Very honest as they did not try to sell me on parts and services I did not need right now. I had gone to another transmission shop and they wanted to do a full rebuild right away so I thought I better get a second opinion. John serviced my transmission and got it shifting smooth but did tell me that in another year or two it will probably need a rebuild so at least I have time to plan for that and didnt need to spend money right now. His price to do the rebuild would also be a few hundred less as well compare to the first place I had gone.

My transmission went out in my daily driver. Juan explained exactly what was wrong and what he would need to do to fix it. His prices are the best I found and I couldnt be more pleased with the rebuilt. I dropped it off Wednesday night and had it back Friday afternoon.
