These guys are the best, easy to work with, and quick. I actually received a quote, brought the car in for a repair/service and then the bill was $200 less than quoted! Less! I asked why, and they said that it didnt as much work as was originally quoted. That didnt hurt my feelings at all. Great work, car runs perfect and cost less than estimated. I had an ok experience here I only went here because of the reviews but I have to say that the part was installed and that they did a good job on that. My complaint is with the communication. We knew what part the car needed and I was told that they would fix that part but If they put it on and it was something else then they would have to diagnose it. Well when we went to pay they charged me the diagnose fee anyway and said that I had agreed to it. Yeah maybe I did but that was only if the part I knew it needed didn’t fix the problem. Which it did. So to end this review they did give me a 40$ discount on the diagnose. Just for the future make sure you communicate clearly what you want and need. It’s the first day with the car Bk and it seems to be running fine.

When I lived in San Antonio I took all my vehicles to Sirianni Automotive which included 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser, 2005 Toyota Corolla, 2005 Audi A3 Quattro hatch, 2005 Lexus IS 300 Sportcross... I was driving from Corpus Christi to my now home in Lakeway Texas and unfortunately sprung a leak in my Toyota Land Cruiser... I was in a pinch to say the least. Dropped car off yesterday to be inspected after daughter got ran off the road. The last time I went in, I was inexcusably upset about a pre-existing issue with my wheel bearing. They put up with my undeniable frustration, explained the likely cause of the filed down stud, and worked with me on labor costs. I live in Austin but will still do anything possible to go see Louie and his team with any issues on my vehicle. Happy to have a trustworthy, and incredibly knowledgeable automotive shop in my corner.

Went in for a quick fix on the cover that fell off under my car. They were very customer oriented to make sure it was done right. They did a quick drive to make sure there was nothing else wrong besides the cover. Then they proceeded to put the cover back up. They gave me a time frame and didnt leave me hanging like other places. They are great, will defiantly be back for any minor repairs in the future.

I took my Yukon in for a trip check as the next day I was driving my daughter to Oxford Mississippi to Ole Miss, and their trip check found my Yukon a quart low of oil, and I had just did an oil change at the dealership.. Great Service, Honest, Reliable, and Very Kind. - Gig em !! -I did some alignment damage to my E92 BMW by hitting a curb. They were very careful with the vehicle and took care of me quickly. They explained the problem to me clearly and did a great job realigning the car. Their alignment machine is state of the art which in turn was able to calibrate the car very well. Pricing was Very reasonable and I would trust these guys with servicing my car even more than the BMW Center. These guys will now be my to go place for servicing my vehicles and I would highly recommend them.-FR

Every single time a dealer service shop has given me a quote on a repair or service for my wifes car or my own, Sirianni has quoted the work significantly cheaper without any knowledge of our previous quote.

I give Sirianni Automotive 5 stars because I have brought my car to them twice. They are the most efficient, professional, considerate car repair place I have ever done business with. They are polite on the phone, I was treated with respect and consideration, I was given the results of the inspection on my car and the total price it would cost to repair it. I knew I could trust what they told me the 2nd time I brought my car for repair, because the first time I brought my car in, I had gone to Midas for an oil change, and it was badly done. Sirriannis only had to make a minor repair and it was fixed! Midas tried to tell me it needed an expensive replacement part. Sirriannis could have charged me a small fortune but they are honest! The 2nd repair was a more serious repair. That was a few months after the 1st repair. They are so fast. It was repaired the next morning. They offered me a ride home, and the next morning a ride to pick up my car! I had no one to help me, they saved me a lot of money not having to take an uber or taxi. Im a senior citizen, I would tell anyone of any age, you can trust Siriannis, they are the fairest, most honest, trustworthy people, and they care about you as a person. Id give them 10 stars if I could! I will not go to anyone else, for an oil change or repair, ever again.

Needed engine replacement for my vehicle called and talked to lewis he became aggravated by my inquiries about the manufacturers they use,especially in regards to jasper,who have nearly 100 complaints confirmed,and have a pending lawsuit for fraud,he was SO beside himself he hung up on me like a 10 year old,i think hes around 70. I called back a bit later talked to louie,has a radio show where all he does is read a computer screen to solve your problems, i explained all i was after was some information, louie informs me next because of my concerns towards their affiliations,theyll be fine without my business,. My advice to anyone dont be fooled by their persuasive bs talk do your own research, as far as im concerned i dodged a 6000$+ bullet in parts and labor. I took my business to north star dodge, acquired OEM,same exact warranty,engine,and learned they banned all installation of jasper or LKQ,because of too many problems. Thanks for flying off the handle sirianni. Saved me a ton of heartache. Anyone can prove louis is a FRAUD, check BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON JASPER ENGINES.

WARNING!!!!! Extremely poor customer service!I schedule an appt with the owner of Sirianni Automotive and he promised to have his team completely an oil change and tune up same day. When we went to drop off the vehicle at 8:45am he said he was too busy and could only do the oil change and Id have to bring the car back another day!!! When I complained and asked why he was incredibly rude and told he he could care less about my business!!
