They really took care of me quickly. My battery was not in stock they ordered my battery and they also suggested that I not drive my car until the battery was replaced. They offered snacks and water. While I waited .The service is great .

Went for an oil change and they notified me of some things that were going to need attention soon. Not pushy at all. They were all very nice. I had to wait for a filter, but that was out of their control. I will definitely being going back.

I had been bringing both my vehicles here for the past two years. I arrived at 9am today for an oil change. The manager said it would be a four (4) hour wait because he only had one tech working. There was one vehicle in the bay, no other vehicles in the parking lot, and no one in the waiting room or outside the bldg (COVID). When I asked if I could make an appointment for later, like after lunch, he told me the appointment system was not working.I told him I would come back later and he told me, come at 2pm. Come at 2 and I’ll get you right in. I said it’s a deal, I’ll be back.I arrived at 1:50pm and no one in the parking lot, and no employee or manager at the desk. 10 minutes later, the manager walked in and asks if there is something he can help with. I reminded him of our conversation this morning and he said it would be at least a 45 minute wait. He said the car ahead of me had an appointment....after he told me in the morning the appointment system wasn’t working. He could have not made it any clearer that they do not want my business. I will never go back or buy anything from SEARS.

My first experience with this Auto Center was great! Very friendly staff, easy to locate and their prices are competitive and beat most others I researched for the services I needed.Ill update again after more visits, but I can easily see this being a 5 star establishment for the services they offer.

This place is honest and quick. I noticed a small oil leak and they found the drain plug was a little loose and tightened it up and sealed no big deal but it could have been. Thanks for taking care of me!

Got a flat tire, but my tires were old any needed to be replaced anyway. Rem and Raul really took care of me and got me a good deal on a new set of tires. They were able to get the tires in on the same day and got me back on the road right after work.

I used to hate going to mechanics but ever since I found this shop I find it to be a pleasant experience. Ive been going here for over a year and everyone is so friendly. Richard was great during my last visit. He kept me informed throughout my wait and he helped me find a promotional discount. I feel like I can really trust these guys.

Allen and Rich were extremely welcoming and took care of my car perfectly. Absolutely 5 star service! The manager Nem is fantastic! Copil was the tech that assisted us and he provided professional and friendly customer service. Because their tire prices were so great, we went ahead and purchased 4 tires instead of 1. Which we paid less than $400 for (I have a 2004 Volvo SUV). I was really nervous about going to an automotive place when my tire was flat. But the automotive (Beldons) down the street referred them. Then I jumped on Google to check their reviews, which are excellent. As long as I live here, I will use DieHard Auto Center! These guys were awesome! Bought my tires from Amazon. Had them shipped to this location for installation. Saved a lot of money. To buy the tires for my 2016 Charger in the shop was $161/tire plus disposal. To buy them on Amazon, $90 a tire including disposal. The experience was seamless. Ordered the tires, chose this location because it was nearest to me, Amazon delivered the tires and set up an appointment for me to get them installed. Tire service was also paid through Amazon so no out of pocket when I left this location. While I waited for the tires to be mounted the shop provided me with coffee and Wifi. All in all it was a pretty decent experience. The work was done very well too. Theres a reason Amazon uses this location. They know their stuff! Well done!

The manager Raymond and his team really make me feel comfortable when I go in with my old cars. Being a used car owner he makes me less scared. They are absolutely great here and if you are in need of good honest mechanics these are your guys. They will explain everything in detail and show you what needs to be fixed and explain why.

I called and setup an appointment for an oil change. I arrived early for the appointment and after waiting 45 minutes and my car not being in for service I decided to leave. I understand this is not a 10 minute oil change place, but 45 minutes after the appointment a reasonable person would expect progress on the service. I’ve visited this location before and received excellent service, thus the two stars. Like the rest of Sears it’s wildly mismanaged. Such a shame.

Within 30 minutes, they told me what was wrong with my car and gave me a quote. They understand people and put their customers as their top priority. First off Joe Smith is obviously not my real name, but this review is.I was very pleased with the work, employees I encountered, and the time it took to install my battery.I stopped in on a Monday afternoon because I was having battery issues. They said they would replace the battery while I waited. I had brought a book with me expecting it to take some time, I sat outside read three paragraphs and was informed that my vehicle was ready. The whole process took about 20 min tops. They started to replace my battery before the paperwork was even printed up.Id like to recognize two employees- Allen Young, the assistant store manager and Armando, the tech that installed the battery and tested the alternator. Both were extremely personable and made me feel like my business mattered. I will definitely be going back.

I needed a battery for my 2015 Toyota RAV4. Allen, the Manager, was very competitive on the price for an equivalent battery from another company. He was very helpful and his service was excellent. DieHard has earned my trust. I needed general maintenance and a tune-up for an upcoming road trip, knowing my 2004 SUV was in need of repair, and searched for local auto centers near me . DieHard stood out as they have awesome reviews and people that seem to care.Karen was a joy to work with. She understood the situation, let me know shed get me taken care of, and called a few times to give updated quotes and timeline estimates while educating me on the situation. They turned a $500 quote to $250 as some of the initial work wasnt as bad as it looked.Unfortunately Im moving away so wont be coming back but would strongly recommend them!

