.
Excellent family owned auto mechanic shop. Staff is really friendly, and they take the time to inspect your vehicle. Andre was great on helping me get what I needed down for my car, and working through my warranty. Their prices are fair, and I will be a long time customer.
Frank and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. One of the best experience I’ve had when it comes to car repair which can be an hassle. Fair prices and quality service.
I started bringing my vehicles to Finsanto a few years ago. They do really good work ! Frank is an AWESOME person and will take care of his customers. Check these guys out
I needed some work done on my truck. Having been here before and decided to return to get this new work done. As before I was shown what needed attention before starting to make repairs. The repairs took about 4 hours. No problems so far. Very happy with repairs.
I have to brag about Frank at Finsanto on Bandera!!! He went above and beyond to give me the piece of mind as to what was going on with my daughters car. He took the time to help me out instead of turn me away as they were swamped with customers. It was a couple of hours before closing time yet he reassured me that he could help me. I will definitely be making this place my go to everything when it comes down to mechanics for my daughters Jetta. Thank you Frank and thank you Finsanto for hiring such a amazing employees. He treated me as if he knew me all my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Incredible A+ service. They did a speedy check up on my vehicle. Took pictures and took the time to talk over their findings in detail. They also emailed me the car report.
They fixed my vehicle quickly and efficiently. The service was impeccable! They fixed my husbands car before and we will definitely be using them again! Thanks, Frank and your entire staff!
Great Experience! Appreciate the fact that they were constantly giving me updates and feedback
