This is my second purchase with Dixie Flag and Im really impressed with the quality of the flags. They are more expensive than those you can buy either at Home Depot, Walmart or Amazon but the quality is so much better that theres no comparison. You really get what you pay for. My first set of flags have yet to wear out, I just wanted the next set to be a little larger. When I had questions about the different fabrics (which I realized was on the website after the fact), they were so nice to explain it to me which was helpful. I love this company. I wont buy my flags anywhere else anymore. Not only are they made in the U.S.A. but some are made right here in Texas! Win-win!

I ordered a 25 flag pole w/solar lights to be installed. The manufacturer did not send the pole as it should have but Rudy worked things so that the install could be done. The installation folks came out on time and did a great job. The price for the job was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Dixie Flag and Banner Company.

I love the window that you can look through to see the seamstress working on flags. Everyone was really nice! I did ask about the stakes for my flags before they loaded my car, but they were still forgotten and I had to send someone to pick them up later in the week.

I like the quick, friendly service. When I bought my flags, they also added me to an email list to notify me when there is an order to lower our flags to half-mast.

Before my order, I was confused about the difference between two types of fabrics in the outdoor flag category. They offer both a Nylon SolarGuard® Nyl-Glo and a Tough-Tex® however the description is basically the same with a marginal difference in price. I called and the lady explained the difference (the Nylon is more flowy and the Tough-Tex is a heavier fabric needing more wind to get it going) which helped me make the right selection for my flag pole. Really appreciated that. Also glad that the flags are made in the U.S.A. Plus, I was able to find historic state flags I didnt know about which is a great addition for my flag options. I highly recommend Dixie Flag and Banner especially since were supporting fellow American workers.

I purchased a Confederate Naval Flag there on or about the 10th of June 2015. The staff was polite, courteous and very helpful. I was pleased with the purchase and proudly flew it at the Republic of Texas Motorcycle Rally a week later. Im very disheartened to learn that they have opted to take the easy way out and simply quit selling historical flags that mean much to our families and relatives. Im changing my rating from a solid 4 star rating to a 1 based on my deep disappointment in that decision.

I dont normally write reviews but since this one hits close to home I thought I would make an exception. Dixie Flag is a great company with a wonder home and family atmosphere. I have enjoyed their service and deeply value the friendships I have established with a few of their employees. The current state of our society is unfortunate and places the company in a tough situation but I will continue to support them and their decisions. It is disheartening to read the negative comments about such a cheerful and positive group of people that are being made by people that have never been customers. These comments are coming from those who are mad at the decision makers in higher authority (government) and not those who have been wronged by Dixie Flag. Dixie Flag is not the only company that has decided to make this change, there are many major retailers, such as ; Walmart, sears, Amazon, Ebay, and Google Shopping who have joined together in banning the image of the flag. Even apple has removed games in the app store with the flag. How many of you giving Dixie Flag low ratings are boycotting these businesses? I am sure most of you used Google to write your reviews or even used Google to search where to find confederate flags, and all the while using your IPhone. You choose your attack a great company with deep ties to the city of San Antonio and have given so much back to the community. I ordered a 2x3 flag. I bought local thinking I could pick it up. Instead they went ahead and charged 15 dollars to ship a 2x3 flag that weigh much less than a pound. I ship products all over the country and realize the price gouging of shipping when i see it. Also the fact that was slipped in after my purchase and had no knowledge of this extra fee.Wish I would have bought else ware. I called up the company and let them know how I felt. We reorder every year and the process is very simple and easy! Fast turn time and great service.

Absolute worst business practices. Found everything in their online store and got the prices. Everything was listed as in stock. Drove over 40 miles one way to get there. Got there and told the guy the pole I was wanting and he tells me that was online only, then showed me one on the floor for almost $100 more. Pole was NOT listed as online only! Talk about bait and switch! Thats just bs! I left on principal then. I dont care if I spend triple now. I will NEVER buy from them. Buyer Beware!

I cant believe that the Dixie flag company is such a group of cowards. I cant order a Confederate flag because it is offensive and it has been discontinued. It does not offend me.