Rudy and Raymond hands down are experts in what they do. Now as far as integrity... I’m not to sure anymore. I’ve been taking my car to Sears for five years now, never any issues! The day before my brother Christopher Polk funeral I took my car to get an oil change and I never got a working car back! I paid around $600 of work to be told my car was ready and when I picked it up it wouldn’t exceed over 40MPH and stopped ten mins away on highway with on coming traffic with my two young boys in the car. My car was fine when I took it to Die Hard auto and not once was an oil change preformed (which was the main purpose of my visit). I called following morning and spoke to Raymond the manager when the shop opened to see what went wrong and why they took my money knowing the car was not ready. He states he has other appointments to assist.. I then brought a retired veteran to my aid because I felt as if I was being played. To my reality I was!!! Raymond stated he is not sure and his worker Rudy didn’t let him know anything, sorry excuse for a manager. Myveteran friend introduced him self and asked Raymond why a oil change was never performed he couldn’t answer. So now I don’t know what’s wrong with my car nor even have a car now !!! My friend had to ask Raymond to speak with respect because he is a retired veteran and he was speaking to him with respect, Raymond states he toyed as well. He told me cut my ties and they knew what they were doing because I got my taxes.I’m appalled and upset thought they were like family.

Had tire going flat but band-aid w fixaflat cans. Worried that liquid inside would prevent patch remedy so asked professionals @ DieHard to inspect/repair. After inspection and cleaning the excess liquid inside tire, our service manager recommended that the tire should be replaced which we declined. He then thanked us, brought the car to front, and bid us good day. NO CHARGE. That is professionalism in our book.

Cipol and Malcom really did help me out of a bine. I just got two flats in a company car yet they stayed open an extra 45 minutes to see I was taken care off. Not many businesses care about the customer as much as these 2 gentleman if i come back its defiantly because of those guys

It was a huge mistake by taking my car to them for FREE performance snapshot evaluation from Sears. After evaluation they found some leaks, upon their suggestion I fixed it by paying around $900 Since then it starts giving me more issues. I went for the evaluation in a smooth running Toyota Sienna.Your vehicle will becomes junk if you got your vehicle fixed from here, because once they fix an issue get ready to spend more for other 2 issues. Rude Manager!I believe it was you only who suggested me to sell my car with the smiling face on my last visit (after visiting 5-6 times) to you guys.

Absolutely the best experience Ive had at an auto repair shop - ever! Allen is somebody you can trust! I was having trouble with my TPMS(?) monitors on a couple of my tires; he spent a few minutes researching on-line to learn that dealers have told people to over-inflate the tires to have the monitors shut off. He knows that is not good for the tires, so suggested I go buy them from the dealer (so theyll be pre-programmed and specific for my car) - and suggested I replace all four, since the problem I had was one that had a weak battery. Once one goes dead, the others are soon to follow. And better yet, no charge since I was having my tires rotated for the warranty!

They were not able to get the financing for me even though they claim is all you need is a S.S. card, valid ID,and proof of income. Which I provided and they still wouldnt help me

The manager Raymond was very informative, listened to me, diagnosed the problem I was having with my truck, and explained things to me in a way a girl could understand. The last mechanic I used didnt listen to me, and Ive been having the same problem for 3 months Problem solved finally!!! (Water pump needed to be replaced) And had my truck done in 2 hours.

I never give reviews but this has cost me so much time and money and I just wanted a oil change and asked if they could installed 1 Tpms sensors. I took my truck in to get an oil change and to see if they can install a TPMS sensor for me on my passenger rear tire, they said they dont sell the sensors I had my own for my truck I just couldnt install it they said sure no problem, after getting back to my truck my passenger front tire was not reading I asked they said it will clear in 24 I didnt get this one worked on it was the back one they said oh well yeah that should be fine. I start driving my tires my truck is shaking when I go over 30 mph and feels like its driving to the left or right, I thought my tire was flat or my tire was super loose,The store was closed. I called back in the morning and said yeah bring it in we can look at it, I go back after work, told them my truck is driving terribly I feel very unsafe and they look at it and say nothings wrong, And they tell me they dont even really do TBS in sensors they recommend going to the dealership.I had it there for 3 hours and they did nothing for me after that take it a discount tire the next day tell me my tires arent balanced my lug nuts were loose and they couldnt even read my front passenger tire sensor anymore they dont know what happened to the sensor. they balance them everything make sure theres nothing else wrong with them and they find a nail in that tire also they patch it and tell me I just get a sensor and they can install it or take it to Ford the sensor install is expensive that they program it Ive been trying to save up but today I get a flat on the highway on that tire and now I have to get two brand new tires when that probably wouldnt have happened if they just said no they dont do TPS sensors I just want to oil change and now I have to get two brand new tires for $25 install
