I’ve done work with them a couple times now and have had no problems. Most recent was a banner I needed on extremely short notice and they came through! Definitely will recommend and continue business with them!

I found Powergrafx in the nick of time for my first ever promotional event. Robert created my new business cards and new updated “logo stickers” right in front of me. These guys are top notch and keep their promise. Even roof damage from the thunder storm did not deter them. Orlando came through with my postcards and my two badass stand up banners. This place was so good I told them exactly what I wanted for my sons custom babyshower. Sent them the images and they gave us an amazing price and no issues about the image size. He was able to enlarge the image to the fullest with amazing color. They turned out perfect and was in a long wait. Had it in 2 days. I had spoke with another print place and they kept hassling me about the size of the image. Not here Easier than expected.

Well my experience today was just not welcoming. I feel like almost discouraged by even bringing them a menu to help me with. And instead of saying of course we can help. This man continued to tell me about his experiences with other customers. Which is irrelevant to what I need. Nonetheless, I asked to speak the owner because I was recommended y his brother but this man said he was too busy to speak with me and would tell me the same thing. I don’t understand small businesses should be open to new business in my personal opinion but I only know about owning a restaurant not a printing place. I will say however they did a backdrop for a party short notice and Orlando was the designer who was great!! Never made me feel less. I called Monday and someone said he would be in this morning but when I arrived that wasn’t the case. So I suppose I should just say thank you for wasting my time this morning. And God bless you and the business that your in.In response to your comment about my review. Had the person (Sergio ) listened I did not say I needed it today or the next day. It was clear that he didn’t want to give the time or day as every time I wanted to speak I was cut off and had to remind him to alllow me to speak. I love them they are Genius! when it comes to making a design for you or a new logo or even business cards they are the BEST! They are always extremely busy when I go but that just goes to show how great they are...Id recommend them to ALL friends and family! :)

These guys were awesome i was trying for weeks to get what i needed. I kept getting the run around someone even stayed with my money and no shirts. Another company did the shirts i wanted and spelled my company name wrong. long story short i walked into this place to see if they could fix the other companys mess up . and sure enough they were able to and helped me design my new company shirt. While i was there i ordered a banner also. They quoted me a date my order would be ready and it was ready just like they said. from now on this is my to go to company. In the past I have had a difficult time looking for the right place to print/cut my custom vinyl Eurotic decals. I had tried three other print shops before here, but either the prices were outrageous or the quality or cut of the finished product was poor. I decided to try PowerGrafx and have never turned back. They have very reasonable prices and the quality of their vinyl/precision of the cut is excellent. They also have a fairly fast turn around time. A couple of times my decals were ready next day. These guys really know what they are doing.

Theyre fast and very good at what they do. I wont use anyone else in this industry; 💯.

San Antonio citizens beware this place will rip you off and do a poor job. They act very unprofessional. And make promises they never intend to keep. They totally screwed up my order an excused it claiming I rushed the order. When in fact they care more for big business vs. for small business. Save yourself the headache find a better more professional place!!!!!!!

Worst experience did a crappy job, check it out for yourself electronic kings at River center. Has cheap screws showing . Said he would fix it never did !! Do not use this guy!!
